Movepool Additions - Earthquake, Flare Blitz, Extreme Speed
Competitive Analysis - Intended for OU. This is a basic setup of Entei megas, or at least the ones I see. Solid buffs and the free Extreme Speed and Flare Blitz. However, it has taken a pure route and gain a Normal type and Multiscale, in which it can blast away opponents with STAB Extreme Speed and solid bulk if it doesn't get exposed to Stealth Rocks for 1 turn. In addition to STAB Extreme Speed, it gains a immunity to Ghost and Earthquake for a more reliable way to get around Heatran. However, the existence of Stealth Rocks and hazards in general really hurt it. It still has the same weakness of Fire along with an added Fighting weakness. Also, Sacred Fire is still amazing.

Movepool Additions - Weather Ball, Hyper Voice, Aura Sphere
Competitive Analysis - Intended for OU. Mega Raikou, like Mega Entei, dons the Normal typing like a crown. However, it perfers even more power than fellow Entei. With it's 165 Special Attack and 1453 Speed, it sure does have a boost of power above it's sleeve. But the real joy comes in the form of Amplifiers, a clone of Strong Jaw that boosts sound moves, making its Hyper Voice hit hard. It's no Boomburst, but its good enough, especially coming from a 165 Special Attack. Coming back is Weather Ball and Aura Sphere, 2 moves often overlooked but provide really good coverage, especially with a Fire-type Weather Ball and Aura Sphere taking down stuff like Heatran a lot easier. However, the physical bulk, while marginally improved, only give it enough, and the Fighting weakness and lack of new resistances is a horrible consequence for it's Normal type, though Ghost immunity is better for the best.

Movepool Additions - Recover, Aqua Ring, Defog
Competitive Analysis - Intended for OU. Again, the pure route gave it the Normal typing, but not for the better. Fighting weakness is bad as usual, but with the improved bulk and addition to recovery, it makes CroCune look even more outdated. 100/135/135 is almost Toxapex levels when it comes this way. It also has a usable 120/115 Special Attacking Stat Spread (TM) to actually do damage with Scald. Not to mention, it also has Defog now, finally giving its wind ability thing it has a use. I wonder if someone will make a fusion of this but it turning tainted. It would be pretty interesting.

Entei-Mega

Ability: Pressure | Inner Focus → Flash Fire
Typing: Fire → Fire
Stats:
  1. HP – 115 → 115 [+0]
  2. Attack – 115 → 155 [+40]
  3. Defense – 85 → 105 [+20]
  4. Special Attack – 90 → 100 [+10]
  5. Special Defense – 75 → 95 [+10]
  6. Speed – 100 → 120 [+20]
Movepool additions: Extreme Speed, Flare Blitz

Entei-Mega is designed as a physical powerhouse with the bulk to back it up. Flash Fire is chosen to correspond to the legend of the beasts being related to Flareon / Jolteon / Vaporeon, so it was an obvious choice to me. Flash Fire makes logical sense, and it also helps Entei-Mega by giving it a supercharged Sacred Fire if it's able to switch in on a Fire-type attack. Raising Entei's Attack follows the logic of Entei having the highest Attack stat of the beasts, while also having the middle ground in terms in Defense. Therefore, I rose its Defense to make it a bulkier Fire-type that could handle the competition. Special Attack raising was to fit in the fact that raising any other stat further would make Entei possibly too strong. Special Defense boost is given as well and it's similar to the base form in that it's 10 points lower than Entei's Defense. Finally, Entei is the main Extreme Speed user, so raising Speed seemed logical. Entei-Mega is kept in check by nearly any Ground- or Water-type due to its limited coverage. It is unable to break past these threats because of its coverage being Fire / Normal / Rock / Steel, and I guess it could run Sunny Day with Solar Beam as a lure, but that's a suboptimal choice. Overall, Entei-Mega is an upgraded Entei.

Raikou-Mega

Ability: Pressure | Inner Focus → Volt Absorb
Typing: Electric → Electric
Stats:
  1. HP – 90 → 90 [+0]
  2. Attack – 85 → 95 [+10]
  3. Defense – 75 → 85 [+10]
  4. Special Attack – 115 → 135 [+20]
  5. Special Defense – 100 → 120 [+20]
  6. Speed – 115 → 155 [+40]
Movepool Additions: Aura Sphere, Weather Ball

It is said that Raikou "usually appears in a flash of lightning, though very rarely". This illustrates Raikou-Mega's potential. Having Volt Absorb is explained by the correspondence to Jolteon. First, it's Attack stat is raised to give it a more powerful Extreme Speed while not making it too strong anywhere else. Its Defense is raised to reflect the difference between Attack / Defense on base Raikou. Now, its Special Attack sees a large jump because it's a fast powerhouse. Special Defense is also raised to give Raikou the bulk to easily counter most Electric-types. The final boost, and the largest, is its Speed. As Raikou is insanely fast, and its Speed stat is already high, it's raised the bar to be even faster. Raikou-Mega will be seen donning a Calm Mind set, with Hidden Power [Ice] / Extrasensory / Signal Beam / Shadow Ball / Aura Sphere as coverage, with Thunderbolt being the obvious selection. However, Raikou-Mega is held back by its weakness in coverage options, as is Entei, as its only way to beat through Ground-types is Hidden Power [Ice]. Therefore, Raikou-Mega is kept in check by most Grass- and Ground-types, such as Venusaur-Mega and Hippowdon. Raikou's also very susceptible to opposing priority, as its Defense isn't exactly the highest. Raikou-Mega is focused on being the speedier, stronger version of Raikou.

Suicune-Mega

Ability: Pressure | Inner Focus → Water Absorb
Typing: Water → Water
Stats:
  1. HP – 100 → 100 [+0]
  2. Attack – 75 → 85 [+10]
  3. Defense – 115 → 135 [+20]
  4. Special Attack – 90 → 120 [+40]
  5. Special Defense – 115 → 135 [+20]
  6. Speed – 85 → 95 [+10]
Move Additions: Air Slash, Aqua Ring

Finally, Suicune-Mega is the serene Pokemon of the group which is reflected in its Mega Evolution. Water Absorb, as you could've guessed by now, is related to Vaporeon. Attack is raised to match the other Beasts who have generally useless +10 raises; Entei being Special Attack while Raikou being Attack. Suicune-Mega takes a more offensive approach to regular Suicune, while still retaining its great bulk all around. Defense and Special Defense are quite obvious changes to make Suicune even bulkier. However, the main change Suicune-Mega takes is its large Special Attack increase. This is because Suicune is generally seen as CroCune, with defensive set up sets being the most viable. With more Special Attack, Suicune is able to become a more versatile threat, and even stronger when still choosing to run a CroCune set. Speed is raised a little bit, but not too much, as Suicune is the slowest of the bunch by a fair margin. Suicune-Mega is kept in line by most Water-types, since CroCune will only run Scald. It's still frightened by Grass- and Electric-types as well, just packing more offensive presence from the get-go. Suicune-Mega is a very powerful defensive threat which also retains an offensive side.

The general idea behind each Beast was to give them a strong +40 boost: Entei's is Attack, Raikou's is Speed, and Suicune's is Special Attack. These abilities are also chosen to represent the relation to the original Eeveelution trio as well, while also having the abilities they never got last generation given to them this one. Each one is unique and stays true to what they are as base formes, without much altering of the general idea and direction each Pokemon was going.

Thanks for reading!

Hey wishes! I see you're joining in the game here. However, while your submissions are nice, you said you put +0 at HP, but Entei and Raikou has now 100 HP, even though megas aren't supposed to have HP boosts or drops. Fix that and your good.

Mega Entei
Type: Fire --> Fire/Dark
Ability: Pressure/Inner Focus --> Simple
New Moves: Power Trip, Diamond Storm
New Base Stats:-
HP: 115 --> 115
Attack: 115 --> 160 (+45)
Defence: 85 --> 110 (+25)
Special Attack: 90 --> 60 (-30)
Special Defence: 75 --> 110 (+35)
Speed: 100 --> 125 (+25)
BST: 580 --> 680 (+100)
Appearance: Entei's golden crown becomes huge and pointy, as do the wings erupting from his back; however, they are now a deep black, and his coat is shot through with black as well. The broken shackles at Entei's knees sprout long, dark spikes, and the flowing white cloud at his back becomes a mantle of searing flame. He has given in to his baser urges; his new found power has corrupted his spirit, and now he is a whirlwind of mindless destruction.
Justification: The combination of Simple and STAB Power Trip is one new to Gen VII, and I think it merits further exploration in competitive play. Diamond Storm and Flame Charge allow Mega Entei to boost and deal damage at the same time; additionally, Diamond Storm is a much more reliable source of damage than, say, Stone Edge. Sacred Fire can be an excellent secondary STAB, but I'd be tempted to run Extreme Speed; while this locks one into an Adamant nature, +25 base Speed covers a multitude of sins. While he has a newfound dislike of Fairies and Fighting-types, I think this is the time when Entei finally cracks OU and becomes the legend he was born to be. =]

Next slate is...

Legendary Beasts
Feel free to send them to Ubers. All Pokemon will have an ability limit of 4.5 and you can add two new moves to their otherwise lackluster movepools. Event moves that are made legal with any nature count as 50% of a new move, so if Extreme Speed and Flare Blitz are new moves on Entei, you can add one other move. Same goes for Weather Ball and Aura Sphere on Raikou.
Can I give one new exclusive move to each of them?

Oops. I c/p'ed the base and forgot to change. Thx!

Before I start, I just wanted to say that I kept all their stats identical but in different order, to reflect their bond and keep the pattern on their Megaless formes. The stats are a reorganized version of this:

90 - 100 - 105 - 115 - 115 - 155
Mega Entei

Ability -
Pressure; Inner Focus
Sacred Scorch (The user´s attacks become critical hits if the target is Burned)(Merciless variant)
HP - 115
115
Atk - 115
155 (+40)
Def - 85
105 (+20)
SpA - 90
90
SpD - 75
115 (+40)
Spe - 100
100
BST - 580
680 (+100)

Movepool Additions - Earthquake, Flare Blitz, Extreme Speed
Competitive Analysis - Intended for OU. A very powerful Wallbreaker thanks for the combo of Sacred Fire + Sacred Scorch, allowing it to tear apart most walls that don´t resist it thanks to its high Attack stat, Sacred Fire´s high BP and its ability. Its is also quite fast at base 100, and has a formidable 115/107/117 bulk and access to Extreme Speed. However, it is not without flaws, its shallow movepool makes it vulnreable to Water and Dragon-types, specially those that don´t mind being burned. Its lack of reliable recovery when coupled with a Stealth Rock weakness and a average Speed stat, means most teams can easily wear it down throught a match and revenge kill later on. It is definitely a powerhouse, but its flaws make it balanced on an OU envinronment.
Rationale - Sacred Scorch represents Entei's power to burn things up when comboed with Sacred Fire, as it did with the burned tower. Its design stays pretty similar, but a red grow and more grey spikes can be seen on its back.

Mega Raikou

Ability -
Pressure; Inner Focus
Ion Electrizer (Increases the user´s Special Attack and Accuracy stats by 50% each when on Electric Terrain)(Grass Pelt variant)
HP - 90
90
Atk - 85
100 (+15)
Def - 75
115 (+40)
SpA - 115
155 (+40)
SpD - 100
105 (+5)
Spe - 115
115
BST - 580
680 (+100)

Movepool Additions - Hurricane, Zap Cannon, Aura Sphere
Competitive Analysis - Intended for OU. Mega Raikou acts as a very powerful Pivot that can help punch holes on the opponent´s team. It resembles Mega Manectric, albeit more powerful but slower. Ion Electrizer is also an intersting ability, beacuse it allows Mega Raikou to become even more threatening behind Electric Terrain. Just don´t couple it with Koko, because we all know how bad the ManeKoko core is, and coupling these two is pretty much no different. Now let´s go over the cons. Its Speed, while pretty good, is not really enough for a pivot, and it lacks Intimidate, the one ability that helped Meganectric´s pivot role. Also, being slower than Dugtrio is really troublesome for an Electric-type. However, its strengths outweighs its flaws, making it shine on an OU environment.
Rationale - Ion Electrizer reflects Raikou's ability to convert Electricity into power, it doesn't have all that much flavor, tho, but its more another abuser to Electric Terrain, which is pretty lacking atm. Designwise, it gains a orange cloud of electricity on each side and a yellow glow on its teeth.

Mega Suicune

Ability -
Pressure; Inner Focus
Purifying Soul (User is immune to Poison, Toxic and Poison-type moves healing a quarter of its health when hit by one; upon switching in, removes Toxic Spikes)(code is below)
HP - 100
100
Atk - 75
90 (+15)
Def - 115
115
SpA - 90
105 (+15)
SpD - 115
155 (+40)
Spe - 85
115 (+30)
BST - 580
680 (+100)

Movepool Additions - Recover, Aqua Ring, Air Slash
Competitive Analysis - Intended for OU. Now with reliable recovery, this legendary beast can become a staple on fatter teams or even bulky offense builds. 100/115/155 bulk and reliable recovery means only Pokémon like Tapu Bulu or Tapu Koko can break it down. It is kind of passive though, but it has plenty of counterplay to make it balanced, Taunt and Super Effective STAB moves can take it down, allowing it to outstand itself in an OU enviroment.
Rationale - Purifying Soul mirrors its ability to purify water as seen on its debut movie with Celebi, it also fits Suicune role at the burned tower, because it was the one that summonedthe downpour that stopped the fire and the thunders, cleaning and restoring what was left of the tower. Water can be seen flowing on Suicune's 'hair' after Mega Evolving, and a blue glow is seen on its white ribbons.

Hey, since I finished coding my Mega Suicune's ability, I'd like some feedback, please tell me if I have done everything right when coding, and if anyone one has some competitive input go for it, I feel like these mons are pretty good for an OU environment (which is my goal) but still balanced. However if you disagree and think they need some nerfing (or even buffing maybe) please warn me :)

Ability: Surge Surfer
Stats: 90 (+0) / 105 (+20) / 85 (+10) / 145 (+30) / 110 (+10) / 145 (+30)
New Moves: Aura Sphere, Parting Shot
Analysis: A viable OU mega, which can function both as an offensive pivot and a sweeper thanks to Calm Mind. Almost unbeatable speed in Electric Terrain, making Tapu Koko a very good partner.
Set Examples:
Max Speed Max Sp.Atk Modest, w/ Parting Shot, Thunderbolt, HP Ice, Aura Sphere (Pair with E-Terrain)
Max HP Max Sp.Atk Modest, w/ Calm Mind, Thunderbolt, HP Ice, Substitute

New Moves: Bulk Up, Extreme Speed, Flare Blitz
Analysis: A very viable OU mega which can function as an all out attacker or setup sweeper. Sacrifices Sacred Fire burns among other things for stronger attacks.
Set Examples:
Max Atk Max Speed Jolly, w/ Sacred Fire, Bulldoze, Iron Head, Extreme Speed
Max Atk Max Speed Jolly, w/ Bulk Up, Sacred Fire, Iron Head, Extreme Speed

Stats: 100 (+0) / 85 (+10) / 140 (+25) / 120 (+30) / 140 (+25) / 95 (+10)
New Moves: Soak, Magic Coat
Analysis: Does what Suicune always has done, but sacrifices Pressure stalling and Leftovers for better bulk, more utility and a more reliable use of Rest. An amazing OU (if not Ubers) Calm Mind sweeper that is hard to stop once it gets going.
Set Examples:
Max HP Max Def Bold, w/ Calm Mind, Substitute, Rest, Scald
Max HP Max Sp.Def Calm, w/ Soak, Toxic, Rest, Scald (both these sets are best used in rain)

My overall goal was to make each of the dogs have a separate niche and also not be above OU, which I think I have achieved with these!

That's for Ubers, right?!

Since when could you make completely custom abilities?

I don't actually put the tier it's intended for. I'd rather other people discuss it, as I'm usually wrong :p
Well, its definitely wayy too good for an OU environment imo. 100/155/155 with unknockoffable leftovers, toxic (and other status I guess) imunnity, amazing defensive typing, reliable recovery, and decent speed makes it busted even in Ubers :P

You can for as long as you provide the code for it, just like I did on my Suicune submission. Idk exactly when it became allowed tho, but it wasn't recently.

It was changed on September 8th 2016. Pika Xreme's idea of having custom abilities, but only if you coded them.

Absolutely, take a stab at it! It's encouraged too.
Alright! I have a couple.

#1: Sylveon, Leafeon, Glaceon, Umbreon
#2: Espeon, Jolteon, Vaporeon, Flareon
#3: Cinccino, Dewgong, Heatmor
#4: Jellicent, Komala, Malamar

The first two are self-explanatory. The other two are Pokemon who deserve a mega evolution in my eyes. They have redeemable qualities but need more love.
