[OVERVIEW]

Mega Camerupt is a subpar wallbreaker. Its high Special Attack stat when coupled with Sheer Force makes Mega Camerupt hit exceptionally hard with Fire Blast and Earth Power; however, this is offset by its low speed and mediocre bulk. Furthermore, the prevalence of checks to Mega Camerupt, such as Umbreon, Cresselia, and Milotic, makes it a rather inconsistent wallbreaker, having to rely solely on Toxic to dent said Pokemon. Along with that, its Speed stat leaves it outsped by nearly the entirety of the RU tier, and its typing still leaves it helpless against the likes of Feraligatr, Zygarde-10%, and Flygon. Finally, Mega Camerupt also faces competition from many of the tier's wallbreakers, such as Salazzle and Moltres, due to them having the capability to actually wallbreak.

Moves
========
Fire Blast is very powerful when boosted by Sheer Force, 2HKOing the likes of Sigilyph, Meloetta, and Florges and heavily damaging if not outright OHKOing offensive Pokemon such as Pangoro and Honchkrow. Earth Power hits the likes of Nidoqueen and Salazzle super effectively and heavily damages Feraligatr, Kommo-o, and other Pokemon that might try to switch in on Fire Blast. Hidden Power Ice allows Mega Camerupt to hit Flygon, a very notable check. Alternatively, Ancient Power can be run to hit Moltres and Araquanid, both notable switch-ins to Mega Camerupt otherwise. Toxic wears down the likes of specially defensive Cresselia, Milotic, and other Pokemon that wall Camerupt and like to switch into it. Similarly, Yawn can be used to force the aforementioned Pokemon to switch, possibly opening up setup opportunities for Mega Camerupt's teammates, but is generally seen as inferior due to not directly crippling Toxic's targets. Stealth Rock can be used in the last slot if Mega Camerupt's team has no other setter, allowing it to pressure its defensive checks and support its teammates by wearing the opponent's team down.

Set Details
========
A Modest nature and 252 Special Attack EVs allow Mega Camerupt to hit as hard as possible. 84 Speed EVs are added so Mega Camerupt is capable of outrunning uninvested base 30 Pokemon such as Mega Steelix, Slowbro, and Snorlax, as well as Sassy Bronzong and Gigalith; the rest of the EVs are invested into HP. 164 Speed EVs are an option to let Mega Camerupt get the jump on Rhyperior and Quagsire; alternatively, 252 Speed EVs could be run to let Mega Camerupt outspeed uninvested base 50s such as Registeel and Diancie, as well as Araquanid and Dragalge. Still, the additional bulk is generally preferred over these Speed benchmarks. However, if Mega Camerupt is being paired with Trick Room users, no Speed investment along with a Quiet nature is ideal. Solid Rock is the ability of choice before Mega Evolution, as it reduces damage if Camerupt is forced to switch into a super effective move.

Usage Tips
========
Mega Camerupt's goal is to break the opposing team's defensive backbone apart, either by hitting hard with Sheer Force-boosted Fire Blast and Earth Power or by putting walls on a timer with Toxic. Additionally, if Mega Camerupt provides offensive pressure crucial to breaking the opponent's team, it is very important to preserve its HP and avoid letting it get worn down by even hits that it can take decently well, like Seismic Toss from Registeel and Sludge Wave from Salazzle, along with entry hazards and chip damage. If a Pokemon that can tank Fire Blast and Earth Power, such as Umbreon, Milotic, or Cresselia, is on the opponent's team, go for Toxic as it switches in, making it have to waste a turn using Heal Bell or Refresh or just putting it on a timer.

Team Options
========
Wallbreakers that can deal with Mega Camerupt's roadblocks are great teammates. Examples include Pangoro, Escavalier, Choice Band Tyrantrum, and Yanmega, all of which can reliably deal with Mega Camerupt's checks such as Milotic, Umbreon, and specially defensive Cresselia. Late-game cleaners such as Flygon, Linoone, and Cloyster are all great picks, as they heavily appreciate Mega Camerupt's role in weakening walls for them to sweep. Trick Room users can be great teammates for Mega Camerupt, as Trick Room allows it to outspeed most of the tier and be a big threat to more offensive teams. Notable Trick Room setters include Cresselia, Bronzong, Porygon2, Reuniclus, and Cofagrigus. Toxic Spikes setters such as Dragalge and Roserade help Mega Camerupt pressure its defensive checks with much more ease.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============
Hidden Power Grass can be used for Gastrodon, but this coverage is very specific and hits nothing other than Gastrodon, making it not as useful as other moves unless Mega Camerupt's team really struggles with it. Flamethrower could be used over Fire Blast for more reliability, but most of the time the lack of power in comparison to Fire Blast makes Flamethrower unappealing.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Special Walls**: The likes of Umbreon, Milotic, and Cresselia can tank any hit from Mega Camerupt. Toxic is an annoyance to them, but the former two have access to Heal Bell and Refresh, respectively, allowing them not to be bothered even by Toxic.

**Water-types**: Araquanid, Feraligatr, and Cloyster all OHKO Mega Camerupt with ease; however, only Araquanid can reliably switch in, as Feraligatr and Cloyster are either 2HKOed or outright OHKOed by Mega Camerupt.

**Dragon-types**: Goodra, Noivern, Flygon, Kommo-o, and Zygarde-10% all outspeed Mega Camerupt and can either tank hits from it easily or outright OHKO it, despite not being able to switch into its attacks.

**Offensive Presence**: Despite not being great switch-ins to Mega Camerupt, faster hard-hitting Pokemon such as Choice Band Tyrantrum, Mega Glalie, and Honchkrow can still revenge kill Mega Camerupt regardless of type matchup.

it's cresselia not crescelia

mention competition from other wallbreakers in overview. while it might not seem like it's directly outclassed by anything /in particular/, whenever I think about using this thing I ask myself "why not use salazzle or LO moltres or even smth more consistent like gatr." it sounds weird to compare mega camel with those mons but i feel like in practice/while teambuilding its true imo. maybe try to incorporate that into the overview, just how there's more consistent mons to use as wallbreakers.

Mention Bronzong and Mega Steelix in the first line of Overview, as they're more common than Registeel

In Moves, you should remove the 2HKOing Cresselia part, as it can Moonlight off the damage, and with Fire Blast being inaccurate, it will most often stall Camerupt out. Also give a more relevant Pokemon's name over Swellow (Sigilyph). Remove mentions of Umbreon for Toxic, as it can just Heal Bell and Foul Play hits hard. Also mention Stealth Rock in last slot.

Mention Mega Steelix and Bronzong in set details, also provide a Speed stat option for outspeeding Rhyperior.

In Team Options, include Yanmega and Durant, as well as remove Weezing lol that mon is garb.

HP Grass also hits Seismitoad

Include Kommo-o in Dragon-types too

[OVERVIEW]
Mega Camerupt is a unique wallbreaker thanks to its typing allowing it to check numerous notable threats in the RU tier, such as Salazzle, Bronzong, and Mega Steelix, and numerous others. (when you've already said "such as", you don't need to include "and others" at the end of the list) Its high Special Attack stat when coupled with Sheer Force also makes Mega Camerupt hit exceptionally hard with Fire Blast and Earth Power, making it a notable Wallbreaker. (you said this in the first sentence)Furthermore, its typing and bulk are also above average for an offensive Pokemon, making it able to tank neutral hits reasonably well. However, the prevalence of checks to Mega Camerupt, such as Umbreon, Cresselia, and Milotic, (comma) makes it Mega Camerupt a rather inconsistent breaker having to rely solely on Toxic to dent said Pokemon. Along with that, its Speed stat leaves it succeptible to being outsped by nearly the entirity entirety of the RU Tier tier, and its it's reasonable typing, (remove comma)still leaves it helpless against the likes of Feraligatr, Zygarde-10%, and Flygon. Finally, it Mega Camerupt also suffers competition from many of the tier's wallbreakers, such as Salazzle and Moltres, (comma) due to them their being overall more consistent.
