I'm a bit sad I missed this one I was thinking about these two, also is it ok to give signature moves if it makes sense for this instance, Hitmontop has signature move so why would the other two not? I cant think of any others off the top of my head/

Congrats for Tiksi for winning with Hitmonchan, there has been a tie with Hitmonlee, however, between Dilasc, and Tiksi. Tagging wishes for her to decide what to do with the tie and decide the next slate.

I'm refusing to let this die so early on, so...

Normally, Wishes would pick her favourite of the two and that would be the winner, however, she doesn't seem to be here at the moment, so we'll put this to a tiebreaker. You can leave Slate Suggestions for the next slate if you feel like it, but make sure to put your tiebreaker vote in bold if you do. This is still going for a 2 mon slate, so... Yeah, try not to request a 4 pokemon slate or w/e.

I'm voting for Tiski

Here are the Tiebreaker Submissions:
Dilasc

/

Hitmonlee
Abilities: Reckless | Scrappy | [HA] Dancer
Stats: 65 HP / 130 Atk / 73 Def / 35 SpA / 110 SpD / 102 Spe
Added Moves: Wild Charge, Sword Dance, Flare Blitz, Play Rough, Dragon Dance, Coil, Flying Kick*, Flutter Kick*
Summary of Changes: +15 HP +10 Atk +20 Def, +15 Spe,

Fight... Fairy? Eh, it's... um, graceful? I think the STAB combo alone is pretty swanky. The justification in and of itself isn't the strongest, but with feet like that, how can you not dance with grace. This dancer grace is why it gets Sword and Dragon Dances to enable it to have the breaking power to get through its enemies. Scrappy prevents HJK ghost type trolling. Access to earthquake should disuade poison types, and Steel doesn't want to be kicked. Watch out for coverage and floating poisons, which Gengar no longer is. Oh, it can also coil its legs to ensure HJK never succumbs to RNG.

The recoil moves ensure Reckless enjoys coverage to its fullest. But if you go Dancer, and then switch in on the right setup dragon, you can snag a DD or SD, still outrun them, and threaten a KO with Flutter Kick or Play Rough.

In before someone photoshops Lee in a tutu or doing ballet or something.

Flying Kick: 130 BP |
| 85% Accuracy | Reckless Boosted | Gravity Disables | User strikes with skyhigh kick. Hits hard, but a miss can shave half health.

Flutter Kick:
See Flying Kick, change types.

Stats: 50 / 140 / 63 / 35 / 112 / 100 (BST: 500)
Stat Changes: +20 Atk, +10 Def, +2 SpD, +13 Spe
Added moves: Syncrekick*, Liquidation, Trop Kick, Knock Off, Surf

Fluid: This Pokemon's Normal-type moves become Water-type. Water-type moves cannot miss and ignore all protection.

Syncrekick:
70 BP | 8 PP | 100% Accuracy | Physical | Contact | Z-Power: 160
Deals damage. This move's Base Power rises by 30 for every kick move executed by this Pokemon since switching in.
"The user exploits its knowledge of the opponent's weak points to unleash a targeted barrage of kicks."

This amazing Pokémon has an awesome sense of balance. It can kick in succession from any position.

Subtler than burning over and just as deadly. If High Jump Kicks, Fluid Mega Kicks, and Trop Kicks alike fail to faze you, don't get too confident! It has been scouting you the whole time, and is ready to methodically pound a snowballing Syncrekick sure to knock you back. If you think a fast enough speed leaves you safe from its fury, prepare for a Fake Out no type is immune to!

Something tells me I'm not gonna win. Was it that bad?

I'm gonna guess hitmontop will win with /electric or grass to round the trio when it's on the slate.

So, we've had a few Tiebreaker votes, and I'm 99.99% sure Tiski won that, so here are the winners of the slate:

/

Abilities: Blaze / Iron Fist / Inner Focus
Stats: 50 / 120 / 105 / 35 / 105 / 85 Spe (BST: 500)
Stat Changes: +15 Atk, +26 Def, -5 SpD, +9 Spe
Added moves: Backdraft*, Overclock*, Overheat, Knock Off

Backdraft:
80 BP | 16 PP | 100% Accuracy | Physical
Deals damage. If this attack damages a target, the User's Attack rises one stage. If this attack targets a Fire-type Pokemon, the User's Attack rises by two stages.
"The user forcibly steals oxygen from the foe to replenish its fighting stamina. Fire-type enemies are especially vulnerable."

Overclock:
40 BP | 8 PP | 100% Accuracy | Physical | Punch | Z-Power: 160
Deals damage. This move's Base Power rises by 40 for every stage the Attack stat is boosted. User recovers 50% of damage dealt.
"The user unleashes its stored energy in a burning frenzy. This release heals it of past damage."

Its punches slice the air. They are launched at such high speed, even a slight graze could cause a burn.

Talk about a firefighter! Well, more one using fire to fight you. And talk about a heated situation: let it use Backdraft or Bulk Up to build up its power, and you'll be smashed with Overclocks that get stronger and stronger. Don't think that other Fire-types are safe from the burning assault, however: Backdraft gets double the boost from them, powering up a deadly Drain Punch! Just keep him safe from taking, y'know, any super effective attacks.

Slate 5: Clawitzer & Dragalge

This slate will last ~5 days, and then I'll be opening voting.

Good luck and have fun

Clawitzer [Optimized]
Abilities: Mega Launcher
Stats: 71 HP / 60 Atk / 88 Def / 130 SpA / 89 SpD / 100 Spe | BST: 538
Added Moves: Claw Pulse*, Toxic Pulse*
Summary of Changes: -13 Atk, +10 SpA, +41 Spe

Claw Pulse:
90 BP | 16 PP | 100% Accuracy |
| Z-Power: 175 BP
This attack has a high critical hit ratio and is boosted by Mega Launcher.
"The user fires a concentrated pulse of water at the target by snapping its claws shut with great force."

Toxic Pulse:
80 BP | 24 PP | 100% Accuracy |
| Z-Power: 160 BP
This attack has a 20% chance to induce Poison status and is boosted by Mega Launcher.
"The user fires a pulse of poisonous fluid at the target."

Clawitzer’s main flaws are its low bulk and speed along with a mono-Water typing that leaves facing heavy competition from the many other Water-types for a dedicated team spot. However, adding extra bulk still leaves it competing with the other Mega Launcher user, Mega Blastoise, who also has more utility in Rapid Spin. In order to give Clawitzer a more unique role, it is given a high increase in speed and a new secondary Fighting typing. Its new speed tier allows it outspeed lots more threats that could otherwise easily beat it. A Fighting typing is chosen for its superior offensive coverage along with providing STAB to its Mega Launcher-boosted Aura Sphere. Clawitzer also gets two new moves, Claw Pulse which is superior to its usual Water-type choices and is boosted by its ability, and Toxic Pulse which allows it to more easily beat the common Fairy-types that could otherwise wall or beat it. Its new Water / Fighting / Dark / Poison attack combo gives it perfect neutral coverage, actually allowing it to hit more Pokemon super effectively than normally effectively. Even with all of these buffs though, it is still not overpowered because its speed tier is only good but can be easily outsped by many Choice Scarf users and faster threats, it retains its lack of recovery and mediocre bulk that leaves it vulnerable to revenge killers or priority attacks, its new Fighting typing gives it three new weaknesses that could take advantage of it, and its move set makes it very predictable.
Sample Set:
Clawitzer @ Life Orb
Ability: Mega Launcher
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
Timid Nature
- Claw Pulse
- Aura Sphere
- Toxic Pulse

Dragalge [Optimized]
Abilities: Poison Point | Corrosion | [HA] Adaptability
Stats: 100 HP / 65 Atk / 100 Def / 110 SpA / 125 SpD / 70 Spe | BST: 570
Added Moves: Recover, Poison Melt*
Summary of Changes: +35 HP, -10 Atk, +10 Def, +13 SpA, +2 SpD, +26 Spe

Poison Melt:
90 BP | 16 PP | 100% Accuracy |
| Z-Power: 175 BP
This attack hits Steel-types super effectively and has a 30% chance to decrease the target’s SpD by 1 stage.
"The user spits a poison strong enough to dissolve metal."

Dragalge’s main flaws are its horrible speed, low HP stat that undermines its otherwise good defensive stats, its offensively low special attack stat, and its reliance on the unreliable Focus Blast or weak HP-Fire to damage Steel-types any meaningful amount. Adding more HP and defenses gives it the bulk needed to take stronger hits, and Recover is always appreciated on bulkier Pokemon. Its special attack is raised a little to increase its overall damage output and make it more threatening. Its speed is increased a bit so it can better take on slower bulky Pokemon. It gets a new move in Poison Melt that can super effectively hit Steel-types along with having a chance to decrease the target’s special defense to allow it to threaten bulkier targets. The combo of Dragon and super-effective-against-Steel Poison coverage actually gives it perfect neutral coverage in just two moves, with the exception of Shedinja. Poison Touch is replaced with Corrosion because Dragalge almost never uses contact moves on the opponent anyway, though Adaptability is still its best ability. Even then, it is not overpowered because it still fears common Ground-type coverage moves, its speed tier is still mediocre, and it is very predictable.
Sample Set:
Dragalge @ Choice Specs / Life Orb
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
IVs: 0 Atk
Modest Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Poison Melt
- Hydro Pump
- Dragon Pulse (optional Toxic Spikes / Recover if using Life Orb)

Clawitzer is like a special scizor so if you gave it access to prority which is boosted by its ability similar to scizor it would work fairly well though its bulk and speed hold it back if you get hit with a +2 origin pulse that is boosted by its ability its going to hurt quite a bit

Clawitzer [Optimized]
Abilities: Mega Launcher
Stats: 71 HP / 73 Atk / 88 Def / 150 SpA / 89 SpD / 120 Spe
Added Moves: Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Shock Wave
Summary of Changes: +30 SpA, +61 Spe

Clawitzer is nothing but a weaker Mega Blastoise. Lower stats and no Rapid Spin. Clawitzer's Dex entry suggests it can move fairly fast, so its Speed is greatly increased. 120 Special Attack is simply too low for this kind of Pokémon. With Fire attacks, it can SE attack its Grass weakness in three different ways.

Dragalge [Optimized]
Abilities: Poison Touch |
Poison Point | [HA] Adaptability
Stats: 95 HP / 75 Atk / 115 Def / 97 SpA / 143 SpD / 44 Spe
Added Moves: Mega Drain, Giga Drain, Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Draining Kiss
Summary of Changes: +30 HP, +25 Def, +20 SpD

Dragalge's amazing Special Defense has been increased to near Goodra's amazing Special Defense. Dragalge's slow speed makes it an easy Earthquake target, so higher Defense makes it more prepared. It can survive longer, giving it more chances to carry out its strategy of Choice Specs Adaptability Draco Meteoring before switching. Flamethrower and Ice Beam make even more sense for Dragalge to have than Thunderbolt, which it gets for some reason. Giga Drain gives it a good healing option for usage on bulkier sets.

Clawitzer [Optimized]
Abilities: Mega Launcher | Sheer Force(HA)
Stats: 101 HP / 73 Atk / 88 Def / 130 SpA / 89 SpD / 94 Spe
Added Moves: Origin Pulse, Fire Blast, Moon Blast, Ice Beam, Shell Smash
Summary of Changes: +30 HP, +10 SpA +25 Spe

Why suffer low speed and no way to boost? Speed, Shell Smash and Sheer Force make things interesting for sure. Scald without the burn sounds brutal, but you hit damn hard with it! Coverage with Ice Beam Fire Blast or Moon Blast goes well with already coverage moves like Sludge Bomb or Dark Pulse. Mix and match your moves, then sweep. Simple concept!

Dragalge [Optimized]
Abilities: Corrosion | Waterworks* | [HA] Adaptability
*Waterworks - Water version of Steelworker
Stats: 115/45/100/112/128/74
Summary of Changes: +50 HP, -20 Atk +10 Def, +25 SpA, +5 SpD, +30 Spe
Added Moves: Nasty Plot, Clanging Scales, Fire Blast, Acid Melt, Slack Off
Acid Melt:
A poison clone of Freeze Dry in every way, except it has a 20% burn chance and hits steel.

Clanging Scales seems out of place on a mon that isn't super scaly, but for a mere 20 (30 with STAB) power, you can strike again without needing to switch as readily! Nasty Plot is for those times you know your enemy can't force you out. The reason it's here is for a constant dragon attack.

The other abilities have their place. STAB on Water/Dragon/Acid Melt is great coverage, although you'd likely need Draco to make a serious dent. Corrosion is if you want to play defensive and spread lotsa poison with Toxic Spikes.

Clawitzer [Optimized]
Abilities: Mega Launcher
Stats: 91 HP / 63 Atk / 98 Def / 130 SpA / 94 SpD / 100 Spe
Added Moves: Burning Pulse*, Claw Pulse*, Fire Blast, Flamethrower
Summary of Changes: +20 HP, -10 Atk, +10 Def, +10 SpA, +5 SpD, +41 Spe

Burning Pulse:
80 BP | 16 PP | 100% Accuracy | Special | Z-Power: 160 BP
This attack has a 20% chance to induce the Burn status and is boosted by Mega Launcher.
“The user fires a pulse of flames at the target.”

Claw Pulse:
80 BP | 10 PP | 100% Accuracy | Special | Z-Power: 160 BP
This attack does not check accuracy or evasion and is boosted by Mega Launcher.
“The user fires a pulse of water by snapping a claw shut rapidly. This attack never misses.”

Clawitzer’s main flaws are its lower than average bulk in combination with its lackluster speed. That, combined with its mono-Water typing, leaves Clawitzer outclassed by other Water-type special attackers such as Starmie or Pelipper. To remedy this, steps were taken to differentiate Clawitzer among Water-types and to give it something above Mega Blastoise, the other Mega Launcher user. Increasing its bulk by a small amount grants Clawiter the small bonus of being able to take some hits it would not have taken before, though this is a miniscule change. The main changes here are its increase in Speed and a new secondary typing; the Fire type. A Water/Fire type combination grants Clawitzer many new boons, as well as making thematic sense. The Water/Fire type is good both defensively and offensively, and it gives Clawitzer something to differentiate it from most other Water-types. Flamethrower and Fire Blast are simply there to complement the new Fire typing, though mainly for the sake of flavor, but the new Burning Pulse move is what Clawitzer uses best for Fire STAB, since it benefits from Mega Launcher. Claw Pulse (which I realize now shares its name with two other Clawitzer Optimizations) gives Clawitzer a stronger alternative to Water Pulse. Its Speed has been increased from 59 to 100, which means it can now outspeed pokemon that could previously wear it down or even OHKO it.

also yo. golisopod 4 next slate.
