This Psychic team's primary problem lies in a lack of physical bulk (which could be alleviated by Slowbro). Alakazam can check physical attackers, yes-- but only one of them. Additionally, Victini is rather good speed control, but there are scarfers that can outpace even our favorite Victory Pokemon. Once these two are eliminated, the opposition is free to set up and sweep-- or just clean up the damage using an insanely powerful scarfer (hint: base 170 Attack).

One type in particular fits all these criteria:

Core: DRAGON

For this submission, I will be using a standard hyper-offense Dragon core. Forgive the nicknames in the Importable section; they are copied from one of my own Dragon teams.

Of course, these mons can be worked around with skillful plays, but keep in mind that there will be three more slots on the team, and a hyper-offensive, scarf-laden team like Dragon sometimes lives off of sacrifices.

An honorable mention for this team is Scarf Latios, as it can outpace and OHKO Scarftini.

Without further ado:

===

GARCHOMP

Garchomp is a classic Dragon lead, and is perfectly capable of beating Deoxys-S 1v1. If Deoxys goes for a Taunt, Garchomp can easily get it out of there with Dragon Tail and continue phazing until the Taunt wears off. If Deoxys goes for screens, it will only get one up before being phazed out. Chomp can get Stealth Rock up and wear down the enemy quite a bit, including Mega Latios, which can't kill it unboosted but will be forced out for significant damage with a super-effective Dragon Tail. Also, if you can get Garchomp to switch into a V-Create, Victini will take a significant amount of recoil damage.
===

SALAMENCE

Part of the advantage that Dragon has against this team involves its ability to get rid of Sash Alakazam quite easily due to multiple strong physical attackers, and Salamence is one of them. It can set up on an unboosted Latias quite easily and then OHKO with next to any move in its arsenal. Alternatively, if Alakazam has already been eliminated, then it can DD and sweep the team with Moxie without fear of being stopped in its tracks. It also speed ties with Victini at +1.

===

KYUREM-BLACK

Ah, Black Kyurem. This guy has been running a lot of different sets lately, and the metagame can't seem to agree on one. I, however, swear by Scarf Kyurem-B, and when facing this team, it fares quite well. Able to OHKO next to everything (reflected in its nickname, "OHKOs Everything"), it can also serve to eliminate Alakazam for Salamence, or go for a sweep once Alakazam has been removed by Salamence. Unless Reflect is up, it can OHKO everything on the opposing team. Additionally, this is an exceptional check to a boosted and sweeping Mega Latios, because it can OHKO it with Outrage, and the opponent has to either lose one of their primary sweepers or lose something else.

Rock Core

Shuckle @ Mental Herb
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Sticky Web
- Knock Off
- Encore

Tyranitar @ Choice Band
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 12 HP / 252 Atk / 244 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Stone Edge
- Crunch
- Pursuit
- Fire Punch

Diancie-Mega @ Diancite
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Diamond Storm
- Moonblast
- Earth Power
- Calm Mind

This Rock core does a great job of tearing through the team, since Shuckle can guarantee Sticky Web against anything and Band Ttar and Mega Diancie have no switch-ins. Starting with Shuckle, as previously said, it guarantees Sticky Web, as well as being able to Encore the Mew into a setup move if it attempts to go for one, which allows Ttar to effortlessly come in and destroy it. It can also Knock Off Deoxys-Speed's Light Clay after it attempts to go for the second Taunt.

Onto Tyranitar, the Speed EVs are used to always outspeed the Mew after Sticky Web, and nothing would ever want to come in against a Choice Banded Crunch, especially since the Gothitelle isn't carrying a Colbur Berry. It can also additionally Pursuit trap something, but usually it's always clicking Crunch. Here are the calcs:

252+ Atk Choice Band Tyranitar Crunch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mew: 440-518 (129 - 151.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252+ Atk Choice Band Tyranitar Crunch vs. 212 HP / 0 Def Gothitelle: 458-542 (137.1 - 162.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252+ Atk Choice Band Tyranitar Crunch vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Latias-Mega: 374-444 (103 - 122.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252+ Atk Choice Band Tyranitar Crunch vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Deoxys-Speed through Reflect: 240-283 (79.2 - 93.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO(after Shuckle removes the Light Clay, Reflect won't stay up very long)

252+ Atk Choice Band Tyranitar Crunch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Victini: 440-518 (129 - 151.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO(if it was Hasty it would have a chance of getting KOed through Reflect after Stealth Rock)

Not even gonna calc Zam

As for Mega Diancie, it finds little to no trouble finding easy setup opportunities against the likes of Deoxys-Speed and Alakazam. With Sticky Web, it outspeeds the entire team barring speed tying with Mega Latias, which does nothing even if it does win the speed tie. Under sand, the setup opportunity just gets that much easier. Here are the calcs:

252 SpA Alakazam Psychic vs. +1 0 HP / 0 SpD Diancie-Mega in Sand: 63-75 (26.1 - 31.1%) -- guaranteed 4HKO

252+ SpA Choice Specs Gothitelle Psychic vs. +1 0 HP / 0 SpD Diancie-Mega in Sand: 81-96 (33.6 - 39.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

252 SpA Mew Genesis Supernova vs. +1 0 HP / 0 SpD Diancie-Mega in Sand: 103-123 (42.7 - 51%) -- 3.9% chance to 2HKO(it can never really afford to Nasty Plot at all against anything)

Not even gonna calc Mega Latias

As for dealing damage:
+1 252 SpA Diancie-Mega Earth Power vs. 0 HP / 0- SpD Victini: 382-450 (112 - 131.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO(Diamond Storm also has a pretty good chance to KO)

+1 252 SpA Diancie-Mega Moonblast vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Alakazam: 282-333 (112.3 - 132.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

+2 252 SpA Diancie-Mega Moonblast vs. 212 HP / 0 SpD Gothitelle through Light Screen: 167-197 (50 - 58.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO(+2 against the team doesn't even seem that unrealistic lol)

+2 252 SpA Diancie-Mega Moonblast vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Latias-Mega through Light Screen: 255-301 (70.2 - 82.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

+2 252 SpA Diancie-Mega Moonblast vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Mew through Light Screen: 180-213 (52.7 - 62.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

+2 252 SpA Diancie-Mega Moonblast vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Deoxys-Speed through Light Screen: 195-231 (64.3 - 76.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

LATIOS

I was really torn between a Mega Latias set and Choice Scarf Latios, and in the end I settled on Scarf Latios aka Speedy Gonzalez. Boasting one of the fastest Defogs in the game as well as being able to outpace and OHKO Choice Scarf Victini after Stealth Rock, Latios can pop in and out of the game, picking off opponents as it goes. Psychic's across-the-board special bulk can pose a problem, but Stealth Rock should help alleviate that, alongside the next set.

Rock Core

Diancie-Mega @ Diancite
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Diamond Storm
- Moonblast
- Earth Power
- Calm Mind

Shuckle @ Mental Herb
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Sticky Web
- Knock Off
- Encore

Tyranitar @ Choice Band
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 28 HP / 252 Atk / 228 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Stone Edge
- Crunch
- Pursuit
- Fire Punch

This Rock core does a really nice job pressuring the team after hazards have gone up. Starting with Mega Diancie, it outspeeds everything on the team after Shuckle manages to get up Sticky Web against the expected Golurk lead(since Mega Diancie is such a huge concern), and after a Calm Mind it can not only KO Golurk with a Moonblast after its Focus Sash is broken, but it can also set up rather easily in sand directly in front of both Mega Sableye and Gengar. And with a Diamond Storm Defense increase, unboosted Mimikyu isn't a large concern. Here are some of the calcs:

Mega Diancie taking damage:
0 SpA Jellicent Scald vs. +1 0 HP / 0- SpD Diancie-Mega in Sand: 68-84 (28.2 - 34.8%) -- 3.2% chance to 3HKO
252 SpA Gengar Focus Blast vs. +1 0 HP / 0- SpD Diancie-Mega in Sand: 60-71 (24.8 - 29.4%) -- 100% chance to 4HKO(with Tyranitar in the back it would never risk clicking a move that isn't Focus Blast unless Tyranitar is dead)
252 Atk Mimikyu Never-Ending Nightmare (140 BP) vs. +2 0 HP / 0 Def Diancie-Mega: 84-99 (34.8 - 41%) -- guaranteed 3HKO(lol)

Mega Diancie dealing damage:
+1 252 SpA Diancie-Mega Moonblast vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Mimikyu: 259-306 (103.1 - 121.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO
4 Atk Diancie-Mega Diamond Storm vs. 28 HP / 0 Def Marowak-Alola: 302-356 (112.6 - 132.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO(also KOs with +1 Earth Power if Mega Diancie gets burned at some other point)
+1 252 SpA Diancie-Mega Moonblast vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Golurk: 327-385 (102.1 - 120.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+1 252 SpA Diancie-Mega Moonblast vs. 248 HP / 176+ SpD Jellicent: 202-238 (50.1 - 59%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery(Diamond Storm does more, this is in the scenario of a Scald burn)
4 Atk Diancie-Mega Diamond Storm vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Gengar: 246-289 (94.2 - 110.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock(yet another target that Mega Diancie can get +2 Defense against)
+1 252 SpA Diancie-Mega Moonblast vs. 248 HP / 144+ SpD Sableye-Mega: 386-456 (127.3 - 150.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO

As for Tyranitar, it's mainly meant to either remove the Pokemon that survive a hit from Mega Diancie or bring out the mons that grant Mega Diancie its setup opportunity(Gengar, Mega Sableye), while also granting Mega Diancie with the sand support necessary. The Speed is just enough to outspeed Mimikyu after Sticky Web, which is really nice for if Tyranitar needs to break its Disguise or simply KO it with a Banded Crunch. Additionally, Tyranitar can also Pursuit trap something that Mega Diancie appreciates having chipped(Golurk, Jellicent), but outside of Mega Sableye nothing is safe against Crunch:

252+ Atk Choice Band Tyranitar Crunch vs. 28 HP / 0 Def Marowak-Alola: 408-480 (152.2 - 179.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Tyranitar Crunch vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Golurk: 530-626 (165.6 - 195.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Tyranitar Crunch vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Jellicent: 590-696 (146.4 - 172.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Tyranitar Crunch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mimikyu: 265-313 (105.5 - 124.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Tyranitar Crunch vs. 248 HP / 116 Def Sableye-Mega: 165-195 (54.4 - 64.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO(this will require you to switch directly into Mega Diancie)
Won't bother calcing Gengar, since it's always gonna click Focus Blast in front of Ttar

Hopefully in USUM I'll be able to submit a Rock core around UB Assembly lol

Reserving a Steel core consisting of Bisharp + Ferrothorn + Heatran.

thanks for reminding me The Excadrill

Bisharp @ Black Glasses
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head

Heatran @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 24 Atk / 232 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Magma Storm
- Earth Power
- Taunt
- Stone Edge

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 72 Def / 184 SpD
Careful Nature
- Power Whip
- Leech Seed
- Protect
- Spikes

Bisharp is basically able to demolish this whole monotype if it gets to +2 and some prior chip on mega sableye and golurk.
+2 252+ Atk Bisharp Iron Head vs. 248 HP / 116 Def Sableye-Mega: 210-247 (69.3 - 81.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+2 252+ Atk Black Glasses Bisharp Sucker Punch vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Gengar: 884-1044 (337.4 - 398.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252+ Atk Bisharp Iron Head vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mimikyu: 672-792 (267.7 - 315.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252+ Atk Black Glasses Bisharp Knock Off vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Golurk: 650-768 (203.7 - 240.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252+ Atk Black Glasses Bisharp Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Marowak-Alola: 752-888 (288.1 - 340.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252+ Atk Black Glasses Bisharp Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Jellicent: 1092-1286 (270.2 - 318.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Heatran just glues up nicely being able to chip mega sableye, a fire immunity for ferrothorn and bisharp as well as luring in jellicent and doubling to get bisharp in.

Ferrothorn checks Mimikyu which could otherwise win rather easy versus this core.

I'll take M-ZardY + Def Lando-T (I'll write this up tomorrow. Being sick sucks).

Flying core

Charizard @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Flamethrower
- Solar Beam
- Focus Blast
- Roost

Landorus-Therian @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 228 Def / 28 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Knock Off

As long as SR isn't around, M-ZardY comes in for free against Golurk (it lacks Stone Edge), M-Sableye, and isn't threatened by Gengar, as its most reliable move against Flying, Shadow Ball (not Sludge Wave, because Skarmory, Celesteela and, in this case, Landorus-T exist), doesn't 2HKO M-ZardY. Mimikyu and Alolan Marowak are both taken care of by defensive Landorus-T, and due to its low speed, it can even use U-turn to safely bring M-ZardY on the field and wreak havoc upon the Ghost monoteam. Jellicent needs more work to KO between M-ZardY and Landorus-T, but it can't reliably hard-switch into any of them, as it gets 2HKOed by M-ZardY's Solar Beam and Landorus-T's Earthquake (with hazards up) or Knock Off (from full). Also, Landorus-T's Knock Off brings great utility to the table in stripping Alolan Marowak's and Jellicent's precious item (Gengar straight up gets KOed lol), not to mention it OHKOes/2HKOes more than half of the team.
Against M-Sableye
252 SpA Charizard-Mega-Y Flamethrower vs. 248 HP / 144+ SpD Sableye-Mega in Sun: 183-216 (60.3 - 71.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
0 Atk Sableye-Mega Knock Off vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Charizard-Mega-Y: 76-90 (25.5 - 30.3%) -- guaranteed 4HKO

Against Gengar
252 SpA Gengar Shadow Ball vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Charizard-Mega-Y: 117-138 (39.3 - 46.4%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252 SpA Gengar Sludge Wave vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Charizard-Mega-Y: 138-163 (46.4 - 54.8%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

252 SpA Gengar Shadow Ball vs. 252 HP / 28 SpD Landorus-Therian: 153-180 (40 - 47.1%) -- 0.4% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Gengar Sludge Wave vs. 252 HP / 28 SpD Landorus-Therian: 90-107 (23.5 - 28%) -- 17.3% chance to 4HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

252 SpA Charizard-Mega-Y Flamethrower vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Gengar in Sun: 324-382 (124.1 - 146.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

0 Atk Landorus-Therian Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Gengar: 292-344 (111.8 - 131.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
0 Atk Landorus-Therian Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Gengar: 450-530 (172.4 - 203%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Against Mimikyu
+1 252 Atk Mimikyu Never-Ending Nightmare (140 BP) vs. 252 HP / 228+ Def Landorus-Therian: 210-247 (54.9 - 64.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
+1 252 Atk Mimikyu Shadow Sneak vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Charizard-Mega-Y: 93-111 (31.3 - 37.3%) -- 81.7% chance to 3HKO (Landorus-T safely U-turns into M-ZardY, breaking its Disguise. Then, the following happens.)

Fairy demolishes ghost. Klefki can set up screens and is immune to sludge wave from gengar and can thunder wave it. Mega diancie doesn't have a reliable switch in vs ghost but moonblast+Diamond storm doesn't kill Jellicent with no hazards. +6 Azumarril 6-0s behind reflect and golurks sash is broken.
