That's awesome! How long have you been powerlifting? I don't at all powerlift, but I really want a 1000+ lifting total. I'm sitting somewhere around 900lbs.
I've been doing it for around 4 years now. Lately I've been squatting 3 times a week. Particularly doing pause squats three times a week. By doing that, my working set went up 40 lbs and my max went up 35 lbs. In only 4 weeks.
I might try doing that. My squats are definitely weaker than I would want them to be. Sorry I missed last night. My wife wasn't feeling well so I was taking care of her. So I'll definitely be on around 11PM your time today. And I have a little bit of time around 5:30PM if you are available.
