That you cannot notice a shiny Pokemon on Team Preview is fine, that's how the cartridge works (as only mini sprites are shown, and shinies have no special mini sprites)
ah yeah that's true it just struck me as weird since it used to always show that it was shiny before on PS team preview
gives that set an advantage which is p cool lol
 
i made a post on tech support about this issue, but i ended up finding out some stuff on my own so it's probably better to put it here.

basically, i was running into an issue where i couldn't connect to non-main servers, and very specifically only non-main servers. smogon university was still working fine, this problem only happens when going on stuff like the smogon tourney servers. quickly checking chrome console gave me

which google tells me means that it wants http://, but it's getting https:// and so it's getting confused about that. so i switch to the http version, and i instead get:

turns out my malwarebytes had a setting for "web protection", and for whatever reason that setting being on makes the client not want to connect, so turning it off made it work just fine.

...although chrome is now also blocking me from trying to click "more options..." when this post is typed out, unless i make the post blank, then paste it back in after. weird.
 
The Showdown! Pokedex doesn't seem to have TM from pre-evolution moves. For example, Shiinotic should have sunny day listed as "TM from pre-evolution".

After starting a new battle in BS doubles, under the opponent trainer sprites i could only see 4 of the six pokemon, the other two were hidden by pokeballs as shown here

those four pokemon were neither the four my opponent ended up bringing to the game nor the first four on team preview.

when my opponent then sent out charizard (which wasn't one of the four shown), greninja's sprite changed into charizard's

It's only a visual bug son I don't think the replay will be of any use, but here it is anyway (i was Chef Tony TCG)

This is a minor bug I noticed: when we have a Pokémon with lowered Happiness (not necessarily 0), all Pokémon below the Pokémon infact will see their Happiness go at the same Happiness.

For instance, if I want having 32 Happiness points on my Bisharp (http://prntscr.com/gjwlqy), Celesteela and Chansey will have 32 Happiness points too: http://prntscr.com/gjwmag

You are probably aware of this bug, but now hovering over a Pokemon or a move does not show the information about it (Although sometimes it does, but not for both).

EDIT: Forgot to mention that it does not show info about the Pokemon when hovering over it in the switch-ins menu (although you will realize this after seeing the 2nd screenshot anyways)

I was playing in a random battle, and when it was raining, all of my Kartana's moves showed that they were boosted 1.5 times because of the weather. I don't have a saved replay/log, nor do I know if it affected my other 'mons, as rain ended before Kartana switched (I do have grainy photos, though). Also note that the STAB moves still received their 1.5 times boost (i.e. smart strike said its effective power was 70*1.5 for stab*1.5 for rain=157)

For some reason, if you don't bring a full team and you face an opposing team that has 6 mons, one mon will be shown as a pokeball and the mon can even come out and switch out and a different mon will appear as that pokeball, meaning you only see 5 mons at a time with 1 mystery mon. In the picture below, the 1st mon that was shown as a pokeball was Lando-T and eventually it changed to Hoopa and Scizor and it's just weird. If you damage the mon and it ends up in the 5th slot (which we've now confirmed as the one you can't see) then you'll see all 6. Alternatively if you KO a mon or damage a mon that ends up going into that 5th slot, then you'll see all 6. If you try hovering it before you see all 6 mons, it'll just say "Not Revealed."

I was using my marshadow and I noticed it showed force palm's power as 90(boosted by STAB). Shouldn't it be 135, because of technician?
It showed the power of acrobatics as 82(boosted by technician)

Force Palm's BP is 60. With Technician taken into account, it indeed becomes a 90 BP move, so nothing's wrong here.

Edit: Also, Technician boosts moves of 60 BP or lower, so a 90 BP move wouldn't even get a Technician boost. As for Acrobatics, it'd be better if you could get us a screenshot (with proof of item or lack thereof), since there were no problems with Force Palm.

Also I figured out that when building a gen1 ou team I can put 252 EVs on all stats and ''have'' a nature using + and - in EVs, and it's not ''available'' the option to pick a nature. Having 252 EVs in all stats is normal, it's automatically set to that because it's possible. The nature thing isn't a bug as well, it's just a feature that shouldn't be used when building in RBY.
This is no bug, in RBY, there are certain values of HP at which Recover and other hp-healing moves will fail. This is an in-game mechanic.

Yeah, if your HP is 255 below the maximum it doesn't work. So watch out for that. It also won't work if you're 510 below the max for Chansey. Gotta love RBY
