Ability: Light Power
is a Pre-Contributor
If someone doesn't state what an ability does, it would be best to check the spreadsheet. It will probably already be there. If it isn't there, then enquire about what it does
I suppose I better say what the Ability does again the next time I reuse a Clone/Custom Ability.

Abilities: Air Lock / Storm Drain / Unburden (HA)
New Moves: Sky Drop, Air Slash, Fly, Hurricane, Sky Attack, Bubble, Bubble Beam, Hydro Pump, Calm Mind, Recover, Minimize, Weather Ball
Description: Lumubble learned how to produce helium and store it in his body, which allowed him to inflate himself and fly like a bubble.
Justification/Niche: Lumubble is probably the best Unburden abuser. He has got a high Special Attack that can be further boosted by Calm Mind and access to Recover.

Lumubble @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 32 HP / 252 SpA / 224 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Hydro Pump
- Air Slash
- Ice Beam

Name: Chloroseon
Types:

BST: 129 / 69 / 125 / 102 / 76 / 69
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Sap Sipper / Symbiosis (HA)
New Moves: Leech Seed, Synthesis, Grassy Terrain, Absorb, Mega Drain, Giga Drain, Energy Ball, Solar Beam, Recover, Camouflage, Calm Mind, Weather Ball
Description: Chloroseon feeds on algae and stores the chloroplasts in his body, which allows him to use solar energy for photosynthesis. This caused his skin color to turn green.
Justification/Niche: Chloroseon has a respectable bulk, especially on the physical side, several recovery options and some nice resistances to Grass, Ground, Water and Steel. He can set up with Calm Mind and work like a bulky win condition.

Chloroseon @ Leftovers
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Recover
- Scald
- Giga Drain

Name: Lumarine
Types:

BST: 69 / 125 / 129 / 102 / 69 / 76
Abilities: Speed Boost / Filter / Light Metal (HA)
New Moves: Iron Defense, Autotomize, Iron Head, Anchor Shot, Flash Cannon, Iron Tail, Metal Burst, Superpower, Water Sport, Magnet Rise, Bubble Beam, Swords Dance
Description: Lumarine is a robot fish. It speeds through the sea and searches for junked pieces of machinery. It then uses them to enhance its body.
Justification/Niche: Lumarine is the strongest non mega Pokemon with Speed Boost. It can raise its attack with Swords Dance and become a dangerous sweeper.

Lumarine @ Life Orb
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Protect
- Swords Dance
- Waterfall / Iron Head
- Superpower
Except that simple doesn't work with Z moves, sorry man. Also 85 atk with huge power is too much broken, remember that it's a non mega pokemon. For next slate i will impose a limit of 65 atk if you want to use Huge or Pure Power and 75 for atk or spA if you want to use Water Bubble, if you don't respect those conditions, the suggestion will be banned from further voting. Sorry but that's needed. That of course includes clones of those abilities.

Name: Sendta (Santa + Send)
Types: Ice / Flying
BST: 130 / 115 / 50 / 55 / 50 / 75
Abilities: Goodies and Naughties / Insomnia (Children's Guardian)

Goodies and Naughties: Deals 1.25% or 0.75% damage under certain conditions (They don't stack):
- If foe is or has a move that is Dark, Poison or Ghost-Type
- If foe has Prankster, Intimidate, Merciless, Pickpocket or Anger Point

- If foe is or has a move that is Fairy-type
- If foe can utilize Eviolite
- If foe has Cute Charm, Healer, Sweet Veil, Victory Star, Friend Guard, Justified or Aroma Veil
- If Foe has Instruct, Hold Hands or Helping Hand

Children's Guardian: Any mon on this Pokémon's team that can still use eviolite gain a small 1.3x boost to all their stats and are healed of any status conditions at the end of every turn. (Works even if user is not active in battle, however effects wears off after user faints)

New Learnset: Icicle Crash, Swords Dance, U-Turn, Teleport, Agility, Helping Hand, Brave Bird, Roost, Healing Wish, Wish
Justification/Niche: Aight, so let's go for Flavor once again and look at what we got. A really gimmicky mon, with meh typing, but that can do some serious damage to a lot of new things while being punished by some others. Alternatively, you can use it as a great support for any NFE's (Just imagine pairing it with Chansey).

Name: Poustice (Post + Justice)
Types: Ice / Fighting
BST: 75 / 130 / 55 / 50 / 50 / 115
Abilities: Justified (Duh) / Insomnia (Iron Fist)
New Learnset: All punching moves except Fire; Sucker Punch, Hone Claws, Close Combat, Knock Off, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Icicle Crash
Justification/Niche: Straight up sweeper. However, it's rather frail, so watch out. This has perfect coverage in Dark/Ice/Ground/Fighting (Heck, Ice/Fighting is already great by itself). The abilities have their nieche there, with Justified being flavor, and Iron Fist being a good one overall to boost Ice Hammer (Since it's a Punching move for whatever reason), Hammer Arm and whatnot.

Name: Mailectric (Mail + Electric)
Types: Ice / Electric

Abilities: Lightning Rod / Insomnia (Dazzling)
New Learnset: Volt Switch, Thunderbolt, Surf, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Nasty Plot, Aura Sphere, Electric Terrain, Eletrify (Incompatible with Lightining Rod for obvious reasons)
Justification/Niche: Simple BoltBeam mon

Note: Only Female Ledians evolve into Leddeways
Name: Leddeway ("Led The Way")
Types: Bug / Fairy
BST: 80 / 140 / 40 / 105 / 40 / 125
Abilities: Swarm / Friend Guard (Queenly Majesty)
New Learnset: All Fairy moves (aside from Geomancy), Attack Order, Defend Order, Heal Order, Psychick, Psyshock, Zen Headbutt
Justification/Niche: Attempt at making a "Leader" of a swarm; and Queen of a colony, thus the Queenly Majesty and Fairy-Type (Tho if it's OP with QM tell me). Pretty basic glass cannon, with Meh abilities for balance. It's impressive offensive stats are held back by poor coverage options and poor typing (It's best bet against Steel is Brick Break out of all things)
Sample sets:
Leddeway @ Life Orb
Ability: Queenly Majesty
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Attack Order
- Play Rough
- U-turn
- Encore

Note: Only Male Ledians evolve into Ledefens
Name: Ledefen (Led + Defend/defense)
Types: Bug / Steel
BST: 105 / 80 / 125 / 40 / 140 / 40
Abilities: Swarm / Battle Armor (Super Luck)
New Learnset: Megahorn, Steel-Type moves (Other than King's Shield and Sunsteel Strike), Attack Order, Defend Order, Heal Order, Earthquake, Infestation, Sticky Web
Justification/Niche: Vespiquen and Escavalier had a baby Ladybug, apparently. Ledefen has it's role in a tanky sweeper. 80 is enough Attack, 105/125/140 is straight up amazing, but overall it has balanced abilities for it's offensive stats. It may also work as a Set-Up Sweeper.
Sample sets:
Ledefen @ Razor Claw
Ability: Super Luck
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Attack Order
- Smart Strike
- Shift Gear
- Earthquake

Ledefen @ Leftovers

Name: Enticineon (Enticement + Neon)
Types: Water / Electric
BST: 105 / 70 / 80 / 125 / 80 / 110
Abilities: Swift Swim / Lightning Rod (Sharkbait)
Sharkbait: Traps in Water-Type foes
New Learnset: Volt Switch, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Charge Beam
Justification/Niche: Lumineon's face has always rather looked like "Come near me and you'll have a surprise" kind of bait. This goes one step further, being based on fish who lure other sea creatures with the light they can emmit from their body. Swift Swim makes it fast as hell, with a 100% accurate Thunder under Rain, making it a good sweeper. Access to Ice Beam also helps. Meanwhile, Sharbait makes it work simillar to Magnezone in terms of utility, only that the type it traps is weak to one of it's Stabs.

Name: Luminy (Luminous + Shiny)
Types: Water / Fairy
BST: 110 / 70 / 125 / 80 / 105 / 80
Abilities: Magic Guard / Storm Drain (Luminous Algee)
Luminous Algee: Raises Sp. Def by one point when hit by a Grass-Type attack; Grass Imunity (Inspired by Luminous Moss)
New Learnset: Hydro Pump, Moonblast, Recover, Nasty Plot, Confuse Ray, Psychic, Psyshock, Dazzling Gleam, Flash, Flash Cannon, Calm Mind
Justification/Niche: Tanky-ish mon. It's sorta easy to set up with it, and while Water/Fairy still has it's flaws, it's an alright type.

Someone please make a Lumineon evo called "Lumicrousity"

I hope I didn't break anything.

God are you real with 130 atk and hustle?? or 110 spA with the special hustle clone? Those two are mini Huge powers, so you should limit the Atk/SpA too, currently i can't accept them into the votes until you change the stat spread. Sorry. Look at my creations if you want a more acceptable stat spread, my first delibird creation has Hustle.

Justification/Niche: Y'know what we don't have? A Special Water/Bug-type (Surskit doesn't count). Let's fix that! With Lumisect, you get a fast and strong offensive Water and Bug-type with not terrible bulk and a pretty decent movepool with STAB Water, STAB Bug, Ice, Flying, and Grass coverage as well as a great setup move in Quiver Dance. That Fire Lumineon seems kinda strong. Fire type steelworker with QD and a 570 BST. Plus it gets searing shot... other than that, they all look fine. I like them :)

I'm fine with Quiver Dance, but not Tinted Lens. If Volcarona has Quiver Dance with 135 Special Attack, why not Lumisect? Tinted Lens would be too strong as Water is a really good typing to abuse Tinted Lens.

Are my own submissions fine, or do I need to tweak some of them?

I remember that EchoGaia warned me about swapping the SpA and SpD of Sunpad does to 105 SpA and Triage + Nasty Plot being too much, so I swapped both the SpA and SpD so that the former will have a more reasonable 85 while it can keep Triage and Nasty Plot.

Since everyone's doing this I might as well do the same. Can I get some feedback on my submission? I think the abilities seem fairly balanced but I'd like to hear some other opinions too :)
If Lumispark's ability works like an Electric type Flash Fire, then it shouldn't have Electrify. Because with 139 speed it can just spam the move and absorb every slower Pokemon's attack without taking any damage.

It's not a Flash Fire Clone, otherwise it would indeed be really broken, but rather, when the USER picks an electric type move it gains a Flash Fire like boost to its next Electric-type moves until it switches out. It's essencially a Steelworker clone that doesn't work the first time.

Just make it a clone of steelworker, much easier to code, since it's basically the same effect.

Hero's Fury: If a teammate has been ohko'd, its next attack does ×1.5 damage
New Learnset: Close Combat, Bulk Up, Counter, Retaliate, Smart Strike, Fire Punch, Pursuit, Aura Sphere, Meteor Mash, Revenge, Payback
Justification/Niche: Ledichamp is whqt we want from Ledian! With Hero's Fury, knocking out a partner on its team is a big mistake, as it gains a retaliate like effect on all its attacks, turning it into the ultimate revenge killer. Unforutunately Ledichamp is very frail and probably can't take a priority hit.

Justification/Niche: With a solid attacking stats and a rocketing speed tier guarenteed to creep Tapu Koko, Luminair is the best offensive pivot and defogger around. Gale Wings sets are the cremé de la cremé sets, as priority Tailwind, Defog, Roost and Hurricane allow it to leep its opponent on its toes, as long as hazards aren't ruining its day. Name: Ledichamp
Types: Bug / Fighting
BST: 55 / 120 / 85 / 50 / 98 / 122
Abilities: Swarm / Hero's Fury / Iron Fist
Sample sets: Ledichamp @ Life Orb
Ability: Hero's Fury
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Knock Off
- Meteor Mash
- U-turn / Mach Punch

Name: Luminate
Types: Water / Electric
BST: 79 / 69 / 86 / 129 / 96 / 111

Generator: Being struck with an electric type attack boosts its speed by two stages.
New Learnset: Hyper Voice, Thunderbolt, Volt switch, Thunder Wave, Thunder, Zap Cannon, Electrify, Charge, Charge Beam, Wild Charge, Electric Terrain, Ion Deluge, Spotlight
Justification/Niche: Luminate is a solid Electric type sweeper with a great speed tier and excellent coverage. Its ok bulk allows it survive most non supereffective unSTABed hits and hit back with a nuke in Galvanize Hyper Voice.
Sample sets:
Luminate @ Choice Specs
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Ability: Galvanize
Timid Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Hydro Pump

Name: Luminair
Types: Water / Flying
BST: 79 / 109 / 66 / 109 / 76 / 131
Abilities: Storm Drain / Air Lock / Gale Wings
New Learnset: Hurricane, Roost, Fly, Taunt, Acrobatics, Swords Dance, Air Slash, Knock Off
Justification/Niche: With a solid attacking stats and a rocketing speed tier guarenteed to creep Tapu Koko, Luminair is the best offensive pivot and defogger around. Gale Wings sets are the cremé de la cremé sets, as priority Tailwind, Defog, Roost and Hurricane allow it to leep its opponent on its toes, as long as hazards aren't ruining its day. Its extreme fraility however, can prove detrimental in the face of hazards and priority.

Ability: Gale Wings
Timid / Hasty Nature
- Hurricane

One thing tho, wasn't there already a sub named "Lumisect"? I feel like it'd be confused to vote with two named the same thing

Also finished the rest of my subs, I don't think there's anything broken but confirmation is always nice.
