Mega Stone
Huntailite
Movepool Additions
Outrage, Dragon Dance
Competitive Analysis
Mega Huntail is a very powerful Shell Smash sweeper with strong offensive presence thanks to its ability and high base Attack stat. Using Outrage means Huntail can get confused and therefore gain the boost that its ability provides and with a great Speed Tier it is pretty much bound to sweep.
Rationale
If Exeggutor is a Dragon, so is this. It has scales and everything and overall I think giving it a kooky dragon feel is just awesome tbh!

Mega Gorebyss

Merciless

Mega Stone
Gorebyssite
Movepool Additions
Sludge Bomb, Venoshock
Competitive Analysis
Mega Gorebyss is also a Shell Smash sweeper that can overcome most defensive threats by poisoning them and wearing them down with critical hits and Poison damage, and thanks to its blistering Speed after Shell Smash, it is really tough to stop one on its tracks!
Rationale
I know I just won with another Merciles 'mon but hear me out... Gorebyss is even more merciless than Roserade, many Pokedéx entries claim that Gorebyss is cruel and preys its foe by draining its body fluids and what not, if that isn't Toxic and Merciless, then I don't know what is.

Sample Sets and Mega Eelektross coming later :D
I think that Huntail's base speed is 52 and not 30.

Well, it's been a while since I've done one of these, so let's get started!

Mega Eelektross
Type: Electric/Bug
Ability:
Levitate
Base Stats: 85/145/90/105/110/80 (±0/+30/+10/±0/+30/+30)
Movepool Additions: Leech Life

With a more leech-like design, Mega Eelektross becomes part Bug-type and all Coil Sweeper! Its surprisingly good defensive typing leaves it with only two weaknesses (Rock and Fire), which it can threaten with Aqua Tail. Throw in Leech Life for reliable recovery, and it's going to suck fighting this thing!

Thug Leech Lyfe (Coil Sweeper)
Eelektross @ Eelektrossite
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SpD/252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Coil
- Leech Life
- Thunder Punch
- Aqua Tail

Mega Gorebyss
Type: Water/Psychic
Ability: Bloodlust
(Moxie Clone; when this Pokemon knocks out another Pokemon, its Speed increases by one stage)
Base Stats: 55/84/125/144/105/62 (±0/±0/+20/+40/+30/+10)
Movepool Additions: Psyshock

The gut-sucker returns to sucker-punch your guts! Its Water/Psychic-typing and improved bulk give it more opportunities to set up Shell Smash, and its ability makes it harder and harder to stop it as its sweep continues. It's very susceptible to Shadow Sneak and Sucker Punch, though.

Mermaider (Shell Smash Sweeper)
Gorebyss @ Gorebyssite
Ability: Hydration
EVs: 252 SpA/4 SpD/252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Shell Smash
- Hydro Pump / Surf
- Psyshock
- Ice Beam

Mega Huntail
Type: Water/Dark
Ability:
Strong Jaw
Base Stats: 55/134/105/94/115/82 (±0/+30/±0/±0/+40/+30)
Movepool Additions: Psychic Fangs, Liquidation

The gut-sucker's homely brother comes back for another bite! While its typing and ability may make it seem like a weaker Mega Sharpedo, it separates itself from its Selachimorphian competitor with access to two great boosting moves in Coil and Shell Smash. Coil turns it into a bulky setup sweeper, while Shell Smash transforms it into a speedy weapon of mass destruction.

The Abyss (Coil Sweeper)
Huntail @ Huntailite
Ability: Water Veil
EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Coil
- Liquidation
- Crunch
- Psychic Fangs / Ice Fang

Jaws 4: The Revenge (Shell Smash Sweeper)
Huntail @ Huntailite
Ability: Water Veil
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Jolly/Adamant Nature
- Shell Smash
- Liquidation
- Crunch
- Psychic Fangs / Ice Fang

Silvally - Elements, BoltBeam and Normal
Here's our first Silvally/Arceus slate! As for as moves go, each form will have an individual movepool. The memories will now double as mega stones. A new memory/megastone will be introduced for the normal form. We'll have 2 more Silvally and 3 Arceus slates in the future. You can make them identical, counterparts, or unique - there's no right or wrong here. Send it to ubers if you want. To clarify, this slate will be the Fire, Water, Grass, Ice, Electric and Normal forms of Silvally. That should cover it, good luck!

I made this with the type stat averages in mind (ever so slightly)

Movepool Additions: Flare Blitz, Fire Blast, Will O' Wisp
Description: Get in, Mega Evolve, and Flare Blitz/Fire Blast til you faint.

Silvally-Water-Mega

Typing: Water

Special Attack: 95 ----> 95
Special Defense: 95 ----> 75 (-20)
Speed: 95 ----> 125 (+30)

I've been waiting for this one! For each of the forms, I gave them at least 10 in every stat. Having Silvally's stats be overly unbalanced felt wrong, and this approach allows for variety in how the forms can be used viably. I think all of them are fit for an OU environment, which was my deliberate effort (why should inferior Arceus be in the same tier as the actual Arceus?) (No formatting because I've written this from my phone, will make it pretty if I get the chance)

Silvally-Fire
Type: take a guess
Stats: 95/105/105/135/105/125
Ability: Drought
New Move: Overheat
Description: This form releases a pulse of super-heated air into the clouds upon Mega evolving, evaporating the clouds and revealing the sun.
Analysis: if it weren't for all the broken Megas already at home in OU, this thing would probably be Ubers material. A premier Sun setter with solid speed and offense to pair with its momentum.

Silvally-Water
Type: hmmmmmmmmm
Stats: 95/105/125/125/115/105
Ability: Drizzle
New Move: Hydro Pump
Description: This form has an advanced system built into it that draws any water evem somewhat nearby to it, so it may absorb the water. This draws water from clouds too, creating an artificial rainstorm.
Analysis: Almost gives regular Kyogre a run for its money. A rain setter with no 4x weakness, access to momentum and solid bulk. The main drawback is that compared to Kyogre, it essentially has no item. It also misses out on Calm Mind.

Silvally-Grass
Type: aaaaaaaaaaa
Stats: 95/115/105/115/125/115
Ability: Flower Gift
New Move: Horn Leech
Description: This form is covered in synthetic flowers that absorb solar energy, creating a sort of electrical shield around it when exposed to sunlight.
Analysis: Torkoal is your new best friend. With the Sun active this beast gains +1 in Attack and Special Defense, making it both bulky and a serious offensive threat.

Silvally-Ice
Type: a cool type
Stats: 95/105/105/125/105/135
Ability: Snow Warning
New Move: Aurora Veil
Description: This form releases a pulse of super cold air into the clouds upon Mega Evolution, causing an artificial hailstorm.
Analysis: I did what I could to make this type viable to use. With its high speed, it can spam Blizzard, get up a Veil and Parting Shot out to a setup sweeper.

Silvally-Electric
Type: the answer may shock you!
Stats: 95/115/105/115/105/135
Ability: Levitate
New Move: Thunder
Description: This form deploys a synthetic cloud to ride on upon Mega Evolving.
Analysis: One of the more balanced forms, it has no weaknesses in normal conditions. Because of this, it can act as an offensive and defensive check to a large number of the numerous threats in MFA.

Silvally-*
Type: normie reeeeeee
Stats: 95/115/115/115/115/115
Ability: Adaptability
New Move: Wish
Description: As this Silvally form learns the power of Mega Evolution, it finds that it can wish to Arceus to strengthen itself.
Analysis: The all-rounder, this Pokèmon can pull off any dedicated EV spread to success. Whether you want bulky with Wish (finally, recovery! Recover would probably make it too good for OU, so this will do) or offensive (physical or special), or even a mix, this Mega can do it.

Darn, I thought I had powerful eels, I guess not powerful enough for a vote?

Oh well, onwards.

Silvally-Fire-Mega
Ability: RKS System --> Steam Engine (When struck by water, take no damage and gain speed. Motor Drive clone)
Typing: Fire

Stats:

HP: 95 ----> 95
Attack: 95 ----> 105 (+10)
Defense: 95 ----> 105 (+10)
Special Attack: 95 ----> 135 (+40)
Special Defense: 95 ----> 110 (+15)
Speed: 95 ----> 120 (+25)
Base Stat Total: 570 ----> 670
Movepool Additions: Fire Blast, Sacred Fire, Blue Fire
Description: Abuse your defensive ability to eat water for a speed boost. Blue Fire is obliterative in power, and Sacred Fire makes physical attackers less interested in switching in on you.

Silvally-Water-Mega
Ability: RKS System ----> Fertilizer (When struck by grass moves, takes no damage and begins to regenerate 1/8 HP per turn. Sap Sipper with stronger leftovers effect.)
Typing: Water

Stats:

HP: 95 ----> 95
Attack: 95 ----> 120 (+25)
Defense: 95 ----> 105 (+10)
Special Attack: 95 ----> 105 (+10)
Special Defense: 95 ----> 135 (+40)
Speed: 95 ----> 110 (+15)
Base Stat Total: 570 ----> 670
Movepool Additions: Steam Eruption, Aqua Jet, Liquidation,
Description: Using Fertilizer to help you become a bulky water (remember those?) is a good way to enable your Steam or Liquidation assault. You can SD up and use a powerful Aqua Jet if you want to.

Silvally-Grass-Mega
Ability: RKS System ----> Heated Moment (This Pokemon, when struck by fire, has its defenses increased 1 stage. Absorb and stat boost clone to Defense stats)
Typing: Grass

Stats:

HP: 95 ----> 95
Attack: 95 ----> 120 (+25)
Defense: 95 ----> 110 (+15)
Special Attack: 95 ----> 105 (+10)
Special Defense: 95 ----> 105 (+10)
Speed: 95 ----> 135 (+40)
Base Stat Total: 570 ----> 670
Movepool Additions: Leaf Blade, Sleep Powder, Trop Kick
Description: Get in on some fire and hurt things with durability! Adding crit rate with Leaf Blade is a nasty combo, or you can go Trop Kick to force lower defensed mons to switch out. Sleep Powder can get the same effect.

Silvally-Electric-Mega
Ability: RKS System ----> Polarizing (This Pokemon is immune to ice and snow, and when struck by Ice, has its SpAtk increased.)
Typing: Electric

Stats:

HP: 95 ----> 95
Attack: 95 ----> 105 (+10)
Defense: 95 ----> 135 (+40)
Special Attack: 95 ----> 110 (+15)
Special Defense: 95 ----> 125 (+30)
Speed: 95 ----> 105 (+10)
Base Stat Total: 570 ----> 670
Movepool Additions: Bolt Strike, Nuzzle, Parabolic Charge
Description: Ice Immunity? Well, it's a good stop to boltbeam. A defensive Electric type is incredibly rare. Use your Nuzzle and Parabolic charge to spread Paralysis and nab some HP back. You're going to need Ice Beam or Surf to deal with Ground types.

Silvally-Ice-Mega
Ability: RKS System ----> Lightningrod
Typing: Ice

Stats:

HP: 95 ----> 95
Attack: 95 ----> 110 (+15)
Defense: 95 ----> 105 (+10)
Special Attack: 95 ----> 125 (+30)
Special Defense: 95 ----> 105 (+10)
Speed: 95 ----> 135 (+40)
Base Stat Total: 570 ----> 670
Movepool Additions: Freeze Dry, Ice Shard, Shell Smash
Description: A sweeper through and through. Ice typing leaves it frail enough to be beaten by priority, especially after a Shell Smash from that icy exterior. The stats are high, but remember, you're just about Itemless.

Silvally-Normal-Mega
Ability: RKS System ----> Disbelief (Halves Fairy and Dark Damage)
Typing: Normal

Stats:

HP: 95 ----> 95
Attack: 95 ----> 120 (+25)
Defense: 95 ----> 105 (+10)
Special Attack: 95 ----> 120 (+25)
Special Defense: 95 ----> 105 (+10)
Speed: 95 ----> 125 (+30)
Base Stat Total: 570 ----> 670
Movepool Additions: Shell Smash, Slack Off, Boomburst
Description: A more balanced sweeper, you can go physical or Special if you so desire.

Okay. I decided to do this after all. Tried to consider the chimeric-legend, mini-Arceus, UB-slayer aspect while trying to address the shallow movepool.

Mega Silvally-Electric

Ability:
Electric Surge
Typing:
Electric
HP:
95
Attack:
145 (+ 50)

Defense:
95
Special Attack:
95

Special Defense:
145 (+ 50)
Speed:
95
New Moves:
Electric Terrain, Volt Switch, Wild Charge, Flare Blitz, Ice Shard, Icicle Crash
Description:
Silvally adapts to face Celesteela. It is now, essentially, a Tapu Koko with only one weakness that can act as a special wall or dish out huge physical damage with Electric Terain boosted STAB.

Mega Silvally-Grass

Ability:
Grassy Surge
Typing:
Grass
HP: 95
Attack:
125 (+ 30)

Defense:
101 (+ 6)
Special Attack:
145 (+ 50)

Special Defense:
101 (+ 6)
Speed:
103 (+ 8)
New Moves:
Energy Ball, Giga Drain, Grassy Terrain, Leaf Blade, Leaf Storm, Leach Seed, Petal Dance, Power Whip, Wood Hammer, Earth Power, Smack Down, Power Gem
Description:
Silvally adapts to face UB-Assembly, but is forced to use incomplete information, resulting in compromise. All its stats have risen and its Grass STAB will hurt when boosted by Grassy Terrain. It has Ground coverage that is not weakened by Grassy Terrain as well.

Mega Silvally-Fire

Ability:
Desolate Land
Typing:
Fire

HP:
95
Attack:
95

Defense:
180 (+85)
Special Attack:
95

Special Defense:
95
Speed:
110 (+ 15)
New Moves:
Fire Blast, Solar Beam
Description:
Silvally adapts to face Kartana. It becomes a fast, physical wall that is immune to water, despite being fire typed. It can also fire off instant Solar Beams.

Mega Silvally-Water

Ability:
Primordial Sea
Typing:
Water

HP:
95
Attack:
140 (+ 45)

Defense:
95
Special Attack:
95

Special Defense:
141 (+ 46)
Speed:
104 (+ 9)
New Moves:
Liquidation, Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Earthquake
Description:
Silvally adapts to face Nihelego. Its huge attack is further boosted by weather for its STAB and it is specially bulky too. It is also immune to fire.

Mega Silvally-Ice

Ability:
Snow Warning
Typing:
Ice

HP:
95
Attack:
128 (+ 33)

Defense:
129 (+ 34)
Special Attack:
128 (+ 33)

Special Defense:
95
Speed:
95
New Moves:
Aurora Veil, Blizzard, Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast, Play Rough, Focus Blast, Close Combat, Earth Power
Description:
Silvally adapts to face Guzzlord. This may be a defensive ice type, but it can set Aurora Veil instantly, which put Ninehails in OU. It also isn’t doubly weak to Steel and has a great special attack.

Mega Silvally-Normal

Ability:
Scrappy
Typing:
Normal

HP:
95
Attack:
143(+ 48)

Defense:
95
Special Attack:
95

Special Defense:
144 (+ 49)
Speed:
98 (+ 3)
New Moves:
Extreme Speed, Fake Out, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Play Rough, Earthquake
Description:
Silvally adapts to face UB-Burst, and more importantly, Lunala. STAB, Scrappy Fake-Speed off 143 Attack is great. And you can switch into special attacks pretty easily too.

Type: Fire
Stats: 95/95/135/135/95/115 (±0/±0/+40/+40/±0/+20) [BST: 670] [HEIGHT: 2.3m/7'07"] [WEIGHT: 100.5kg/221.6lb]
Ability: Conflagrate (It's Mega Gourgeist's ability. Aerilate is also exclusive to megas, but not just one anymore when Mega Salamence rolled around)
Added Moves: Dragon Pulse, Leaf Blade, Morning Sun, Moonlight (This applies to ALL forms)
Description: Project: Beast Killer's Fire Memory has been adjusted for combat against UBs ABSORPTION, BEAUTY, BLASTER, and BLADE. All of these Ultra Beasts take major damage from Special Attacks and are weak to Fire, though BLASTER's armor is sturdy enough to withstand the fire in question. All of the aforementioned Ultra Beasts also have formidable power in their Physical Attacks, which Project: Beast Killer's armor fortifies to adjust to. In addition, Project: Beast Killer is made more nimble to allow itself to hold its own against BLADE more easily.

A lethal Special Attacker with great physical bulk. Its special bulk is also decent, but the physical bulk's the main attraction. Silvally's weak to both parts of EdgeQuake, but both of those moves are targeting 95/135 physical bulk.
Example Moveset:
Silvally @ Fire Memory
Ability: RKS System
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Tri Attack
- Dragon Pulse
- Flash Cannon
- Thunderbolt
Conflagrate turns Tri Attack into a stronger Fire STAB than Flamethrower, and Dragon Pulse also forms a formidable core with it. Flash Cannon helps deal with any Fairies that resist them both, and Thunderbolt ensures neutral coverage.

Type: Water
Stats: 95/135/95/95/135/115 (±0/+40/±0/±0/+40/+20) [BST: 670] [HEIGHT: 2.3m/7'07"] [WEIGHT: 100.5kg/221.6lb]
Ability: Liquefy (Normal-type moves turn Water-type and deal more damage.)
Added Moves: Dragon Pulse, Leaf Blade, Morning Sun, Moonlight (This applies to ALL forms)
Description: Upon further investigation, UBs SYMBIONT, BURST, and ASSEMBLY seem averse to water. As SYMBIONT and presumably BURST are weak to physical attacks, its physical attacks are strengthened. Project: Beast Killer's armor is also designed to sustain powerful attacks from SYMBIONT or BURST. The armor is made more nimble to help keep SYMBIONT and BURST in check. Additionally, its power on either side should do equal damage to UB ASSEMBLY.

A powerful physical attacker that can sustain damage on the special side. Most Grass- or Electric-type coverage is Special, and they'll be hitting 95/135 bulk.
Example Moveset:
Silvally @ Water Memory
Ability: RKS System
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Double-Edge
- Ice Fang
- Leaf Blade
- Swords Dance
Liquefy makes Double-Edge quite dangerous. Ice Fang handles the Dragon- and Grass-types that resist it, and Leaf Blade handles the rest. Finally, Swords Dance lets it set up on you.

Type: Grass
Stats: 95/95/135/95/135/115 (±0/±0/+40/±0/+40/+20) [BST: 670] [HEIGHT: 2.3m/7'07"] [WEIGHT: 100.5kg/221.6lb]
Ability: Germinate (Normal-type moves turn Grass-type and deal more damage.)
Added Moves: Dragon Pulse, Leaf Blade, Morning Sun, Moonlight (This applies to ALL forms)
Description: There has yet to be an Ultra Beast to be discovered that is weak to the Grass type. Thus, Project: Beast Killer's armor was enhanced to withstand damage from other Ultra Beasts, most notably LIGHTING's electricity. It can also act to support itself before an opponent could strike.

A wall. 95/135/135 bulk is very good, as that's more or less Skarmory's bulk on both fronts.
Example Moveset:
Silvally @ Grass Memory
Ability: RKS System
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Impish / Jolly Nature
- Morning Sun
- Substitute
- Poison Fang
- Parting Shot
Morning Sun is recovery, Substitute allows sponging, Poison Fang inflicts Toxic WITHOUT being affected by Taunt, and Parting Shot lets it switch out and weaken the opponent simultaneously.

Type: Electric
Stats: 95/135/115/135/95/95 (±0/+40/+20/+40/±0/±0) [BST: 670] [HEIGHT: 2.3m/7'07"] [WEIGHT: 100.5kg/221.6lb]
Ability: Galvanize
Added Moves: Dragon Pulse, Leaf Blade, Morning Sun, Moonlight (This applies to ALL forms)
Description: It should be noted that UB-04 BLASTER is one of the only Ultra Beasts to have shown aversion to electricity. Thus, Project: Beast Killer was armed with powerful weaponry on both fronts that allows it to handle it. As BLASTER is known for its ability to deal and take damage on both fronts, Project: Beast Killer's weaponry can handle it, be it physical or special.

You can run physical or special with this thing. Go nuts.
Example Moveset:
Silvally @ Electric Memory
Ability: RKS System
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Tri Attack
- Ice Beam
- Flamethrower
- Surf
BoltBeam (half of which is emulated by galvanize tri attack) is resisted only by Electric-types and Marowak-A. Said Electric-types are mostly weak to fire and Marowak-A can be dealt with using Surf.

Type: Ice
Stats: 95/95/115/135/95/135 (±0/±0/+20/+40/±0/+40) [BST: 670] [HEIGHT: 2.3m/7'07"] [WEIGHT: 100.5kg/221.6lb]
Ability: Refrigerate
Added Moves: Dragon Pulse, Leaf Blade, Morning Sun, Moonlight (This applies to ALL forms)
Description: UB-05 GLUTTON is the only known Ultra Beast to have little fondness of the cold. As GLUTTON seems to be capable of learning attacks that would be very dangerous for Project: Beast Killer, its armor has been fortified slightly. Otherwise, there was little reason to make Project: Beast Killer any more fortified, so it was made nimble.

Special Sweeper.
Example Moveset:
Silvally @ Ice Memory
Ability: RKS System
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Tri Attack
- Thunderbolt
- Flamethrower
- Surf
It's like the Silvally-Electric set above but with Tri Attack as an Ice-Type move instead.

Typing: Water

Stats:

Movepool Additions: Hydro Pump, Scald, Aqua Jet, Liquidation, Soak

Typing: Grass

Stats:

Base Stat Total: 570 ----> 670
Movepool Additions: Volt Tackle, Zing Zap, Discharge, Volt Switch, Magnet Rise
Description: A specially bulky, physically attacking Electric-type with decent STABs and Volt Switch for pivoting. Hates Earthquakes with a passion, as it doesn’t want to sacrifice a move slot for Magnet Rise.

Rationale
In the first place, I decided to make the abilities -ate like clones, since they pretty much fit perfectly allowing one for each type and can be assciated with Multi Attack and Judgement, which keeps the Silvally theme. But not to make it too simple and add a little more offensive power to Silvally I decided on also giving them a Download like effect becuase it not only fits competitively but it also gives the interpretation that Silvally is downloading the memories. As for the stats, they all have 1, 5, or 9 composing them as it reflects the pattern seen on Type: Null and Silvally, the '1' is a little bit of a stretch but it was literally impossible to do a Mega only using 5 and 9 so I had to add 1 which is cool I guess.

Extreme Speed
Competitive Analysis
A dangerous Swords Dance E-Speed sweeper mimicking Arceus' most common set known as E-Killer. Swords Dance up, grab a couple of boosts and spam Extreme Speed. Compared to Arceus it is an slower variant, therefore losing to most Normal resists compared to Arceus, and Silvally is also less bulky, requires a Mega Stone, and can't afford to run a Chople Berry to protect it from Marshadow, still, it hits considerably harder to its like a choice, going on the more offensive route or going on a more reliable route. Mega Stone
Grass Memory
Movepool Addition
Spore
Competitive Analysis
An interesting Mixed Wall that struggles with its lack of recovery and plethora of weaknesses in spite of its absurd bulk. Spore is also a very nice addition allowing it to threaten Pokémon i can't really touch and that could otherwise turn Silvally into set up bait. Great coverage also means it can deal with most of what it wants to wall, but its lackluster typing still leaves it weak to dangerous Pokémon such as Volcarona, Heatran, Kyurem-Black, Mega Pinsir, Gengar and thers. Over Used.

Competitive Analysis
With a possible Download boost and very reliable coverage, bulk, and STAB on Tri Attack. This thing is just an amazing wallbreaker, very little, namely Chansey, can switch into the combination of Tri Attack and BoltBeam, not to mention that it can just Parting Shot in any unfavorable matchup. Most Fire-type switch ins such as Mantine, Suicune and Fini don't really appreciate Thunderbolt while Zygarde, Garchomp and Hydreigon despite Ice Beam. Finally, if this monster wasn't powerful enough, getting that Special Download boost might just seal the deal for any opponent without Chansey which you can just Parting Shot on. Over Used.

Competitive Analysis
Fast, Bulky, Good typing, can be some sort of Mega Latias and Suicune hybrid without Calm Mind, which sounds hella scary at first until you remember it about the Calm Mind part. Silvally-Water is interesting because it gives Balance some sort of speedy 'mon without giving up bulk and overall a very bulky pivot thanks to Parting Shot. Over Used.

Ever wanted a fast, powerful, non-hail reliant (cough, Mega Alolan Ninetales, cough), specially based Ice-type? Well, here's one! With the nastiest coverage out there and a ton of power behind its moves if it gets the right download boost, this thing is for sure a threat. Over Used.

Please note everyone that it is a recent discovery that any move with a chance to change type is unaffected by -Ate (so Multi-Attack and Judgement stay Normal-Type with no plate) and this is how the mega Silvally get Normal STAB.

Silvally-Fire-Mega

Ability: Fuel System (Grass immunity, grass moves boost Speed by 2. Normal moves turn fire type, all have 30% chance to burn)
Stats:
HP: 95 ----> 95
Attack: 95 ----> 145 (+50)
Defense: 95 ----> 95
Special Attack: 95 ----> 145 (+50)
Special Defense: 95 ----> 135 (+40)
Speed: 95 ----> 55 (-40)
Base Stat Total: 670
Additions: Will o Wisp, Fire Blast, Nasty Plot
Explanation: (Part 1 of the trio, as they are all meant to counter each other). Fire is a highly offensive, yet slow pokemon. This is extremely bad for it, until you get hit by a grass move, doubling your speed. Now you have an already strong sweeper on both ends of the spectrum with a great movepool that tears through everything below its new speed.

Silvally-Water-Mega

Ability: Filteration System (Fire immunity, fire moves boost defense and SpD by 1. Normal moves turn water type, all have 30% chance to confuse)
Stats:
HP: 95 ----> 95
Attack: 95 ----> 95
Defense: 95 ----> 145 (+50)
Special Attack: 95 ----> 95
Special Defense: 95 ----> 145 (+50)
Speed: 95 ----> 95
Base Stat Total: 670
Additions: Aqua Ring, Whirlpool, Nasty Plot
Explanation: (Part 2 of the trio, as they are all meant to counter each other). The bulkiest in the trio, water aims to switch in on a fire move, and get set for the long game of stall. Silvally already has some good moves such as parting shot, roar, and heal block. this can lead to some really annoying stall moments for the opponents, where you can trap them with newly-acquired whirlpool, heal block them, toxic them, etc. you also have decent attacks built in with your great defences.

Silvally-Grass-Mega

Ability: Irrigation System (Water immunity, water moves heal 25%. Normal moves turn grass type, all have a 30% chance to seed opponent)
Stats:
HP: 95 ----> 95
Attack: 95 ----> 108 (+13)
Defense: 95 ----> 107 (+12)
Special Attack: 95 ----> 108 (+13)
Special Defense: 95 ----> 107 (+12)
Speed: 95 ----> 145 (+50)
Base Stat Total: 670
Additions: Spore, Leech Seed, Nasty Plot
Explanation: (Part 3 of the trio, as they are all meant to counter each other). Since this silvally is the most balanced of the three, it tries to play the most roles. On one hand, you have a fast sweeper with great grass STAB and moves like swords dance and nasty plot to set up. On the other hand, you have a support role that can seed swapped in opponents on switch in (roar is normal type) and put them to sleep. the built-in benefit of healing 25% health on a switch in on a water move is a good added perk.

Nalei

So a big part of the lore of Silvally (and Type: Null) is that it was created to combat the Ultra Beasts. As such, I'm taking all the different types of Silvally and specializing them in stats, abilities and movepools to counter each UB (and their mega evolutions). I did some comparison, and decided upon what UBs each Silvally type is best meant to counter:
Fire: Buzzwole, Pheromosa, Celesteela, Kartana
Water: Balanced with emphasis on Nihilego
Grass: Balanced with emphasis on Xurkitree
Ice: Balanced with emphasis on Guzzlord
Electric: Celesteela
Normal: Balanced with emphasis on Nihilego, Xurkitree and Guzzlord
Fighting: Kartana and Guzzlord
Flying: Buzzwole and Pheromosa
Poison: Balanced with emphasis on Buzzwole and Pheromosa
Ground: Nihilego and Xurkitree
Rock: Balanced with emphasis on Nihilego, Xurkitree and Guzzlord
Bug: Balanced with emphasis on Guzzlord
Ghost: Balanced with emphasis on Buzzwole and Pheromosa
Steel: Nihilego
Fairy: Buzzwole, Pheromosa and Guzzlord
Dragon: Balanced with emphasis on Xurkitree
Dark: Balanced with disregard for Buzzwole and Pheromosa
Psychic: Balanced with emphasis on Nihilego

Mega Silvally Fire
Typing:
Fire
Ability:
Molten Shield (Heatproof clones - halves the damage of Fighting moves)
HP: 95 (+0)
Attack: 95 (+0)
Defense: 145 (+50)
Special Attack: 115 (+20)
Special Defense: 110 (+15)
Speed: 110 (+15)
New Moves: Recover, Fire Blast and Overheat
Description: Silvally Fire is best suited for countering Buzzwole, Phermosa, Kartana and Celesteela. Molten Shield allows Silvally to comfortably sponge Pheromosa and Buzzwole's STABs as well as Kartana's Sacred Sword. Stats allow for Silvally to comfortably switch in on these UBs while also 2HKOing Mega Celeteela.

Mega Silvally Water
Typing:
Water
Ability: Drizzle
HP: 95 (+0)
Attack: 125 (+30)
Defense: 105 (+10)
Special Attack: 100 (+5)
Special Defense: 140 (+45)
Speed: 105 (+10)
New Moves: Recover, Aqua Jet and Scald
Description: Silvally Water is best meant for general purpose with an emphasis on Nihilego. Drizzle boosts Nihilego's Water moves, such as Multi Attack which OHKOs Mega Nihilego in the rain without any attack investment.

Mega Silvally Grass
Typing:
Grass
Ability: Unaware
HP: 95 (+0)
Attack: 100 (+5)
Defense: 110 (+15)
Special Attack: 115 (+20)
Special Defense: 160 (+65)
Speed: 90 (-5)
New Moves: Recover, Giga Drain and Energy Ball
Description: Silvally Grass is meant to check Xurkitree while not being overly specific. Unaware allows Silvally to wall Xurkitree no matter how many times it boosts with Tail Glow.

Mega Silvally Ice
Typing:
Ice
Ability: Adaptability
HP: 95 (+0)
Attack: 135 (+40)
Defense: 105 (+10)
Special Attack: 135 (+40)
Special Defense: 105 (+10)
Speed: 95 (+0)
New Moves: Recover, Ice Shard and Calm Mind
Description: Silvally Ice checks Guzzlord, but is still generally applicable. This form aims to be a powerful wallbreaker either opting for an Adaptability boosted Ice Shard or BoltBeam coverage.

Mega Silvally Electric
Typing:
Electric
Ability: Magic Guard
HP: 95 (+0)
Attack: (+0)
Defense: 135 (+40)
Special Attack: 130 (+35)
Special Defense: 95 (+0)
Speed: 120 (+25)
New Moves: Recover, Volt Switch and Agility
Description: Out of all of the Silvallies, Electric stands up to Celesteela the best. Magic Guard was the ability of choice as it makes Leech Seed and Toxic from Celesteela a non-issue. The large defense stat sllows Silvally to tank Celesteela's Earthquakes with ease.

Mega Silvally
Typing:
Simple
Ability: Protean
HP: 95 (+0)
Attack: 115 (+20)
Defense: 115 (+20)
Special Attack: 115 (+20)
Special Defense: 115 (+20)
Speed: 115 (+20)
New Moves: Recover, Calm Mind and Hyper Voice
Description: Silvally really doesn't specialize at anything in terms of UBs, but this concept would definitely give it a niche. Simple+Swords Dance or Calm Mind makes it devastatingly difficult to wall. To make matters worse, the Swords Dance set can double its speed while having valuable Fire coverage in the same slot via Flame Charge while special can run BoltBeam+Recover which could be a nightmare to balance teams.
