Can't help you with the ditto, but can answer your questions ^^ A pokemon is shiny when it's ESV (egg shiny value) matches your TSV (trainer shiny value). You can use certain exploits/ devices to read both your TSV and the ESVs of your eggs. You can then go on some forums and look for someone to... -

This particular one I was SRing for 5mins this afternoon. But I've done about 1-2000 SRs (5 pokemon at a time) for the last couple of weeks and had nothing... Pure luck ^^ -

Pretty sure you want 0-3 IVs on a TR mon, and not convinced Arceus can do that well given its' 120 BS in speed? You might want to wait for another answer, but I would not keep that ^^ -

Throw the stats in an IV calculator (search on google, metalkid's works well, or Serebii's) and check what the IVs are. For TR you need 0-3 speed IV I believe.
