Congratulations to Kopelemon for winning all 3 megas! :o

Island Guardians Slate
No ability or move limiations, so feel free to send them to ubers if you'd like.
I recall Kopelemon asking about the playability of MFA, and in short, it's not playable yet. If anyone knows of a coder who'd be willing to help out, spread the word!

I just decided to keep it simple with the Tapus. Terrains are their main selling points, so I decided to give them post-mega abilities that'd differentiate them from the base forms. This way, the regular Tapus still play an important role with terrain wars while their mega evolutions play entirely different roles, able to make use of the terrain only once per battle. The stats are also all in scale.

Mega Tapu Bulu
Ability:
Vegetation Immobilization (Arena Trap clone, prevent non-grass and non-ghost type opponents from switching out)
Typing: Grass/Fairy
HP: 70 (+0)
Attack: 160 (+30)
Defense: 140 (+25)
Special Attack: 100 (+15)
Special Defense: 115 (+20)
Speed: 85 (+10)
New Move: Play Rough
Description: I decided upon this ability because according to the 'dex: "It commands plants to immobilize its foes" Mega Tapu Bulu can eliminate certain opponents from the game, similarly to Dugtrio, but has an entirely different set of things to trap. It can also use various passive pokemon as set-up fodder.

Mega Tapu Lele
Ability:
Flower Power (Solar Power/Merciless clone, under Psychic Terrain, all of the users attacks are crits)
Typing: Psychic/Fairy
HP: 70 (+0)
Attack: 100 (+15)
Defense: 85 (+10)
Special Attack: 160 (+30)
Special Defense: 140 (+25)
Speed: 115 (+20)
New Move: Petal Dance
Description: More 'dex inspiration: "This guardian deity of Akala is guilelessly cruel. The fragrant aroma of flowers is the source of its energy." Mega Tapu Lele aims to outright obliterate defensive cores as there are literally no pokemon that it can't 2HKO.

Mega Tapu Koko
Ability:
Lightning Hyperactivity (Gen 6 Gale Wings clone, electric moves have priority)
Typing: Electric/Fairy
HP: 70 (+0)
Attack: 140 (+25)
Defense: 100 (+15)
Special Attack: 115 (+20)
Special Defense: 85 (+10)
Speed: 160 (+30)
New Move: Swords Dance
Description: Excellent cleaner or revenge killer.

Mega Tapu Fini
Ability:
Tide Refresh (Renamed Regenerator)
Typing: Water/Fairy
HP: 70 (+0)
Attack: 85 (+10)
Defense: 140 (+25)
Special Attack: 115 (+20)
Special Defense: 160 (+30)
Speed: 100 (+15)
New Moves: Psychic and Draining Kiss
Description: Mega Tapu Fini has better longevity it's new ability making it a great Defog user and pivot on balance teams.
What about Eeveelutions? ;~;
Next slate ;) Don't blame me this slate wasn't my idea

Mega Tapu Koko

Ability -
Electric Surge
Electric Efflux - creates the Overflowed Electric Terrain effect. This lasts until Tapu Koko exits battle. Along with Electric Terrain's effects, the power of Steel-typed moves is nullified and every grounded Pokémon is cured of the Sleep condition. In addition, Overflowed Electric Terrain can only be removed by other Primal Tapus's Terrain, otherwise any attempt of removing it will fail. (Desolate Land / Primordial Sea clone)

Competitive Analysis
Meant for OU. Primal Tapu Koko is a lot faster than what it used to be, outspeeding any base 106+ Speed Choice Scarf user. It is also about 10% stronger than regular itemless Koko, making it a great option if Life Orb recoil is unwanted. It can also aford to run Modest if outrunning +1 base 93-106 Speed Pokemon is not necessary.
Rationale - The stats for all Tapus are counterparts to each other, as they all have 70 - 85 - 95 - 107 - 128 - 185 rearanged in some form. As for its stat spread, I figured Koko would gain a lot from this absurd Speed tier, which isn't explored enough in my opinion, giving Primal Koko the option to substitute the 100+ Speed Scarfer that most teams need to have. Moonblast and Play Rough are obvious additions and should have been in Koko's moveset already.

Mega Tapu Lele

Ability -
Psychic Surge
Psychic Pour - creates the Overflowed Psychic Terrain effect. This lasts until Tapu Lele exits battle. Along with Psychic Terrain's effects, the power of Dark-typed moves is nullified and every grounded Pokémon is cured of the Confused condition. In addition, Overflowed Psychic Terrain can only be removed by other Primal Tapus's Terrain, otherwise any attempt of removing it will fail. (Desolate Land / Primordial Sea clone)

Competitive Analysis
Meant for OU. Primal Tapu Lele is a powerful Wallbreaker, just like its base forme, I assume you may think that base 185 SpA is way too much with Psychic Terrain, but considering Tapu Lele is itemless, the boost is the equivalent of a Life Orb boost, meaning Specs Lele is actually stronger. Lele gets the jump on Mega Pinsir, Mega Medicham and Mega Charizard-Y upon Mega evolving though, so that little 12 points Speed increase might actually pay off for Lele. It still gets walled by the same Pokémon that wall it in OU, so I still think it can be balanced in an OU environment.
Rationale - The stats for all Tapus are counterparts to each other, as they all have 70 - 85 - 95 - 107 - 128 - 185 rearanged in some form. As for its stat spread, I figured Lele really needed a huge SpA boost to justify its use over Specs, which is actually still stonger than Primal Lele. Play Rough and Draning Kiss are also quite obvious and should have been in Lele's movepool in the first place.

Mega Tapu Bulu

Ability -
Grassy Surge
Grassy Gush - creates the Overflowed Grassy Terrain effect. This lasts until Tapu Bulu exits battle. Along with Grassy Terrain's effects, the power of Ground-typed moves is nullified and every grounded Pokémon is cured of the Burned condition. In addition, Overflowed Grassy Terrain can only be removed by other Primal Tapus's Terrain, otherwise any attempt of removing it will fail. (Desolate Land / Primordial Sea clone)

Tapu Bulite
Movepool Additions
Play Rough, Rage Powder, Synthesis
Competitive Analysis
Meant for OU. Primal Tapu Bulu is, just like it's base forme, an extremely powerful Wallbreaker, and with base 185 Attack, which is about 1.3x stronger than the itemless base 130, it will for sure tear everything apart with its slightly imporved bulk and Speed tier, easing set up. It is still walled by what walled it before, so it's Primal reversion is more of an improvement on the original Bulu.
Rationale - The stats for all Tapus are counterparts to each other, as they all have 70 - 85 - 95 - 107 - 128 - 185 rearanged in some form. As for its stat spread, it needed tons of Attack to justify usage over regular Bulu, Play Rough and Rage Powder fit really well into Bulu's movepoll and both are something I could totally see Bulu getting.

Mega Tapu Fini

Ability -
Misty Surge
Misty Mount - creates the Overflowed Misty Terrain effect. This lasts until Tapu Fini exits battle. Along with Misty Terrain's effects, the power of Fairy-typed moves is increased by 1.5x and every grounded Pokémon is cured of the any status condition. In addition, Overflowed Misty Terrain can only be removed by other Primal Tapus's Terrain, otherwise any attempt of removing it will fail. (Desolate Land / Primordial Sea clone)

Competitive Analysis
Meant for OU. Primal Tapu Fini is now the wall it should have been in the first place, with 100% status immunity and reliable recovery it can act as the deffoger it always wanted too, as always though, Grass and Electric-types shut it down as well as faster Taunt users.
Rationale - The stats for all Tapus are counterparts to each other, as they all have 70 - 85 - 95 - 107 - 128 - 185 rearanged in some form. As for its stat spread, I figured Fini would love some extra bulk and the ability to be always immune to status, despite Scald not burning absolutely anything now. Shore Up is reflected by the beachy feel Fini has while Draining Kiss is completely understandable and fits with flavor.

feel free to send them to ubers if you'd like.
Sure thing! I'll make it interesting though.
Little prefix: All of these Megas lose their Fairy type in favour of another type that fits thematically. Fini becomes a Ghost type simply because I felt it would be the best type to fit a serene yet sinister Fini.
Mega!
Type
: Grass/Fairy -> Grass/Fire
Ability: Reckless
Stats: 70/150/135/105/115/95 (+0/+20/+20/+10/+30/+20)
New Moves: Flare Blitz, Flame Charge, Wild Charge
Description: Tapu Bulu undergoes a drastic change through Mega Evolution. Flames come out of its horns and nostrils, and it becomes yet more bull-like. In essence, its face looks like a Minotaur's. The red armouring it has becomes darker, and the yellow parts turn dark green. Rather than floating, It leaps across the ground, pushing itself forward with its now larger hooves. Due to this change in stance it is much more vulnerable to ambush, so it charges recklessly to compensate. These head on collisions do have the potential to cause brain damage to Bulu, so the trainer must be careful not to overexert it.
Competitive analysis: Probably too good for OU. It has an amazing attack stat alongside Reckless dual STAB, and can heal up with Grassy Terrain and Leech Seed, as well as Horn Leech as a possible move, while having 70/135/115 bulk and only 3 weaknesses (Poison, Flying and Rock).
Set Idea: Wood Hammer / Flare Blitz / Horn Leech / Flame Charge with 252 atk / 252 spe Jolly Nature

Mega!
Type
: Water/Fairy -> Water / Ghost
Ability: Siren's Gift (Water Absorb clone, grants Sound immunity + 1/3 heal from Sound moves)
Stats: 70/85/100/150/125/140 (+0/+10/-15/+55/-5/+55)
New Moves: Perish Song, Psychic, Sing, Curse
Description: Mega Tapu Fini breaks free of its shell in favour of riding a tidal wave, sacrificing protection in return for mobility and enhanced power. It reawakens its powers as a deadly siren, being able to lure in enemies and then sing them into a never-ending sleep. Its eyes glow an intense purple, similar in shade to that of its shell. In essence, Fini switches from being a guardian of the people to their biggest threat if it gets away from its trainer.
Competitive analysis: A top tier OU threat, if not Ubers. Amazing offensive power and speed rarely matched by non-Megas, paired with the utility of Tapu Fini, and the ability to heal its own health by one third with Perish Song while also defeating its opponent. Certainly spooky to face.
Set Idea: Whirlpool / Substitute / Shadow Ball / Perish Song with 252 hp / 252 spe Timid Nature

Mega!
Type
: Psychic/Fairy -> Psychic/Fighting
Ability: Sheer Focus (Sheer Force clone)
Stats: 70/110/90/160/125/135 (+0/+25/+15/+30/+10/+20)
New Moves: Aura Sphere, Focus Punch, Shadow Punch, Zen Headbutt
Description: Tapu Lele's shell closes entirely around it, with a small hole appearing in the front for it to see the world through with its now white glowing eyes. The Mega Evolution provides Tapu Lele with extreme brain power and focus which it uses to manoeuvre itself. With this newfound power combined with its already strong psychic powers, it creates two translucent brown fists that seem to fade in and out of reality, appearing wherever Lele chooses. Tapu Lele is said to become even more ruthless in its Mega form than ever before and won't stop pummeling any opponent until they're down for the count. It is however theorised that, if left in its Mega form for too long, Lele could go insane from the amount of information it suddenly intakes.
Competitive analysis: Stupidly strong, probably too strong for OU. It has both Psychic and Focus Blast being boosted by Sheer Focus as dual STAB, with coverage moves such as Energy Ball, Moonblast, Shadow Ball and Thunderbolt all receiving boosts. Thanks to its decent bulk, it can probably afford to set up a Calm Mind in most situations. It can even run a physical set somewhat viably now. An Adamant Focus Punch from Mega Lele will always OHKO Chansey after rocks, and Zen Headbutt recieves the Sheer Focus boost too. Its dual STAB is great, and along with Shadow Ball gives it perfect coverage. Its main flaw is a lack of recovery, making it vulnerable to being worn away by chip damage, status and hazards. Because of this, I would recommend running hazard removal and Wish alongside it.
Set Idea: Psychic / Focus Blast / Shadow Ball / Thunderbolt with 252 spa / 252 spe Timid Nature
Mega!
Type
: Electric/Fairy -> Electric/Flying
Ability: Magic Guard
Stats: 70/145/100/110/100/145 (+0/+30/+15/+15/+25/+15)
New Moves: Swords Dance, Double-Edge, Head Smash, Drill Run
Description: Tapu Koko's armour is rearranged into a large pair of wings through its Mega Evolution, which attach to the whole of its arms. It keeps the sharp points at the end of its arms. When preparing to attack, it takes a graceful pose, almost that of an angel. When it attacks, it does so with deadly grace and precision. There is a slight sparking aura around Mega Koko, which seems to prevent anything other than direct attacks from touching it. Mega Tapu Koko is much more likely to help out those in need than its fickle regular form, but this can often put it in danger.
Competitive analysis: Most likely the best mega in OU, if not a decent one in Ubers. Only 20 Pokemon resist Electric + Flying + Rock, with only three of those being fairly relevant in OU (those being Mega Steelix, Excadrill and Magnezone, ignoring new Megas), and with Magic Guard Koko takes no damage from the recoil of its main moves. It can run Drill Run to cover every single one of its resists, although this means it either loses out on a setup move, roost or one of its strong attacks (granted Electric + Flying + Ground is perfect coverage). It also takes no damage from hazards and status, hazard immunity being an especially big deal for a Flying type. It has really good bulk for a sweeper role, meaning it could run Roost alongside attacks. The only reason I can see this being possibly balanced in OU is the new megas that could give it a hard time sweeping. A good example is Mega Rhyperior, with a ridiculous attack stat and physical bulk.
Set Idea: Wild Charge / Brave Bird / Drill Run / Roost with 252 atk / 252 spe Jolly Nature

This may or may not have taken over an hour

Oh also:
I recall Kopelemon asking about the playability of MFA, and in short, it's not playable yet. If anyone knows of a coder who'd be willing to help out, spread the word!
I've done some code editing for one of my OM attempts before, I'll see if I can't throw something together :)
Edit: Set up a temp server, managed to get Mega Raikou and Rhyperior working correctly :D looks like I can in fact throw something together if you're interested

Tapu Koko-Mega
Ability: Electric Terrain ----> Doomsday Surge (Surge Surfer + Primal weather clone [when mega koko is on the field, electric terrain lasts as long as it is in play])
Typing:

Stone: Tapu Kokite

Stats:

HP: 70 ----> 70 (+0)
Attack: 115 ----> 150 (+35)
Defense: 85 ----> 90 (+5)
Special Attack: 95 ----> 130 (+35)
Special Defense: 75 ----> 95 (+20)
Speed: 130 ----> 135 (+5)
Base Stat Total: 570 ----> 670
Movepool Additions: Play Rough, Moonblast, Bolt Strike, Volt Tackle, Drill Peck
Competitive Analysis: Koko is an unstopable monster now, only being killed by faster weather boosters and other mega tapus (and priority). Slightly increased bulk doesn't necessarily mean it's taking hits, but it wont need to worry with it's speed infinitely doubled, along with having huge attacks and boosted stab electric moves. I imagine only two or three problems this thing could come up against, ground types, especially sand rushers (even though there are none faster than koko, unless a mega is created), and the previously mentioned other mega Tapus. If all my designs are picked again (in some alien world), other tapus could cancel out perma electric terrain, similar to how the primal weathers work.

Tapu Lele-Mega
Ability: Psychic Terrain ----> Mental Surge (Grass Pelt Clone [as long as psychic surge is active, lele has 1.5x spdef) + Primal weather clone [when mega lele is on the field, psychic terrain lasts as long as it is in play] +Surge Clone [on switch-in, mega lele summons a trick room for 5 turns])
Typing:

Stone: Tapu Lelite

Stats:

HP: 70 ----> 70 (+0)
Attack: 85 ----> 115 (+20)
Defense: 75 ----> 135 (+60)
Special Attack: 130 ----> 165 (+35)
Special Defense: 115 ----> 130 (+15)
Speed: 95 ----> 65 (-30)
Base Stat Total: 570 ----> 670
Movepool Additions: Play rough, Ice beam, Power whip, Psycho boost, Psystrike, Volt switch
Competitive Analysis: Lele does not get a stat doubled like koko when it megas, but it gains the ability to be the best TR setter in the game, a deadly 165 attack, a nice 130 special bulk (with a 1.5x boost while its active in psychic terrain, so like 99% of the time), immunity to priority, and a boost to its main STAB. It also has a benefit in that it does not lose out on too much when its terrain disappears due to another mega tapu switching in, as having a trick room up still makes mega lele a monster.

Tapu Bulu-Mega
Ability: Grassy Surge ----> Overgrow Surge (Pure Power [but only active while grassy surge is active] + Primal weather clone [when mega bulu is on the field, grassy terrain lasts as long as it is in play])
Typing:

Stone: Tapu Bulium

Stats:

HP: 70 ----> 70(+0)
Attack: 130 ----> 135 (+5)
Defense: 115 ----> 150 (+35)
Special Attack: 85 ----> 110 (+25)
Special Defense: 95 ----> 145 (+50)
Speed: 75 ----> 60 (-15)
Base Stat Total: 570 ----> 670
Movepool Additions: Play rough, EQ (even if its powered down), High horsepower, Seed bomb, Seed Flare, Close Combat, Synthesis, Heal Block, Drain Punch
Competitive Analysis: Oh. Dear. God. A bulky pure power sweeper with healing capabilities, coverage, powered up grass STAB, everything you need to tear through teams or all types. Two slight problems, its slow, and poison types exist. Like its Tapu cousins, it has only a few things in its way from becoming the ultimate life form. but with much more bulk and pure power, in many instances it can live a bomb or wave and retaliate with a high horsepower, play rough, wood hammer, etc. It can then heal up with a synthesis, leech seed, or grassy terrain. Lastly, it gets a niche little tool that stops your foe from healing, ending stall, or just that pesky healing from grassy terrain. (over 800 attack in grassy terrain)

Tapu Fini-Mega
Ability: Misty Surge ----> Tidal Surge (Shadow Tag variant [as long as fini is active, the enemy is under whirlpool] + Primal weather clone [when mega fini is on the field, misty terrain lasts as long as it is in play] + Compound Eyes varient [under misty terrain, status moves have 1.5x accuracy] + Liquid voice)
Typing:

Stone: Tapu Finium

Stats:

HP: 70 ----> 70 (+0)
Attack: 75 ----> 45 (-30)
Defense: 115 ----> 155 (+40)
Special Attack: 95 ----> 130 (+35)
Special Defense: 130 ----> 155 (+25)
Speed: 85 ----> 115 (+30)
Base Stat Total: 570 ----> 670
Movepool Additions: Sing, Perish song, Boomburst, Hyper voice, Shore up, Moonlight, Spikes, Cosmic power, Stored power, Nasty plot, U-turn
Competitive Analysis: I might have created this to be the worst of the megas. and not worst as in bad. a 75% accurate sing, a ton of boosting moves, healing moves, perish song with a trapping ability, it doesn't end. You have huge potental to become a stored power sweeper, a nasty plot sweeper with STAB boomburst. While it does seep like Fini is the most broke because of its insanly long list of abilities things, it is quite balanced in when compared with its cousins. you dont get a stat doubled like Bulu or Koko, you dont get a trick room and 1.5x spdef like lele. What you do get is a support mon with a good special attack, great bulk, and a huge arsenal that pairs well with its AWESOME ability. Koko and Bulu will shread this thig though, so watch out.

Hope you enjoyed my incredibly broken mega's :]
-ium is used for Z-Moves. You should be using -ite for your mega stones :V

Mega Tapu Bulu

Ability:

Typing: Grass/Fairy
HP: 70 (+0)
Attack: 160 (+30)
Defense: 145 (+30)
Special Attack: 105 (+20)
Special Defense: 125 (+30)
Speed: 65 (-10)

New Moves: Ingrain, Magical Leaf, Play Rough
Description: I decided that I wanted the Tapus to benefit from the terrain they had already set-up pre-mega. In Bulu’s case, it is the most obvious case, with the vegetation it grows protecting it even more, resulting in a grass pelt. The stats also suit the ability more, becoming even more of a tank and losing soe speed it now needs less as befitting a lazy pokemon. Those huge defences will let it keep tanking hits so it can deal back huge punishment with its enormous attack and grassy terrain boosted STAB.

Healing Scales (Ice Body clone. Heals in psychic terrain)
Typing: Psychic/Bug
HP: 70 (+0)
Attack: 75 (-10)
Defense: 105 (+30)
Special Attack: 160 (+30)
Special Defense: 145 (+30)
Speed: 115 (+20)
New Moves: Fairy Wind, Gravity, Nasty Plot, Signal Beam, Silver Wind, Telekinesis
Description: As the dex says, Lele has healing scales which it now benefits from under its terrain. It also boosts its defences to help synergise with this healing and its special attack and speed also increase to take advantage of psychic terrain’s standard abilities. Its cocoon has now fully developed it into a bug though, so watch out for things like stealth rock. It also sacrifices some of its less needed attack with its stubby arms and shell.

Mega Tapu Koko

Ability:
Surveyor (Is always treated as if it’s grounded, like it is holding an iron ball. Also, it is a Grass Pelt clone. Attack is raised under Electric Terrain.)

Typing: Electric/Flying
HP: 70 (+0)
Attack: 145 (+30)
Defense: 115 (+30)
Special Attack: 85 (-10)
Special Defense: 105 (+30)
Speed: 150 (+20)
New Moves: Drill Peck,Peck, Pluck, Sky Attack, Wing Attack
Description: Koko’s wings grow as it embraces its outer bird and becomes flying type, so t can more easily deal with grass types (and poison types for that matter). But wait! A Tapu that doesn’t benefit from terrain? That’s where its ability comes in. It flies over and surveys its domain and its domain rewards it by letting it benefit from terrains through pseudo-grounding. Its attack swells to enormous size and it gets even more speed. It also increases its defences to deal with its new weaknesses and lack of ground immunity.

Mega Tapu Fini

Ability:
Drizzle
Typing: Water/Fairy
HP: 70 (+0)
Attack: 65 (-10)
Defense: 145 (+30)
Special Attack: 115 (+20)
Special Defense: 160 (+30)
Speed: 115 (+30)
New Moves: Bubble, Bubble Beam, Clamp, Draining Kiss
Description: Tapu Fini is the only Tapu whose ability does not benefit its non-fairy typing. Well, that has changed and it becomes the ultimate field manipulator. Nothing else can set a terrain, a weather and make another move all in one turn. Also, it finally has a way to boost its damage output as misty terrain is the only one that does not do that. It increases its special attack to benefit from that but also drastically increases its defences so that it can tank attacks while setting up weather (or terrain) for other pokemon.

Type: Electric/Fairy
Stats: 70/135/95/115/75/180 (±0/+20/+10/+20/±0/+50) [BST: 670]
Ability: Charged Up (It's literally an Electric-type Steelworker)
Appearance: Tapu Koko's tailfeathers and mohawk have grown, becoming electrified, and its shoulder pads shimmer. Its "shell" is more vibrant, and the orange spots on it to represent the "eyes" have black spots on them. It's also now like the shell and Tapu Koko itself are different entities altogether, despite being connected. Tapu Koko's body within the shell also has yellow "tron lines", which are visible within its shell. The tron lines in its shell are especially noticable on the shiny coloration, where said shell is mostly black. (Height: 2.0m/6'07"; Weight: 22.0kg/48.5lb)
Added Moves: Charge Beam, Play Rough (Charge Beam is mostly here because Lele's the only Tapu that got it, despite the fact that Koko would get STAB on it)
Description: Tapu Koko gets +20 to both its offenses, meaning it'll hit harder than either Tyranitar or Delphox, depending on the front. That's before the fact that you've got a *2.25 multiplier to your electric-type attacks before STAB, which makes it a *3.375 multiplier, meaning it can still do a number on the likes of Alolan Exeggutor and Mow Rotom with Electric-type attacks, which isn't really that much less than if, say, a Goodra used that same Electric-type move on a Wash!Rotom. And need I mention it's now the fastest Pokémon, PERIOD with that Speed boost? (well second if you take into account the fact that ninjask has speed boost)
Example Moveset:
Tapu Koko @ Tapu Kokite
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Wild Charge
- Play Rough
- Electro Ball
- U-Turn
Tapu Koko has a physical Fairy-type STAB! This Mixed Koko can use Wild Charge and Play Rough as Physical STABs. Electro Ball works very well on a super-fast mon like Mega Tapu Koko, and U-Turn allows itself to make an escape (and hit grass-types that resist fairy, dealing neutral damage).

Type: Psychic/Fairy
Stats: 70/95/75/180/135/115 (±0/+10/±0/+50/+20/+20) [BST: 670]
Ability: Mental Hyperactivity (Psychic-type Steelworker)
Appearance: Tapu Lele has pink tron lines throughout its body, and the "wings" on its back are bigger and translucent. The "eyes" on the shell now shimmer, as if to give off the impression of compounded eyes, akin to a butterfly. Its longest hair... things... are thinner, but longer. (Height: 1.3m/4'03", Weight: 19.2kg/42.3lb)
Added Moves: N/A
Description: Tapu Lele is as fast as a Starmie and will hurt as hard as Attack!Deoxys. Let's not forget that it gets a *2.25 multiplier to Psychic-type moves before STAB if you mega evolve it in Psychic Terrain and can easily be switched into a powerful Special Attack that isn't used by a Xurkitree...
Example Moveset:
Tapu Lele @ Tapu Lelite
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid / Modest Nature
- Psychic
- Moonblast
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
STABs + Thunderbolt = Perfect Neutral Coverage. It's got Shadow Ball for other Psychic-types, who resist Psychic, one of its most deadly moves. Dark-types are completely impervious to Psychic, but that's where its other STAB comes into play...

Type: Grass/Fairy
Stats: 70/180/135/95/115/75 (±0/+50/+20/+10/+20/±0) [BST: 670]
Ability: Purified Lifeforce (Grass-type Steelworker)
Appearance: Green Tron Lines course throughout Tapu Bulu's body, with the greatest concentration being near its "shell". Its horns are much longer, with tron lines also coursing throughout. The insides of the shells are jet-black, and the bell at its tail shines. The white spots on its shell (that resemble the eyes when closed at least) shimmer with light. (Height: 6'11"/2.1m; Weight: 46.7kg/103.0lb)
Added Moves: Play Rough
Description: It almost hurts as hard as Kartana, but it has better overall bulk, especially on the Special side (unless poison-types), and throws its own Grass-type attacks into overdrive.
Example Moveset:
Tapu Bulu @ Tapu Bulite
Ability: Grassy Surge
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Horn Leech / Wood Hammer
- Play Rough
- Brick Break
- Stone Edge
It has its dual STABs. Horn Leech and Play Rough are STABs, with the former being able to act as reliable recovery. Brick Break and Stone Edge are coverage.

Type: Water/Fairy
Stats: 70/75/135/115/180/95 (±0/±0/+20/+20/+50/+10) [BST: 670]
Ability: Mist Shroud (It's literally Heatproof)
Appearance: Blue Tron Lines course throughout Tapu Fini's body. Its horn and "hair" are longer., and its "eyes" are glowing. The fin on its shell is larger, giving the impression of a Shark's fin. (Height: 4'07"/1.4m; Weight: 22.6kg/49.8lb)
Added Moves: N/A
Description: It has tons of Bulk on both fronts, and can shut down Taunt users.
Example Moveset:
Tapu Fini @ Tapu Finite
Ability: Misty Surge
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Taunt
- Nature's Madness / Moonblast
- Moonblast / Aqua Ring
- Scald
Classic Defensive Fini, with the possibility of Aqua Ring if you want residual recovery.

Hey, MaceMaster can I do Primals for this slate or should I switch it back to Megas?
Primal Tapu Koko

Ability -
Electric Surge
Electric Efflux - creates the Overflowed Electric Terrain effect. This lasts until Tapu Koko exits battle. Along with Electric Terrain's effects, the power of Steel-typed moves is nullified and every grounded Pokémon is cured of the Sleep condition. In addition, Overflowed Electric Terrain can only be removed by other Primal Tapus's Terrain, otherwise any attempt of removing it will fail. (Desolate Land / Primordial Sea clone)

Moonblast, Play Rough
Competitive Analysis
Meant for OU. Primal Tapu Koko is a lot faster than what it used to be, outspeeding any base 106+ Speed Choice Scarf user. It is also about 10% stronger than regular itemless Koko, making it a great option if Life Orb recoil is unwanted. It can also aford to run Modest if outrunning +1 base 93-106 Speed Pokemon is not necessary.
Rationale - I really liked the Primal theme, so I went for it! The stats for all Tapus are counterparts to each other, as they all have 70 - 85 - 95 - 107 - 128 - 185 rearanged in some form.

Primal Tapu Lele

Ability -
Psychic Surge

Rationale - I really liked the Primal theme, so I went for it! The stats for all Tapus are counterparts to each other, as they all have 70 - 85 - 95 - 107 - 128 - 185 rearanged in some form. As for its stat spread, I figured Lele really needed a huge SpA boost to justify its use over Specs, which is actually still stonger than Primal Lele. Play Rough and Draning Kiss are also quite obvious and should have been in Lele's movepool in the first place.

Primal Tapu Bulu

Ability -
Grassy Surge
Grassy Gush - creates the Overflowed Grassy Terrain effect. This lasts until Tapu Bulu exits battle. Along with Grassy Terrain's effects, the power of Ground-typed moves is nullified and every grounded Pokémon is cured of the Burned condition. In addition, Overflowed Grassy Terrain can only be removed by other Primal Tapus's Terrain, otherwise any attempt of removing it will fail. (Desolate Land / Primordial Sea clone)

Play Rough, Rage Powder
Competitive Analysis
Meant for OU. Primal Tapu Bulu is, just like it's base forme, an extremely powerful Wallbreaker, and with base 185 Attack, which is about 1.3x stronger than the itemless base 130, it will for sure tear everything apart with its slightly imporved bulk and Speed tier, easing set up. It is still walled by what walled it before, so it's Primal reversion is more of an improvement on the original Bulu.
Rationale - I really liked the Primal theme, so I went for it! The stats for all Tapus are counterparts to each other, as they all have 70 - 85 - 95 - 107 - 128 - 185 rearanged in some form. As for its stat spread, it needed tons of Attack to justify usage over regular Bulu, Play Rough and Rage Powder fit really well into Bulu's movepoll and both are something I could totally see Bulu getting.

Primal Tapu Fini

Ability -

Shore Up, Draining Kiss
Competitive Analysis
Meant for OU. Primal Tapu Fini is now the wall it should have been in the first place, with 100% status immunity and reliable recovery it can act as the deffoger it always wanted too, as always though, Grass and Electric-types shut it down as well as faster Taunt users.
Rationale - I really liked the Primal theme, so I went for it! The stats for all Tapus are counterparts to each other, as they all have 70 - 85 - 95 - 107 - 128 - 185 rearanged in some form. As for its stat spread, I figured Fini would love some extra bulk and the ability to be always immune to status, despite Scald not burning absolutely anything now. Shore Up is reflected by the beachy feel Fini has while Draining Kiss is completely understandable and fits with flavor.

do note that it won't be up all the time either, I have to be around and active for it to be up :) But yeah, we're getting there. Once we've ironed it out, we'll move to a better server.
Since I'm a moderator on Dragon Heaven, I will definitely set it up there once it's all done. For now, I'll peace out to continue massive code for Exploudit's megas :V

Mega Tapu Bulu

Ability:
Grass Pelt

Mega Tapu Lele

Ability:

Koko seems very weak comparatively to the others, as it keeps its ground weakness and doesn't really gain anything from electric terrain, maybe tweak the ability to affect it a bit better

On another note, my designs were too much, so i will tune them down, stay tuned.

Since I'm a moderator on Dragon Heaven, I will definitely set it up there once it's all done. For now, I'll peace out to continue massive code for Exploudit's megas :V
quick question, why wont Dragon Heaven run on my PC? It runs win10 and runs ROM.psim perfectly

I also run Win10... what browser do you use? Also, how did you get to the server. There's a link in my Signature to easily get there
