I saw your UU RMT, and I have to say it's a pretty neat team. Just one slight nitpick; some of the pictures you have chosen have somewhat "expanded" meaning that their size has randomly increased, causing them to become blurry and take up unnecessary space. If you try and fix that, the RMT will be appealing and easy to read.
