Celesteela is Life

Cresselia @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Psyshock / Psychic
- Hidden Power Fire / Ice Beam

This is offensive Calm Mind Cresselia. While Cresselia isn't very strong even as an offensive Pokemon, it has some quirks over other CM users in it's MASSIVE natural bulk even when uninvested. While it isn't quite as meaty as when it is invested, it can still allow Cresselia to survive strong hits like Salamence's Outrage okay and Cresselia can hit decently hard when boosted, as it's Psychic STAB can 2HKO a good amount of threats when boosted, and Moonblast is great coverage hitting Dark and Dragon-types hard, even OHKOing offensive Salamence at +1. HP Fire is the preferred option in the last slot to hit Escavalier, having a good chance to OHKO it after Stealth Rock when boosted, while Ice Beam kills Salamence even when unboosted and also OHKOs Mega Aerodactyl at +1. This set works well as a bulky offensive win con using it's great bulk to have decent setup opportunities, and it works especially well with hazard support to put mons in kill range.

Cresselia (F) @ Leftovers | Colbur Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 232 HP / 252 Def / 24 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Signal Beam
- Calm Mind
- Moonlight
- Psyshock
This is the Standart Calm Mind Set, but with one peculiar change. Cresselia is actually a setup fodder for NP Celebi and can't touch CM Celebi too, but with Signal Beam over Moonblast, Cresselia does more damage to Grass-Types, while she still do damage in Dark-Types, so you can still hit Dark-Types, like Hydreigon, Crawdaunt and Sharpedo-Mega. Colbur Berry can be used over Leftovers to resist some attacks from Dark-Type Pokémon. 24 Speed EVs are used to outspeed other Cresselia.

- Rest
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast / sleeptalk
- Psyshock

CroSselia is a really fun set, with rest is a good status absorber, and can ppstall others cresselia, also we can use sleeptalk over m.blast, but it depends by cresselia's teammate, sleeptalk allows cresselia to be less passive.

Cresselia (F) @ Expert Belt
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 32 Def / 252 SpA / 224 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Lunar Dance
- Ice beam
- Psychic
- Energy Ball/Signal Beam/Moonblast

Offensive lure cress is fun times, people love to take advantage of how worthless cm cress is offensively for the first 3-4 turns of its existence and most of the premier abusers are known checks and counters to some of the tiers most dangerous threats. Sooooo as it turns out cress is is pretty great at removing or weakening those pesky fatmences, celebi's, sableye's, and swampets blocking the path to a glorious "inset threat here" sweep while still maintaining it's status as a functional check to the nido's, mamoswine, and other obnoxious hard hitty thingies with a decent speed invest.

Lunar dance is here because whats worse than dealing with "the big threat" when your check is weakened? Dealing with 2 of that big threat ofc.

Bonus points if you slam on a HW user as well to field the mythical hat trick of danger.

Random flood of calcs to show it's not completely worthless.

Cresselia @ Colbur Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 240 HP / 216 Def / 52 Spe
Bold Nature
- Moonlight
- Thunder Wave
- Lunar Dance
- Psyshock

Hi, so this is a Cresselia set I use a lot on offensive teams. Colbur Berry + T-Wave is honestly just awesome for catching things like Hydreigon, Crawdaunt, Mega Sharpedo, and Mega Houndoom which are often problems for many teams. Lunar Dance is nice for said offensive teams that this set if often on since it supports it's teammates even further, which is just incredible. You're probably wondering, "Why not use Moonblast?" 1) you miss Thunder wave which is the best move in the game 2) You're fodder for Gyarados which is honestly terrible 3) You're forced to drop something and this set just compresses so many roles that make is such a good set to use.

Offensive Sword Dance Celebi

Celebi @ Life Orb
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Seed Bomb
- Zen Headbutt
- Sucker Punch

This set looks to surprise most Celebi faster checks, like Mega Aerodactyl, Mega Beedrill, Crobat and Tornadus, some scarfers like Darmanitan, while overwhelming (almost) anything under the base 100 speed tier. Sucker Punch is the key over here, picking the aforementioned threats that expect an SD/BP set. Hmm I dont know what else I could add to this, but it is important to note that you are still open to threats like Hydreigon, Mega Houndoom or Infernape, and can't do much against fat steels like Mega Aggron/Mega Steelix. Some calcs to show this thing power:

252 Atk Life Orb Celebi Sucker Punch vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Beedrill: 191-225 (70.4 - 83%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
+2 252 Atk Life Orb Celebi Sucker Punch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mega Aerodactyl: 217-256 (72 - 85%) -- 75% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
+2 252 Atk Life Orb Celebi Sucker Punch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Crobat: 227-269 (72.9 - 86.4%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
+2 252 Atk Life Orb Celebi Sucker Punch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Tornadus: 253-299 (84.6 - 100%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
etc

SubSeed/Pass

upload_2016-6-27_20-51-46.png

Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Substitute
- Leech Seed
- Psychic
- Baton Pass

This Celebi utilizes its high HP and Speed to wear down counters and get out of sticky situations safely. Celebi separates itself from Shaymin as a leech seeder with Baton Pass which allows for it to pass subs as well as escape Pursuit. 101 HP subs takes a hit from Blissey and max speed allows for Celebi to outspeed non-scarf Hydreigon before it can break the sub. Psychic can hit Chesnaught and Roserade for super-effective damage if they try to absorb the seed.

Celebi @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Leaf Storm
- Healing Wish / Trick
- Psychic
- Dazzling Gleam

celebi scarf is really a very interesting set, mainly utility to hit faster threats such as mega beedrill, Aerodactyl mega, mega Sceptile, also through the use of healing wish, can take care of the team copagni also generating momentum, an option would be to use tricks to embarrass CM suicune, Blissey, Cresselia and other special walls.
