Learned By: Jellie
Name: Hexstorm (Hex + Diamond Storm)
New Type: Ghost
Classification: special
Base Power: 85
Accuracy: 100
Power Points: 16 max, 10 base
Effect: 50% chance to raise defense by 1 per hit. If any of the targets has a negative status, double damage to all targets.
Target: All adjacent opponents

You like slightly stronger STAB? Wish Hex was stronger and hit everything? This is that. And if you can somehow get status up in Doubles, you can double your damage on BOTH foes!

Learned By: Porygarde-Zy
Name: Raging Meteor (Rage + Draco Meteor)
New Type: Normal
Classification: Special
Base Power: 75
Accuracy: 90
Power Points: 16 max, 10 base
Effect: If Porygarde-Zy is attacked on the turn it uses Raging Meteor, it gains 1 Special Attack at the end of the turn.
Target: 1 opponent

Hey, remember Rage? Now it's special and much stronger.

Learned By: Zaggron
Name: Switch Strike (Volt Switch + Smart Strike)
New Type: Steel
Classification: physical
Base Power: 70
Accuracy: -%
Power Points: 32 max, 20 base
Effect: Switches out after use, always hits
Target: 1 opponent

Volt Switch, but it matches Zaggron's type and higher attacking stat.

I guess this thread can pass to Voting Phase. I'll open it tomorrow, just in case anyone has to submit anything else or edit any of their submissions.

Learned By: Jellie
Name: Coast Stones (Stealth Rock + Scald)
New Type: Rock
Classification: Special
Base Power: 70
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 32
Effect: 30% chance of burn. 30% chance of setting up Stealth Rocks
Target: One foe

Learned By: Zaggron
Name: Switch Strike (Volt Switch + Smart Strike)
New Type: Steel
Classification: physical
Base Power: 70
Accuracy: -%
Power Points: 32 max, 20 base
Effect: Switches out after use, always hits
Target: 1 opponent

Volt Switch, but it matches Zaggron's type and higher attacking stat.

Name: Negative Bits (Topsy-Turvy + Ice Shard)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 40
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 20 (max 32)
Effect: +1 Priority; multiplies target's stat changes by -1
Z-Effect: 100 BP
Target: Single Adjacent

Priority Topsy-Turvy: the number one way to stop rogue setup sweepers. Not only that, but this variety deals chip damage and can't be stopped by Taunt.

Learned By: Umbord
Name: Strength Zap Aquadrain (Aqua Ring + Foul Play)
New Type: Water
Classification: Status
Base Power: ---
Accuracy: ---
Power Points: 24
Effect: It's basically a Strength Zap but doesn't lower the attack stat
Target: One foe

Name: Richteruption (Magnitude + Steam Eruption)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: 110
Accuracy: 95%
Power Points: 5 (max 8)
Effect: Chance to burn is randomly determined based on magnitude:
  • If magnitude 4, 0% chance to burn
  • If magnitude 5, 10% chance to burn
  • If magnitude 6, 20% chance to burn
  • If magnitude 7, 30% chance to burn
  • If magnitude 8, 40% chance to burn
  • If magnitude 9, 50% chance to burn
  • If magnitude 10, 60% chance to burn
Z-Effect: 185 BP
Target: Single Adjacent

It's a Ground-type Steam Eruption, but with the downside of being luck-dependent. Still has the same average burn chance as Steam Eruption though.

Name: Viral Core (Tri-Attack + Core Enforcer)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: 100
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 10 (max 16)
Effect: 100% chance of one of the following effects:
  • Suppress the target's Ability for the duration of the turn
  • Hit the target for neutral damage, regardless of the target's typing
  • Prevent the target from switching out through regular means
Z-Effect: 140 BP
Target: Single Adjacent

All of Zygarde's signature moves bundled into one whimsical package. Also serves as strong Normal STAB.

New slate to be added

Offspring Name: Raptorus
New typing: Ground/Flying
New base stats: 89/150/80/77/65/115 (+2 HP, +18 Atk, +20 Spe)
New ability and desc: Intimidate

Offspring name: Sickle
New type: Bug/Steel
New base stats: 55/80/175/42/165/45 [BST: 562]
New ability and desc: (Technician + Sturdy) It's Technician + Sturdy. Nothing to see here.

Fusion Name: Koulion
New Type: Electric / Steel
New Stats: 99 (+9) / 102 (+15) / 102 / 102 / 102 (+16) / 111 (BST: 618)
New Ability: Justice Power (Pressure + Justified): When this Pokemon is hit by a dark type attack, its attack is raised by 1 stage, and that attack's PP is halved unless it is already at 1.

Offspring Name: Dongoro
New typing: Ground/Dark
New base stats: 102/132/109/74/75/64
New ability and desc: Sturdy Mold: This Pokemon cannot be KO'd in one hit, and the abilities of attacking Pokemon are nullified (including Mold Breaker and the like).

Offspring name: Darkchomp
New type: Dark / Dragon
New base stats: 109 / 130 / 92 / 107 / 87 / 113 (+20 HP, +20 Attack)
New ability and desc: Sand Dreams (Sand Veil + Bad Dreams): Opposing sleeping Pokemon take sandstorm chip damage while on the field with this Pokemon. (Basically Bad Dreams that doesn't affect Rock, Ground, or Steel.)

Offspring name: Jelluk
New type: Poison / Water
New base stats: 112 / 92 / 82 / 85 / 112 / 65
New ability and desc: Pond Scum (Stench + Water Absorb): Water-type moves have a 25% chance to flinch the foe.

Have fun kiddos

Learned By: Sickle
Name: Iron Swarm (Iron Defense + Infestation)
New Type: Steel
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 35
Accuracy: 80%
Power Points: 16
Effect: Traps and damages the target for 2-3 turns. Each of these turns has a 33% chance to lower the target's Defense by one stage.
Target: One foe

It's a physical Infestation with a slightly better base power even with Technician and has a chance to lower the foe's defense each turn. However, it does not last as long as Infestation and isn't extremely accurate. Also, the foe can predict it and switch out into something that doesn't care about Defense drops or something faster that can kill Sickle. All in all, it is not as broken as it may seem. However, if played right, it can turn the tide of battle.

Learned By: Jellimuk
Name: Crippling Curse (Venom Drench + Hex)
New Type: Ghost
Classification: Status
Base Power: ---
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 16
Effect: Lowers the target's attack and speed by one stage. Attack and speed lowered by two instead if the target is inflicted with a status condition.
Target: One foe

It now has a way to patch up it's somewhat mediocre defense and speed stats, especially when the foe is statused.

Name: Hidden Power + Earthquake [Tremor Power]
New Type: Normal
Classification:Physical
Base Power: 100
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 10 (16 max)
Effect: Changes type based on users IVs. Works exactly like Hidden Power
Tags: Gravity, Protect, Mirror
Target: All adjacent Pokemon
Competitive Value: This move is extremely good. Sporting Earthquakes stats, and the ability to be literally any type you please. You can run Fire for Ice Types, Grass to cover Ground, Rock and Water, and pretty much anything else you desire.

Name: U-Turn + Rock Polish [Swift Switch]
New Type: Bug
Classification:Physical
Base Power: 60
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 20 (32 max)
Effect: Switches the user out. The Pokemon that gets switched in gets a +2 to it's speed.
Tags: Contact, Protect, Mirror
Target: 1 adjacent pokemon
Competitive Value: Swift Switch does Sickle a world of good. Getting the Technician boost that U-Turn didn't. It also has a very neat effect in the fact that the next pokemon to switch in get's double speed. Mega Ampharos could make a good core for this.

Name: Charge Beam + Double Kick [Duplex Shock]
New Type: Electric
Classification: Special
Base Power: 40
Accuracy: 90%
Power Points: 20 (32 max)
Effect: Hits twice. Each hit has a 70% chance to raise SpA.
Tags: Protect, Mirror
Target: 1 adjacent pokemon
Competitive Value: Duplex Shock can be used as an alternative to Thunderbolt. It trades away BP, PP and a chance to paralyze, for a 49% chance to raise SpA twice, and a 70% chance to raise it once. It also breaks Substitutes, Focus Sash and Sturdy.

Name: Mud Slap + Parting Shot [Parting Dirt]
New Type: Ground
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 10
Accuracy: ---
Power Points: 10 (16 max)
Effect: Always hits. Lowers Atk, SpA and Accuracy by 1 stage, then switches the user out.
Tags: Distance, Protect, Mirror
Target: 1 adjacent pokemon
Competitive Value: Parting Dirt can severely hinder your opponents, and can basically guarantee you a free setup. Flying Types are immune though, and it also has a pitiful base power and low PP.

Name: Dark Void + Sand Tomb [Sandy Void]
New Type: Ground
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 10
Accuracy: 70%
Power Points: 10 (16 max)
Effect: Traps the foe for 4-5 turns. Also put's them to sleep. They stay asleep until the sand tomb ends. Doesn't deal damage over time like Sand Tomb
Tags: Protect, Mirror
Target: 1 adjacent Pokemon
Competitive Value: I guess this could be used as the ultimate troll set. anything slower than this is basically completely shut down. It does have shitty accuracy though, so I guess it would only be used on troll sets

Name: Vigorous Ascent (Work Up + Fly)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 90
Accuracy: 95%
Power Points: 15 (max 24)
Effect: The user takes to the skies, gaining +1 Attack and Special Attack in the process, and strikes on the next turn.
Z-Effect: 175 BP
Target: Any

Name: Squirm Sequence (Struggle Bug + Rock Blast)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 20
Accuracy: 90%
Power Points: 10 (max 16)
Effect: Hits 2-5 times. Each hit has a 20% chance to lower the target's Special Attack.
Z-Effect: 140 BP
Target: Single Adjacent

Name: Tesla Horns (Discharge + Iron Head)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 80
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 15 (max 24)
Effect: Has a 20% chance to paralyze or flinch. Effect chances are independent of each other.
Z-Effect: 160 BP
Target: Single Adjacent

Name: Crushing Chasm (Earthquake + Drain Punch)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 90
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 10 (max 16)
Effect: User recovers HP equivalent to 1/2 damage dealt.
Z-Effect: 160 BP
Target: Single Adjacent

Name: Meteor Crash (Draco Meteor + Knock Off)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 100
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 5 (max 8)
Effect: Deals 1.5* damage if the target has a removable held item, and attempts to remove that item. If the move connects, user's Attack is reduced by two stages.
Z-Effect: 180 BP
Target: Single Adjacent

Name: Toil and Trouble (Poison Jab + Scald)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 80
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 15 (max 24)
Effect: Has a 30% chance to poison or burn.
Z-Effect: 160 BP
Target: Single Adjacent

tough slate imo

Name: Tectonic Smash (Fissure + Giga Impact)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power:
150
Power Points: 5 [Max 8]
Accuracy: 85%
Effect: Does damage. If attack fails, doesn't KO or miss, it is forced to recharge the next turn
Target: Single Target

Its a very powerful attack that works very well combined with Swords Dance, but has a very fatal flaw. If the attack fails, misses or doesn't knock out the target, you gotta recharge the next turn. Considering the massive amount of sturdy Ground type resists and immunities in the tier, combined with limited PP and shaky accuracy, its nowhere near an Earthquake upgrade. But it makes for a terrifying Z-Move base.

Name: Voltage Strike (Thunderbolt + Superpower)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 120
Power Points: 10 [Max 16]
Accuracy: 100%
Effect: Drops attack and defence by one stage after use. Makes contact.
Target: Single Target

Simply, an Electric typed Superpower, it gives physical sets the power they usually lack, and makes SD sets particularly appealing.

Name: Dream Catcher (Dragon Rush + Dark Void)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 110
Power Points: 5 [Max 8]
Accuracy: 75%
Effect: 30% chance to put target to sleep. Also 10% chance to flinch target. Damage doubles and never misses if target used Minimize.
Target: All Adjacent Foes

While the accuracy doesn't seem that friendly, I couldn't get it better, but its still a neat move, especially if Doubles FE becomes a thing.

Name: Acid Reflux (Gastro Acid + Surf)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 90
Power Points: 15 [Max 24]
Accuracy: 100%
Effect: Removes Target's ability
Target: All Adjacent Pokemon

Very useful in the meta of FE, where abilities make and break a mon.

I'll try this, they're all attacking moves though

Name: Flash Fault (Earthquake + Quick Attack)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 60
Power Points: 10 (16 max)
Accuracy: 100
Effect: +1 Priority.
Target: Single Adjacent
Z-Effect: 120 BP
A good priority move lets Raptorus smash faster (and frailer) fusions. Considering Raptorus doesn't have much in the means of defense from priority (other than quick attack lol) this move can be effective.

Name: Centrifuge (Rollout + Iron Defense)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 30
Power Points: 5 (8 max)
Accuracy: 100
Effect: Hits 3 times, doubling in power each time. Defense increases by one stage at first, then two stages, then three.Target: Single Adjacent
Z-Effect: 100 BP
Sickle's answer to fusions that attempt to break it (without unaware or fire). Many fusions change stat changes, so this becomes a liability (especially with two free turns) but it can be powerful if your opponent cannot prepare for it.

Name: Direct Current (Discharge + Sacred Sword)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 85
Power Points: 20 (32 max)
Accuracy: 100
Effect: Ignores stat increases by the opponent and stat drops by the user.
Target: Any
Z-Effect: 160 BP
This gives Koulion a way to break boosting walls, as well as a stronger electric STAB.

Name: Stormdozer (Storm Throw + Bulldoze)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 70
Power Points: 10 (16 max)
Accuracy: 100
Effect: Always lands a critical hit, as well as lowering the speed of the opponent.
Target: All opponents
Z-Effect: 140 BP
This gives Dongoro a way to break boosting walls (like Koulion) and allows Dongoro to force a switch to allow a potentially safer pivot with parting shot.

Name: Cheap Shot (Feint Attack + Dual Chop)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 50
Power Points: 20 (32 max)
Accuracy: ---
Effect: Hits twice. Cannot miss either time.
Target: Single Adjacent
Z-Effect: 100 BP
This gives Darkchomp a stronger dark physical STAB than crunch, as well as making it not as affected by substitutes and disguise-like abilities.

Name: Acid Geyser (Acid Spray + Water Spout)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 100
Power Points: 5 (8 max)
Accuracy: 100
Effect: Move lowers the opponents special defense by two stages. Acid Geyser's base power increases by 10 BP for every lowered stage in special defense the opponent has.
Target: All Opponents
If FE doubles ever exists, this fusion can rule it. But in singles, Jelluk can rule too by spamming Acid Geyser to break every special wall there is. Also gives a powerful poison STAB.

Name: Gleaming Trap (Iron Head + Sticky Web)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: N/A
Power Points: 20 (32 max)

Effect: Sets down a trap that causes the target to not take action once the next turn if it switches in, no matter if its faster or not.
Target: Opponent's field.
Z-Effect: Raises user's evasion by 1.

Name: Tazing Kicks (Volt Switch + Double Kick)

Name: Calamity (Fissure + Knock Off)
New Type:

Base Power: 130
Power Points: 5 (8 max)
Accuracy: 70
Effect: If the opponent is holding an item, the opponent will lose that item. No power boost unlike Knock Off
Target: Any opponent
Z-Effect: 200 BP

Name: Sandman (Sand Attack + Dark Void)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: ---
Power Points: 5 (8 max)
Accuracy: 80
Effect: Puts the opponents to sleep. Lowers their accuracy by 1. Cannot be used by any other Pokemon or Fusion unless its Garchomp, Darkrai, or a fusion with them.
Target: All opponents

New Type:

Base Power: 95

Effect: The chance to poison the Pokemon are dependant on the user's level. (Since virtually all Pokemon are level 100, it will always poison them.
Target: All adjectant Pokemon

Name: Dive Bomb (Earthquake + Air Cutter)
Damage Category: Physical
Elemental Type: Flying
Base Power: 60
Z-Move: 130 BP
Accuracy: 90%
Power Points: 15-24
Priority: 0
Effects: Deals double damage and boosts user's crit chance by 1 stage when targeting grounded enemies. Makes contact.
Target: Single Enemy

At last, a decent Flying-type physical move! Since most of your targets with this move will be grounded, you get Brave Bird-level damage with almost none of the downsides. Imperfect accuracy is a thing, yeah, but increasing your crit chance is always good.
Name: Spirit Surge (U-Turn + Ancient Power)
Damage Category: Status
Elemental Type: Bug
Base Power: --
Z-Move: Heals incoming Pokémon for 50%
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 5-8
Priority: 0
Effects: Switches the user out; the incoming Pokémon has a 50% chance of getting a bonus to each of its main stats, calculated separately.
Target: All adjacent enemies

The introduction of an element of luck is always fun in competitive, and the prospect of an all stats up, while remote (3.125%), is still kind of amazing. It's a useful move, but hopefully not too overpowered, though frankly this is a metagame with bloody Harem in it so people talking about how OP things are are, in my opinion, shutting the door after the horse has bolted, lived out its days, and had its descendants evolve into an entirely new species.
Name: Power Surge (Thunder + Close Combat)
Damage Category: Physical
Elemental Type: Electric
Base Power: 130
Z-Move: 200 BP
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 5-8
Priority: 0
Effects: 30% chance to inflict paralysis. Lowers the user's Defence and Special Defence upon a successful hit. Makes contact.
Target: Single Adjacent Enemy

Not much to see here, just an Electric-type version of Flare Blitz with Close Combat's downside. We can always use more good physical Electric moves.
Name: Pulse Pounder (Mud-Slap + Power Trip)
Damage Category: Physical
Elemental Type: Ground
Base Power: 20
Z-Move: 50 BP
Accuracy: 95%
Power Points: 10-16
Priority: 0
Effects: Increases its base power by 1.5x for each stat boost the user has more than the target. Lowers the target's Accuracy by 1 stage.
Target: Single Adjacent Enemy

Now this is a fun one, especially in tandem with Sickle's signature move. It starts out as abject crap, even with STAB, but it goes up in power very, very quickly. Oh, and Accuracy-lowering moves are a bitch and a half. I am a bad person.
Name: Furtive Soul (Dragon Rage + Foul Play)
Damage Category: Status
Elemental Type: Dark
Base Power: --
Z-Move: Speed boosted 2 stages
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 5-8
Priority: -1
Effects: Upon a successful hit, the target Pokémon takes a 40 BP physical Dark-type move with an Attack based on the target's Attack stat at the end of each of its next 5 turns. This can be increased to 8 turns if the user is holding Light Clay, and continues after the user is knocked out. If the target is switched out, the effect applies to the Pokémon that was switched in, à la Leech Seed.
Target: Single Adjacent Enemy

A cool pseudo-status effect with a variable damage output, this move can up the damage output of walls considerably, especially Special walls. Your opponent bungs in a physical wallbreaker and oh look, it has taken A Quite Large amount of damage.
Name: Wash Away (Venoshock + Brine)
Damage Category: Special
Elemental Type: Water
Base Power: 50
Z-Move: 110 BP
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 10-16
Priority: 0
Effects: This move's Base Power doubles if the target is afflicted by a major status effect, or if it is below 50% HP. If both these things are the case, this move's Base Power triples.
Target: Single Enemy

This move boosts Jelluk's stalling power by a huge amount. Its Special Attack might not be the greatest in the tier, but with the boosts from this move, it can force out a lot of Pokémon that might otherwise give it trouble, especially if it manages to poison them through Toxic or another means.

Target: One foe
Z-Effect: 175 BP

Name: Earth Shatter (Earthquake + Sky Uppercut)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 90
Power Points: 10 (16 max)
Accuracy: 95
Effect: Hits Flying types and foes in the air due to Bounce, Fly, Sky Attack, etc. for neutral, as Thousand Arrows and Sky Uppercut.
Target: One foe
Z-Effect: 175 BP

Name: Dream Rage (Outrage + Dark Void)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 120
Power Points: 10 (16 max)
Accuracy: 100
Effect: Lasts 2-3 turns, as Outrage. 30% chance to induce sleep on each hit. Inflicts sleep on user afterwards.
Target: One foe
Z-Effect: 190 BP

Name: Miasma (Toxic + Rain Dance)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: -
Power Points: 20 (32 max)
Accuracy: -
Effect: Summons Miasma across the field for 5 turns (7 with Damp Rock held). In Miasma, the power of Poison type moves is increased by 50%, the power of Fairy type moves is decreased by 50%, and the amount of HP lost from being Poisoned or Badly Poisoned is doubled. Miasma is a weather condition and can be replaced by other weather conditions.
Target: Field
Z-Effect: +1 SpD
