  • I dislike how MMX speed ties with M-Gengar, so I decided on MMY. CM helps out in late game scenarios or playing mindgames with Sucker Punch Yveltal, and the rest is fairly standard
  • I immediately threw on Magearna, which helps me with Xerneas and non Heat Wave Yveltal immensely, as well as getting slow Volt Switch off to get in MMY safely
  • Xerneas was next, I've experimented a lot with different sets and find Z-Geomancy to be the most successful, however, I also really like the immediate power from Specs and Rock Slide for Ho-Oh, so that's what I'll suggest
  • Originally, I was using Giratina-O, but this wasn't helping my matchup with Pogre and Marshadow so I switched to Arceus-Water. It works well for what it does
  • Groudon, 'nuff said (is this joke old yet)
  • Scarf Yveltal is basically my best way to revenge Marshadow and Psyspam, it may not be the most safe member but it gets the job done

This team is complete dogshit hopefully we get another last second team amirite

well i'm going to cancel that round as not many people participated in it. Thanks and sorry about that BlameTheBlax.

This is actually going to be the last round of this thread. Although I'd love to stick around and do a lot more rounds, I have a very busy and tight schedule and hence won't be able to continue with this project.

The 10th and last round of this competition is going to be a free round. This means you can post whatever team you have made which you believe to be unique or a team with a specific core/Pokémon which you believe is underrated or not used much. It could also be your favorite team which you play with a lot to ladder or for competitions. Please don't post any meme or troll teams though.

This is one round I'd like everyone from the community to take part in. So I'll give you all 4 weeks to post your team.
Good Luck!

I made this team when M-Diancie released, the speed EVs on M-Diancie are for outspeed 212 Spe neutral nature M-Salamence , Non-Scarf Yveltal, Rayquaza and other treaths. Kyogre is a very good partner for this mega, also check M-Salamence, Ho-oh and Groudon-Primal. Primal-Groudon is very good, why not use this?. Celestella check E-killer, Mence , Marshadow and support Arceus formes, Flamethrower because Ferro is very annoying for this team. Fairyceus it's my principal Marshadow check also is my deffoger, Yveltal check Lunala, Ghostceus and Mega-gengar.

  • So I wanted to build around a more niche 'mon in the Ubers metagame, originally was going to be M-Metagross but then I remembered Solgaleo exists. It acts as a counter to Xerneas, Psyspam, and M-Salamence... kinda
  • From there, I knew I needed an answer to Yveltal and Marshadow, Arceus-Fairy fit the role while also helping my matchup against M-Lucario, SR is also nice for the rest of the team
  • Giratina-O is my Defogger, I figured that if I'm going to have two Toxic users then I should have a way to abuse it. It also really helps my matchup with Groudon and Arceus-Ground
  • Speaking of Groudon, I threw on a dual dancer set since I had SR on Arceus. No Hone Claws this time around, mainly cause I like being able to kill defensive Ogre
  • Marshadow and Yveltal kind of work hand in hand, I straight up lose to M-Gengar and this stops that, they both also manage to pressure opposing Marshadow. 5S and Sub also help me out when facing stall, while Scarf helps me deal with offense

Another version with mega Gyarados and the core Bronzong + Xerneas that I like so much. There is not much to explain, a balanced team focused on my mega. He has a good match up overall. Things like Arceus with Sub can be a problem. SD + Sub Groundceus too, though I have Bronzong as a response or Waterceus. Well, I'm weak to Lunala or Yveltal scarf, so I added Gyarados. Geoxern is another option. Taking advantage of SR in Zong I added the special Rock Polish PDon set, which I really think fits well to eliminate threats and clean up at the end. Marsh with z moves for maximum power with Bulk Up as support. Although LO would not be a bad idea either. Waterceus is somewhat peculiar, I take Defog offensive to surprise factor / eliminate things like Lucario, Ho-Oh. Here you can make small changes for the defensive. So far I have been great.
