However, it's lackluster attacking stats make this setup bait.

Now, a few things irl are currently taking place. Firstly, school and exams. Secondly, I need to begin coding on Pokemon Sepia, a fan game based of a Smogon Pet Mod. Eevee'd is currently stopping me form doing that last one, so I'm leaving this pet mod in EchoGaia's hands for the time being. I will still be able to come back every now and then, But Pkmn Sepia really needs to get coded.

Well, this boost stacks to all of your mons, so have fun dealing with a Mew that has an 139 for every base stat. And that's before EVs
Flarelum: A fire type steelworker along with No guard on those moves is already pretty strong. Add in the fact that it gets Quiver Dance and insane coverage and this thing would definitely shoot straight past the breaking point.
