You may only vote for one this week since only 3 submissions.

Ludicolo @ Life Orb
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Rain Dance
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Giga Drain

There are no many pokemon that can switch into archeops and not get countered or hard checked by gastrodon. Ludicolo gets a free switchin into gastro, sets up rain and threatens both if opponent doesnt have special wall.

Aurorus @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Snow Warning
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Blizzard
- Earth Power
- Freeze-Dry
- Flash Cannon

Scarf Aurorus outspeeds Archeops and Freeze-Dry pretty much OHKOs them both.

252 SpA Aurorus Freeze-Dry vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Gastrodon: 448-532 (105.1 - 124.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Aurorus Freeze-Dry vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Archeops: 270-320 (92.7 - 109.9%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO
252 SpA Aurorus Blizzard vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Gastrodon: 177-208 (41.5 - 48.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after hail damage and Leftovers recovery

Abomasnow @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Snow Warning
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Blizzard
- Energy Ball
- Wood Hammer
- Ice Shard

Scarf Abomasnow isn't that great of a set but it can switch into any Gastrodon's move and can lure and revenge kill Archeops.
Voting ends on Monday.

Scarf Abomasnow might not be a good set but it can surprisekill a lot. Earths submission gets my vote.

Congratulations to PrinceLucian for winning with his Ludicolo submission and thanks to Skelos for breaking the tie for me n_n

This week I plucked a recent post from the Good Cores thread that is actually a very solid core.
Hello as I see no-one has posted this core I guess I can post it.

+

Standard offensive core with Specs Mesprit breaking tons of walls and then Tauros sweeps the remaining part of the team. Tauros can also switch in-to ghost attacks which trouble Mesprit while esprit beats Fighting types which is the only trouble of Tauros.

Mesprit @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Psychic
- Ice Beam / Energy Ball
- Signal Beam
- Healing Wish / U-Turn

Tauros @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Rock Climb
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Iron Tail / Zen Headbutt
Submissions end on Friday.

Bronzor @ Eviolite
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Psywave
- Toxic / Sleep Talk
- Rest

Not much to say, Bronzor walls both these mons, and either hits them with Psywave or cripples them with Toxic. You can easily get up rocks vs either, and have Rest to recover when you get worn down. A cleric would be perfect to wake up Bronzor, but you could use Sleep Talk over Toxic if you really wanted to.

252 Atk Life Orb Sheer Force Tauros Rock Climb vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Eviolite Bronzor: 78-94 (24.5 - 29.5%) -- 99.9% chance to 4HKO
252+ SpA Choice Specs Mesprit Signal Beam vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Eviolite Bronzor: 62-73 (19.4 - 22.9%) -- possible 5HKO

reserving barbaracle

Barbaracle @ Shuca Berry
Ability: Tough Claws
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Shell Smash
- Razor Shell
- Return
- Substitute

If this mon gets a free switch-in on Tauros or Mesprit without any previous damage it can set up a Shell Smash and proceed to Ohko both with Razor Shell.

252 Atk Life Orb Tauros Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Shuca Berry Barbaracle: 105-125 (36.8 - 43.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
+2 252+ Atk Tough Claws Barbaracle Razor Shell vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Tauros: 315-372 (108.2 - 127.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ SpA Choice Specs Mesprit Psychic vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Barbaracle: 237-279 (83.1 - 97.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+2 252+ Atk Tough Claws Barbaracle Razor Shell vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mesprit: 289-342 (96 - 113.6%) -- 75% chance to OHKO

Solrock @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge
- Will-O-Wisp
- Morning Sun

Alright so Solrock tanks every Mesprit's move and can hit it back, or Will-o-Wisp it. Now for Tauros, it can Will-o-Wisp it on the switch and avoid getting hit by Iron Tail, but it can also counter the Zen Headbutt version thanks to Will-o-Wisp and its access to Morning Sun.

252 Atk Life Orb Sheer Force Tauros Rock Climb vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Solrock: 117-139 (34 - 40.4%) -- 44.1% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ SpA Choice Specs Mesprit Ice Beam vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Solrock: 131-155 (38 - 45%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

More flags more fun

Shiftry @ Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Speed Bomb
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch

Can set up on Psychic then Sucker Punch kill both of them. Or set up prior to it. Even w/I an SD Mesprit has to play a speed for and Tauros can't take any prior damage really if it wants a chance versus it.

With Plaessy being the only one to not conform, ~Eternally is the winner with that nasty NFE that is Bronzor :^)

This week, I decided to go with a core that recently won in Matchmaking and I have been using recently as well.

+

Gurdurr @ Eviolite
Ability: Guts
EVs: 248 HP / 196 Atk / 64 Def
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Knock Off / Stone Edge
- Bulk Up / Stone Edge

Skuntank @ Lum Berry
Ability: Aftermath
EVs: 252 Atk / 112 SpD / 144 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Poison Jab
- Sucker Punch
- Pursuit
- Taunt

Skuntank helps Gurdurr set up by trapping and getting rid of Psychic- and Ghost-types that can plague it. Gurdurr acts a s not only a status absorber for the team, but helps Skuntank to apply pressure to the opponent thanks to its natural bulk and access to priority. Thanks to both of these Pokemon having decent bulk / typing and priority, they are able to hold their own against most teams.

Submissions end on Friday.

Steelix @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 92 HP / 252 SpA / 164 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Earth Power
- Flash Cannon
- Dark Pulse
- Stealth Rock

Special Steelix does a decent job at breaking down this core. Steelix completely shuts down physical Skuntank and Gurdurr likes to switch in on Steelix as setup bait. Earth Power OHKOs Skuntank and 2HKOS Gurdurr. Steelix outspeeds Gurdurr and Mach Punch does little damage.

252+ SpA Life Orb Sheer Force Steelix Earth Power vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Eviolite Gurdurr: 185-218 (49.4 - 58.2%) -- 98% chance to 2HKO

252+ SpA Life Orb Sheer Force Steelix Earth Power vs. 0 HP / 112 SpD Skuntank: 406-478 (117 - 137.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Vivillon-Tundra @ Leftovers
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 16 HP / 240 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Substitute
- Sleep Powder
- Quiver Dance
- Hurricane

viv can sleep powder on gurdurr or whatever, set up a sub and can play around with skunk's sucker punch thanks to sleep powder/qd/sub. hurricane does a good amount of damage after +1 to both. it doesn't have too much trouble to set up if played well, and can manage to tear up teams.

Pelipper @ Leftovers
Ability: Keen Eye
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Defog
- Roost
- Hurricane
Pelipper can wall both of these mons and throw scalds at skunk and hurricane to 2hko gurdurr. If you're not unlucky this mon should be able to beat this core with out a lot of issues.

Garbodor @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Aftermath
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 56 Spe
Impish Nature
- Spikes
- Toxic Spikes
- Gunk Shot
- Seed Bomb

Neither can do much to Garbodor, while in return Garb sets Spikes and chips away at them with Rocky Helmet and Aftermath, which is especially annoying because neither of these sets typically run contact moves.
