So Claire broke the fourth wall along with what was left of my soul. Finally. It's terrifying. Shit's about to get real.

IS DAYA SERIOUSLY GONNA SHOOT THAT GUARD? RIP POUSSEY

Soooo...Whispers has seen Will and no one seems to be panicking (yet). Uh, why? They can't keep him sedated forever... Kala and Wolfgang just need to get a room already.

JUSTICE FOR BARB! But seriously, I really hope 11 isn't dead/vaporized(?). It'll be interesting to see how season 2 pans out.

Go wild~

Started F is for Family last night. Easy to watch (if not a bit crude) and hilarious! Only six episodes though.

this thread needs more posts but daredevil / bojack horseman / narcos are all amazing shows

6 episodes in luke cage and it's really good as well. probably should have watched jessica jones before that but i watched the first episode of that and thought it was kinda boring but maybe i'll give it another shot

daredevil is great, jessica jones was also great, but did get off to a slow start, so that's understandable, i find luke cage kinda slow i think i'm on episode 7 or so, but it's good nonetheless.

starting daredevil rn. first episode fight scenes were really gorgeous, loving the wing chun fighting style+blind hero idea. the way he patiently feels their guard out, anticipates, strikes... big fan, wish id found it sooner for the self-defense inspiration.

luke cage and jessica jones are great too. too bad jj wont be back forever, so sad.

ima begin stranger things at some point.

oitnb: what happened to ruby rose? also this show keeps getting worse in its politics overtime. if you watch this show, please donate to:

http://womenprisoners.org/
http://www.blackandpink.org/

because this show is really exploitative: the legibility of the setting relies on the existence of actual poor criminalized queer women (dying) within American prisons, watching the show draws capital that does not then address the material reality that it's depictions rely on to be meaningful. By donating or giving your time to these organizations (i donate to black and pink at the rate of 1$/ointnb episode because i am a good good saint who wants only the most dubiously ethical of porn not like u bad bad sheeple) you momentarily interrupt your participation in this shows exploitation of the glamoured visibility it brings to queer women of color in American prisons.

also wtf are you watching that luke cage is slow? MonoMire i liked the pacing.

OLD GREGG (im back baby)

I'm quite aware that Arrested Development started on FOX network, but they dropped it.

Netflix revived thiis excellent show and gave it a new life; so in that respect I'd have to say that arrested development might not have begun on Netflix but that Netflix is surely where it resides to this day. Great dark comedy with incredible character development and very realistic undertones. If you can't relate to any of these characters then you should probably get out more. Simply hilarious to sum it up.

narcos s1 was good but the first ep of s2 was excruciatingly boring, does it pick up

I need house of cards s5 asap or I'll go insane

id say it does but i think it starts getting sloppy towards the end. still worth watching though.

i liked this one, but not as much as daredevil. they made the same mistakes as season 2 of daredevil in that they changed gears without really needing to in the middle of the season. cottonmouth was pretty likable as a villain in most aspects but for some reason they felt like killing him off out of nowhere and introducing diamondback who was a little lame in terms of his relationship with luke. from that point onward it just seems a little generic and less interesting.

they did a really good job with black mariah though in making her a good character but giving off literally every reason to hate her

maybe ill start trailer park boys later on since ive been told its funny as fuck

No mention of Black Mirror yet.
If you haven't watched it I would highly recommend you do so. Each episode tells a story to do with technology, the future (be it near or far) and just how dark it could be. It's absolutely brilliant.
You know how former British Prime Minister David Cameron once had sex with a pig? Yeah, this is the show predicted it (albeit accidentally). That's not even one of the best episodes!
Just don't expect any happy endings.

finally someone who watches black mirror!
just finished season 3, absolutely stunning. just a great show.

white christmas... so much fun.

I'm jus Here for da memes r wateva dem shits called
daredevil was ballin. everyone should watch that shit. if you're turned off towards it because you saw the shitty movie with ben affleck you should delete that shit from your brain and then watch the series. jessica jones and luke cage were also rly good but not as good. the villains in these have all been pretty great imo, which is surprising for marvel because their villains are usually p meh. the only villain that didn't turn out too good, for me at least, was diamondback (and mariah i guess).
after cottonmouth died luke cage kinda went downhill for me.

i'm hype af for iron fist which comes out in march i think, and then defenders comes out sometime after that

also, i've heard many great things about black mirror but haven't started it yet. apparently it rly fucks u up and that doesnt go well with binge-watching, which is all i do p much

Watched Episodes 2 and 3 of Black Mirror, skipped 1 because my parents told me what it was about and I wasn't up for that, it's real good but honestly it makes you think a lot about how scary the future could be.

so i finally jumped on this black mirror bandwagon, and it's really great so far, i started with "playtest" which was terrifyingly great, it's probably my favorite episode so far. i do plan on watching the entire series, but i'm just kind of watching the episodes in random order based on which ones sound coolest plot-wise, but it's really good and i do recommend others to watch it, it's an excellent show.

yeah i watched the sense8 christmas special and it was sick. really good start to season 2, it's gonna be rough waiting a couple months for the rest of season 2.

i've also been meaning to start the oa at some point but i always put it off. don't even know what it's about tbh

A Series of Unfortunate Events hit Netflix not too long ago and I finally finished it. Very nostalgic and well done especially in comparison to that abortion of a movie from about 10 years ago. They go into the first 4 books and give each the time and attention they deserve while keeping a lot of the style the books had and the movie did right.

Latest Black Mirror season is p good, here are my ranking of the episodes

1. San Junipero
Winner by a long distance - beautifully acted, scored, written. One of the most moving episodes, an absolute joy to watch, and the best hour of television last year aside from Game of Thrones S6E10

2. Shut up and Dance
Old-school Black Mirror, well-acted, unpredictable and unsettling.

3. Hated in the Nation
I liked it more than most people it seems - very tense and beautifully told.

4. Nosedive
Some good moments - loved the ending - but way too on the nose(dive) with its message

5. Playtest
It's a decent, silly journey, with one or two twists too many

6. Men Against Fire
Boring with a predictable, dull twist. Meh.

I loved the atmosphere of Stranger Things, but not much else. Ending of Ep2 was the peak of the series, and then it went downhill from there as I didn't care much for the plot. Loved the way the 'douchebag' boyfriend's arc was written tho

A Series of Unfortunate Events was released two days ago and I've bingewatched the whole series. It's an absolute delight

finished 13 reasons why a couple days ago, and man was that show is wild. there were definitely some scenes that were hard to watch and definitely a lot of unanswered questions. i never read the book that it was based on so i don't know anything about the source material, and i think it did a pretty good job of portraying certain issues that are faced in high school. i feel like it'd be weird if they made a season 2 seeing as they covered the 13 reasons, but it'd also be weird if they left it how they left it, seeing as how the season finale didn't give much closure but rather raised more questions.

all in all, i really enjoyed my time watching the show, it was so hard to stop after that first episode, finished all of it in a day since the suspense kept me interested after every episode, didn't really seem like my type of show but it was good, and it's definitely worth the watch.

I picked the Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt back up after marathoning it 2 years ago since I had no idea it was still airing until a friend brought it to my attention. Watching the show again for the first time in so long I practically fell in love with its quirky cast and odd sense of humour all over again. At the rate I'm going i'll probably be on season 3 by next week and i'd be open to discuss the show with anyone else also watching it.

I also decided to give 13 reasons why a shot so i'll post about it later once i'm done watching it.

Does anyone know when the next Stranger Things trailer drops? They said there's ONE more trailer before the release. Supposedly Friday the 13th is the "leaked" date but I can't seem to find any actual proof of that.
