**Entry Hazards**: Entry hazards break Smeargle's Focus Sash, leaving it open to be OHKOed before it can do anything. The main setter aside from other Smeargles is Deoxys Speed.
**Status**: Status conditions, more specifically Poison and Burn also break Smeargle's sash, leaving it vunerable. Main status users include Deoxys Speed and Giratina-O.
- Smeargle is the tier's premiere hazard setter, as it gets access to every move in the game
- Puts foes to sleep then uses Sticky Web and Stealth Rock
- Useless outside of hazard setting

Moves
========
- Spore puts the foe to sleep, allowing Smeargle to easily set up hazards
- Sticky Web slows foes down, opening the door to offensive but somewhat slow threats
- Stealth Rock sets up chip damage on the opposing side, leaving them more vunerable to being knocked out by the rest of the team
- Magic Coat is to reflect Taunt users who try to shut down Smeargle back at them
========
- Max speed and Jolly or Timid nature is to maximize speed. HP is maximized to potentially live a hit without using a focus sash if the opponent has their stats lowered
- Own Tempo is run for Mega Pidgeot as well as for the fact that Technician is useless without attacking moves
Usage Tips
========
- Only use Smeargle on Hyper Offense teams
- Send out Smeargle as your lead to set up hazards early unless removers are present
- If removers present, send out something else and eliminate them ASAP
Team Options
========
- Bulky Extreme Killer Arceus (Allows you to invest more into bulk)
- Primal Groudon (Allows you to forgo Rock Polish)
- Rayquaza (Allows you to run Choice Band and still be really fast compared to your foe)

Other Options
=============
- Nature's Madness can be run in place of Magic Coat to deal with stall teams, but you're better off just running stallbreakers
- Memento can be run instead, but it usually isn't worth it seeing how it kills Smeargle in the process and the foe can just switch out
