move 3: Heart Stamp / Fire Punch
move 4: Healing Wish
item: Choice Scarf
ability: Serene Grace
nature: Jolly
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

[Set Comments]
Moves
========

-Iron Head is used to primarily Flinch oppenents to being feinted/down and weaken them for another teammate
-Iron Head hits Ice, Rock and fairy super effectively
-U-turn is used to allow Jirachi to OHKO threats such as Darks Hoopa-Unbound and gain momentum by being able to bring in safely anyone of its teammates
-Heart Stamp is used to primarily Flinch oppenents to being feinted/down and weaken them for another teammate
-Heart Stamp hits Fighting and Poison super effectively
-Healing Wish is used once Jirachi is no longer needed in the battle against your opponent to fully heal a weakened teammate allowing it to fully heal a wincon/sweeper

Set Details
========
-Maximum Speed EVs paired with a Choice Scarf allow Jirachi to outpace every unboosted Pokemon in the metagame, tie with other Jolly Base 100s at +1 and can outspeed slower choiced scarf users such as Kyurem-Black, Landorus-Therian, Togekiss and Chandelure etc.
- The Attack investment allows Jirachi to maximize its damage potential.

Usage Tips
========
-Preserve Jirachi in Bug matchups as it allows you to take neutral damage from any given Bug STAB attack
-Jirachi can be used as your main sweepers vs types such as Ice, Rock and Fairy so dont let it take unnecessary damage or status in those matchups
-If your opponent has a physical wall that can potentially hurt Jirachi(Rocky Helmet Ferrothorn/Garchomp etc) it is best to U-turn to gain momentum in those situations.
-Don’t use Healing Wish until Jirachi no longer needs to be used in the battle or a teammate that is a wincon/sweeper could use the momentum support to sweep your opponent
-Avoid letting Jirachi taking unnecessary hits as this hinders it ability to Flinch Down or Healing Wish its teammate towards the end of the game
-Against strong Bug STAB Jirachi is not meant to be a switch in as it can only live 1 choice banded Megahorn from Scolipede and only 1 Megahorn from moxie boosted +1 Heracross, bring Jirachiin safely in these situations

Team Options
========
-Mew has access to Stealth Rocks, Taunt and Will-O-Wisp to help break down Pokemon Jirachi has a problem with
-Slowbro makes a great Defensive pivot to help Jirachi live super effective stab such as Fire and Ground
-Meloetta gives Jirachi a nice pivot into a Ghost Immunity with fantastic coverage moves in Energy Ball, Focus Blast and Shadow Ball.
-Choice Band/Scarf Victini is a nice offensive partner for Jirachi as it hits Bugs for super effective Damage while providing Jirachi with good coverage moves in Bolt Strike and can help create even more momentum with double U-Turn
-Choice Specs Hoopa-Unbound is a fantastic wall breaker that can help push through many of Jirachi's Checks such as other psychic types, steel types 2 ohkoing all of the type, can beat Ghost with little to no problem
-Gardevoir-Mega can help tear down Dark and Dragon Monos while helps take down much of what walls Jirachi
-Medicham-Mega this thing breaks through a good majority of the Metagame including the Physical walls that hurt Jirachi(Ferrothorn /Tank Chomp etc) with its incredible wall breaking ability due to Huge Power
-Latios can take chunks out of Physical Walls that give Jirachi a hard time by Dropping Dracos and can defog while a more defensive defog could be used in Latias

[Set 2]
name: Specially Defensive Rocks Setter
move 1: Thunder Wave / Toxic
move 2: Iron Head
move 3: Stealth Rock
move 4: U-turn / Healing Wish / Wish
item: Leftovers
ability: Serene Grace
nature: Careful
evs: 248 HP / 224 SpD / 36 Spe

[Set Comments]
Moves
========
-Thunder Wave is used to help Paraflinch down foes with Iron Head allows you to slowly wither down your opponents Pokemon until your teammates have an easier sweep. Thunder Wave is also used for good Speed control allowing your team to outspeed that one threat that usually gives it trouble
-Toxic is mainly used to widdle down opposing walls along with Iron Head to allow the effect of Toxic to multiply while Jirachi’s Iron Head simply helps Flinch them to death.
-Iron Head is used as Jirachi’s main stab which helps by slowly flinching down the slower part of the opposing team as support to help its teammates later sweep
-Stealth Rocks on Jirachi allows Psychic teams a bit of opportunity for creative building as Mew is no longer needed and obviously set up hazards
-U-turn is used to create momentum and can help pick off annoying threats to Psychic Monos such as Specs Hoopa-Unbound
-Healing Wish when Jirachi is no longer needed Healing Wish can be used to bring back an injured teammate possibly a wincon to full health and also can help gain momentum by not having to take damage when you switch
-Wish this allows Jirachi to effectively heal an injured member on its team and can be used multiple times in the matches for preserving the team multiple times

Set Details
========
- 248 HP is to give so Jirachi so Jirachi takes less damage from entry hazards while retaining a good chunk of bulk
-224+ SpD is so Jirachi can live many Special hits and even 1 or 2 super effective attacks and can notibly live 1 Earth Power from Landorus-Incarnate
-Then the 36 speed is to outpace Jolly Tyranitar, Adamant Bisharp, Adamant Breloom, Modest Volcanion and generally Pokemon that try to speed creep those threats by a few points

Usage Tips
========
-This Jirachi set can take a hit from +1 modest Volcarona and click Thunder Wave on it preventing a sweep on the rest of your team
-It has great Special Defense but it can't be switched in randomly to take attacks orelse it will lose its bulkiness quickly and be less successful in doing its job.
-When facing certain Pokemon its better to lead with Paralysis such as Bisharp then use Stealth Rocks however most of the time leading with Rocks is the best way to use this set
-Dont allow Jirachi to take status because it wears down its ability to be a good wall and able to keep hazards up
-This is a very good lead Pokemon in most cases except vs Anti-Leads like Cobalion on Fighting, Aerodactyl on Flying because of Taunt
-U-turn should not be used against bulkier Rocky Helmet Pokemon as that passive damage doesnt allow Jirachi to weaken threats on the other side nearly as well and is better to hard switch
-Against strong Bug STAB Jirachi is not meant to be a switch in as it can only live 1 choice banded Megahorn from Scolipede and only 1 Megahorn from moxie boosted +1 Heracross, bring Jirachiin safely in these situations

Team Options
========
-Mega-Latias and Specially Defensive Jirachi make for a strong defensive core as they can cover up each others weak points really well and have strong synergy
-Choice Scarfed Victini pairs nicely as it can check many of Jirachi's threat with a Powerful V-Create
-Colbur Berry Grass Knot Slowbro can help many Psychic teams check Dark Types including Gyarados-Mega and Sharpedo-Mega very nicely
-Nasty Plot Celebi can nearly dismantle most of Ground type builds which Jirachi struggles against
-Medicham-Mega is able to smash through many things Jirachi can't handle such as Bulky Dark/Ground types and overall is a huge threat to a large chunk of the metagame and can be fully healed with Healing wish from Jirachi
-Gardevoir-Mega is also another option for Jirachi as it is able to handle many of Jirachi's checks and threaten a large chunk of the metagame as a lategame sweeper especially with the help of Healing Wish
-Choice Specs Hoopa-Unbound can just smash straight through so many walls with its great Wall Breaking abilities both physically and specially and patches of Jirachi’s ghost weakness with its insanely powerful Dark type STAB

Checks and Counters
===================
**Fire Types**
Fast fire types such as Choice Scarf Victini, Quiver Dance Volcarona, Charizard-Mega-Y, Infernape and Scarf Darmanitan can cause serious problems for Jirachi as they can ohko or bring Jirachi down to very low with their powerful Fire Type STAB. Special mention goes to Heatran that completely walls Jirachi sets aside from HP Ground Variants,

**Ground Types**
Sand Rush Excadrill, Seismitoad, Gastrodon, Landorus (Both) are big threats to Jirachi as they can take so many of Jirachi’s attacks or can nearly ohko or ohko Jirachi with just one attack.

**Dark Types**
Pokemon such as Bisharp and faster Dark Types pose a huge threat to Jirachi with Sucker Punch, Pursuit and Knock Off they can pose huge threats to Jirachi

**Water Types**
Pokemon such Slowbro, Rotom-Wash, Manaphy and generally bulky water types are a great switch into Keldeo however Toxic can easily cripple these pokemon.

**Steel Types**
Other steel types resist both of its Stab attacks and can often return Jirachi with its own attacks. Again Heatran is an honorable mention as it not only walls all of Jirachis possible attacks but can also return which a supereffective stab attack.

**Rough Skin, Rocky Helmet, Iron Barbs**
Jirachi’s attacks are contact moves so it is particularly vulnerable to passive residual damage found on more physically defensive pokemon such as Skarmory, Ferrothorn and Garchomp. These Pokemon make Jirachi take so much damage due to their items and abilities that Jirachi is very easily worn out by them.
