Type:

BST: 107/125/100/60/100/78
Abilities: Rough Skin / Sheer Force / Mold Breaker (Druddigon's abilities are all already great)
New Moves: Dragon Dance, Ice Punch, Zen Headbutt
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: Just look at Druddigon, it's probably the most standard Western Dragon in the series. It plays a similar role to the ones it already has, but with the addition of a Dragon Dance set.

Type:

BST: 130/105/80/110/75/70
Abilities: Slush Rush / Multiscale / Refrigerate (HA)
New Moves: Draco Meteor, Icicle Crash
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: It's the closest thing to a non-legendary Dragon/Ice type appearance-wise. It already has Dragon Dance in its moveset, so it can try to be a Dragon Dance sweeper.

Pokemon: Tropius
Type: Dragon
BST: 100 (+1) / 120 (+52) / 103 (+20) / 50 (-22) / 107 (+20) / 90 (+39) (BST: 570)
Abilities: Moxie, Tough Claws
New Moves: Extreme Speed, Fire Lash, Flare Blitz
Removed Moves: All Grass-type moves
Justification/Niche: A mono-Dragon-type with balanced bulk and attack, Tropius would mainly be a Dragon Dancer with access to Tough Claws-boosted Dragon Hammer/Outrage, Extreme Speed, and Fire Lash/Flare Blitz. Roost would help its longevity, especially if it runs Flare Blitz. It could also run Swords Dance if speed is not an issue, and Moxie would allow it to boost as it knocked out opponents.

Pokemon: Meganium
Type: Dragon / Poison
BST: 85 (+5) / 50 (-32) / 100 / 130 (+47) / 100 / 105 (+25) (BST: 570)
Abilities: Corrosion, Intimidate, Filter
New Moves: Draco Meteor, Sludge Bomb, Fire Blast
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: Dragon/Poison is a good offensive and defensive typing, and this Meganium exemplifies that very well with its balanced offensive and defensive stats. It also has a nice speed tier that allows it to outspeed most Fairies it might go against. Dragon, Poison, and Fire coverage provides neutral coverage, and it hits hard off that special attack stat. Intimidate forces physical attackers out while Filter helps protect it its weaknesses, giving it a chance to hit back.

Pokemon: Walrein
Type: Dragon / Ice
BST: 110 / 130 (+50) / 90 / 50 (-45) / 90 / 100 (+35) (BST: 570)
Abilities: Thick Fat, Snow Warning, Refrigerate
New Moves: Swords Dance, Icicle Crash, Outrage
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: Dragon/Ice is a decent offensive typing, with Ground-type coverage giving it good neutral coverage. Walrein has the bulk to take a hit and strike back with Outrage or Refrigerate-boosted Return, and it can set up with Swords Dance to be terrifying.

Pokemon: Kyurem-White
Type: Dragon / Ice
BST: 90 (-35)/ 40 (-80) / 90 / 110 (-60) / 90 / 130 (+35) [570 BST]
Abilities: Turboblaze, Refrigerate (Flare Boost)
New Moves: Boomburst, Calm Mind
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: An all-out attacker with okay bulk, great speed and three powerful abilities. Refrigerate combined with Boomburst is extremely powerful, Flare Boost is special guts which combined with this statline is extremely good. Finally, Turboblaze goes through Hariyama’s unaware on Calm Mind sets or the bulk monster in general of Thick Fat.
Sample moveset:

Refrigerate @ Life Orb / Choice Specs
Ability: Refrigerate
EVs: 252 SpAtk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Nature: Modest / Timid
- Boomburst
- Earth Power / Focus Blast
- Psychic / Roost
- Roost / Flash Cannon

Calm Mind @ Life Orb / Dragonium Z / Flame Orb
Ability: Turboblaze / Flare Boost / Refrigerate
EVs: 252 SpAtk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Nature: Timid / Modest
- Calm Mind
- Blizzard / Boomburst
- Draco Meteor / Earth Power / Focus Blast
- Roost

Flare Boost @ Flame Orb
Ability: Flare Boost
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpAtk / 252 Spe
Nature: Timid / Modest
- Blizzard
- Draco Meteor
- Earth Power / Focus Blast
- Roost

Pokemon: Salazzle
Type: Poison/Dragon
BST: 88 (+20) / 64 / 80 (+20) / 121 (+10) / 80 (+20) / 127 (+10) = 570 BST
Abilities: Corrosion / Merciless (HA)
New Moves: Toxic Spikes, Draco Meteor, Nature Power
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: Salazzle original Poison/Fire-typing is one of the coolest typings ever, ut you can't deny that a change would help immensely. So, here is that change. Salazzle, with some improvements to it's speed and power, now has a great defensive typing so it doesn't die immediately and as we all remember from the Naganadel days, Poison/Dragon/Fire coverage with Nasty Plot that just murders everything. We're just lucky that it doesn't have Beast Boost, instead sporting Corrosion and Merciless, meaning that you ARE ding if you get poisoned in front of this thing... Oh, what's that? It has TSpikes? Perfect.
Special Attacker:
Salazzle (F) @ Dragonium Z / Choice Specs / Life Orb
Ability: Merciless
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sludge Wave
- Draco Meteor
- Fire Blast
- Nasty Plot / Hidden Power (Fighting) / Toxic Spikes
Remember Naganadel? Just do that, but more balanced. Or, if that doesn't interest you, just slap on some Choice Specs or a Life Orb and damage everything as much as you can.

SubToxic:
Salazzle (F) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Corrosion / Merciless
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sludge Wave / Sludge Bomb
- Dragon Pulse / Flamethrower

Poison things. That's it.

Pokemon: Shelgon
Type: Dragon
BST: 90 (+25) / 85 (-10) / 100 / 50 (-10) / 100 (+50) / 27 (-23) = 452 BST
Abilities: Sticky Hold / Rock Head (HA)
New Moves: Earthquake, Heal Bell, Dragon Tail
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: Y'know, it's not everyday you see a defensive Dragon-type mon. The only OU relevant one I can think of is Latias (and Buffed Goodra). But, here's something even rarer, how about a Dragon-type Wish Passer? That's actually non-existent (there's Latias, but nobody runs that). Ooh, how about one that has a permanent boost to its defenses and is bulkier than, oh I dunno, Type: Null? And, how about one that can phase while spreading Toxic damage and healing off Toxics thrown at it? Man, where culd I get all of those things.... Oh, hello buffed Shelgon, where have you been all this time?
Wish Passer:
Shelgon @ Eviolite
Ability: Sticky Hold
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Dragon Tail
- Wish
- Protect / Heal Bell / Earthquake
- Toxic / Heal Bell
Just sit there and be bulky. This set would likely find a place on bulkier teams, since Shelgon is quite passive, but in return you almost never die.

Dragon Dance / Bootleg Type: Null:
Shelgon @ Eviolite
Ability: Sticky Hold
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Dragon Claw / Outrage
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Wish
Being a bulky boi also means that you can set up, so just spam DDance (its best setup move) until the cows come home, being sure to Wish a couple times along the way.
HP: 65 -> 90 - It's still less than Salamence's (95)
Atk: 95 -> 85 - It went down, but still made sure that it was more than Bagon's (75)
Def: No change
SpA: 60 -> 50 - See Attack
SpD: 50 -> 100 - This was buffed for obvious reasons, but it still work flavorwise as Salamence's Defense is 20 less than Shelgon's, so now the same thing applies to Special Defense.
Spe: 50 -> 27 - It makes sense for Shelgon to be slower than Bagon with that shell. Before, they were tied
BST: 420 -> 452 - Most pseudo legendary middle evolutions have 420 BST (2 have 410). However, Sliggoo actually has 452, so I buffed Shelgon up to that.

Pokemon:Dragonair
Type: Dragon/Ice
BST: 82 (+21) / 89 (+6) / 70 (+5) / 70 / 70 / 70 = 452 BST
Abilities: Refrigerate / Marvel Scale
New Moves: Belly Drum, Dragon Claw, Coil
Removed Moves: Sunny Day, Incinerate
Justification/Niche: I like Linoone. I REALLY like Linoone. What if there was some like Linoone, but with no immunities to its Extreme Speed, bulkier, stronger in general, and also Dragon? Meet buffed Dragonair, everybody. Get this thing behind Aurora Veil or Screens and go to town, couldn't be more simple than that. Other than that, you could run it as a bulky DDancer/Coiler, just watch out for rocks.
Side note: Dragonite gets Belly Drum and because of this, right?
Belly Drum:

Abilities: Poison Point, Sniper, Snow Warning (HA)
New Moves: Ice Punch, Dragon Hammer, Dragon Tail
Removed Moves: All Water Type Moves + Smokescreen
Justification/Niche: Seadra doesn't need an evolution. It can be a Dragon itself, oh and the Ice typing is pretty cool too. Also about Ice Punch...........If Wooper can so can you Seadra!
Sample moveset:
Seadra @ Life Orb
Snow Warning
-Ice Punch

Abilities: Shed Skin, Merciless (HA) i want an ability that buffes tail moves
New Moves: Toxic Spikes, Dragon Pulse, Toxic Thread
Removed Moves: Glare, Wrap, Swords Dance
Justification/Niche: This Seviper is made bulky and annoying, it uses Toxic Spikes and Dragon Tail that now has STAB, now (hopefully) everything is Poisoned and you crit everything with Merciless. You can also use Toxic Thread for it.
Sample moveset:
Seviper @ Black Sludge
Merciless
-Toxic Spikes/Toxic Thread
-Dragon Tail

-Venom Drench?

Pokemon: Altaria
Type: Dragon
BST: 75/55-15/89-1/115+45/110+5/116+36 (BST 560)
Abilities: Natural Cure, Fluffy (HA) (also the ability that would make the most sense on Altaria)
New Moves: Boomburst, Clanging Scales, Flash Cannon
Removed Moves: All Flying Type Moves
Justification/Niche: If you want to use Flying STAB on a normal Altaria then you're out of luck because ALL OF THEM are Physical. Altaria doesn't need that, it can just use strong Special moves now to blast away the opponent.
Sample moveset:
Altaria @ Choice Specs
Fluffy
-Dragon Pulse/Clanging Scales
-Boomburst
-Flash Cannon
-Moonblast

Pokemon: Lickilicky
Type: Dragon

Abilities: Gooey, Corrosion, Poison Heal
New Moves: Dragon Claw, Outrage, Slack Off
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: Lickilicky is a pretty nice tank. This pokemon can slow down physical attacks with it want to use Goosy. It can Poison Steel or Poison walls with Corrosion. For its last ability, it can be a toxic sponge due to it healing itself. It can run a bulky set up sweeper, a support pokemon, or a full defensive wall.
Lickilicky @ Toxic Orb

This set a bulky sword dance sweeper. The first move is Sword Dance for boosting. For its main Stab move is Dragon Claw which it is best stab move to run. Due to it wide movepool, it can run a few combination of moves. It can run Fire Punch or Earthquake to deal with Steel types.

Abilities:
Natural Cure/Fluffy/Regenerator
New Moves: U-Turn, Earth Power & Calm Mind
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: There were lots of things that stopped this boi from being useful, like its mediocre offensive and defensive stats and a horrible to SR. Well, with its new mono Dragon typing, its loses that horrible weaknesses to SR. It also gained another new tools on its new abilities wich makes on Fluffy and Regenerator, new useful ability moves on Calm Mind and U-Turn and really good 90/110/110 bulk, making it a more interesting choice for a defensive mon. Oh, yeah, now it has better offensive presence thanks to its buff on SpA (110 SpA it's nothing to scoff on).
Sample moveset: (optional)

Pokemon: Guzzlord

Abilities:
Beast Boost/Thick Fat/Merciless
New Moves: Toxic Spikes, Recover & Trick Room
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: While Dragon/Poison isn't the most flavourfoul typing it could get, it's the best outside dark/poison, and it still has STAB on Draco, which is nice. Well, let's see what can this guy do: it can be a Specs BB wallbreaker, a Merciless abuser which can set up its own Tspikes, a really good tank with THICC Fat and Recover or even run an OTR set. With all this changes, it might not be the best UB, but at least it's not going to be the worst =^]
Guzzlord @ Choice Specs

Abilities:
Berserk/No Guard/Sheer Force
New Moves: Freezy-Dry, Defog & Refresh.
Removed Moves: Play Rough (Yeah, believe it or not, it learnt this one before)
Justification/Niche: I made it Dragon/ice because, well, at its Pokedex entries is mentioned the fact that it comes from the mountains, and it already learns some Ice-Type moves. Well, this thing here is just a BEAST. With access to a huge offensive movepool, great offensive typing, 2 great abilities on No Guard (Blizzard intensifies) and Sheer Force (LO intensifies) and a ridiculous 150 SpA this thing can break past anything wich doesn't resist its STABs and coverage (gl searching for a wall which resists Draco, BoltBeam, fire moves and Focus Miss), so say thanks to Arceus that it's still slow. It also posseses some defensive pesence due to its decent 110/90/90 bulk and access to moves like Roost and Defog, but its typing doesn't offer too much deffensibly.
Drampa @ Choice Specs

Pokemon: Noivern
Type:

BST:
85 / 70 / 80 / 127 (+30) / 80 / 128 (+5) / 570 BST
Abilities: Tinted Lens | Aerilate | Sheer Force
New Moves: Sludge Wave, Earth Power, Nasty Plot
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: Although it might miss its Flying-type, Boomburst + Aerilate can substitute if you have hard time dealing with Substitute spam or the ever-dreaded Optimized Hariyama. Other than that, its Special Attack becomes much more useful, which can be boosted further with Nasty Plot, and with Tinted Lens to punish Steel-type or Sheer Force to make its coverage moves even stronger, but it can still be hurt by priority moves, and Fairy-type can make it suffer if it doesn't run Sludge Wave.

Pokemon: Seviper
Type:

BST: 90 (+17) / 125 (+25) / 100 (+40) / 60 (-40) / 100 (+40) / 95 (+30) / 570 BST
Abilities: Strong Jaws | Shed Skin | Infiltrator
New Moves: Dragon Dance, Dragon Hammer, Fire Fang
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: Base Speed of 95 is not exactly high by Optimized Mons' standard, but it can still sweep properly after a Dragon Dance, or as a bulky sweeper with Coil. Strong Jaws makes Poison Fang and Fire Fang much more useful, especially the former as it can spread Toxic while damaging the opponent at once, or Shed Skin can fend off unwanted status ailments with enough luck. Dragon Hammer is so that Seviper can have a Dragon STAB outside of Dragon Tail, and with Coil, it can even rely on Aqua Tail and Iron Tail for various coverage.

Pokemon: Altaria
Type:

BST: 75 / 70 / 90 / 135 (+65) / 105 / 95 (+15) / 570 BST
Abilities: Natural Cure | Refrigerate | Snow Warning
New Moves: Calm Mind, Aurora Veil, Sludge Wave
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: While Mega Altaria remains a bulky sweeper, Optimized Altaria focuses on Special Attack more and have some more options, such as Refrigerate + Hyper Voice Sweep, set up Aurora Veil and help out fellow Ice-type, or plainly a revenge killer when equipped with Choice Scarf. While Dragon/Ice is not a favorable defensive Type, it can still take a hit from Not Very Effective moves thanks to its good Special Defense and moderate Defense, and it can still use Roost, or if you wanna go with Natural Cure, Rest and switch.

I love these submissions so much, but apparently he only wants fully evolved mons as submissions.

Pokemon: Aggron
Type: Dragon
Old Stats: 70 / 110 / 180 / 60 / 60 / 50 (530 BST)
New Stats: 95 (+25) / 110 / 140 (-40) / 105 (+45) / 70 (+10) / 50 (570 BST)
Abilities: Steelworker / Sturdy / Intimidate (HA)
New Moves: Draco Meteor, Calm Mind
Justification/Niche: I SHALL TRY UNTIL THE DAY I DIE. Aggron actually does fit the Dragon type fairly well; Dragon/Steel a bit better, but alas. As a pure Dragon, Aggron is a lot less afraid of Fighting and Ground types (and takes them on fairly well, for that matter), but now really doesn't appreciate Ice and Fairies. You know what beats those two types? Steel! Steelworker helps keep the power of Flash Cannon and Heavy Slam at top notch quality, making things such as Clefable regret switching into a 120 BP Steelworker Heavy Slam. Draco Meteor is added just for sanity's sake with these mons, and Calm Mind gives him a way to setup specially - one of the main aims of this is to make him able to use his fantastic special movepool with his already strong physical one. Sturdy keeps him alive against specific hits if necessary, as well as being nice for Stealth Rock leads, and Intimidate lets him play a role like Landorus-Therian, switching in for rocks, Intimidate, and being a blanket check to several mons. Versatility is a thing you'll also see in my Dragon/Poison submission.

Pokemon: Walrein
Type: Dragon / Ice
Old Stats: 110 / 80 / 90 / 95 / 90 / 65 (530 BST)
New Stats: 130 (+20) / 45 (-35) / 105 (+15) / 110 (+15) / 105 (+15) / 70 (+5) (565 BST)
Abilities: Thick Fat / Unaware / Filter (HA)
New Moves: Dragon Pulse, Dragon Tail, Slack Off
Justification/Niche: We all know (I hope) of the terror that is the resting Kingdra. Now, imagine that, except a hell of a lot bulkier and doesn't care about status bar Poison. Being so fat has a cost, and that's at his offensive abilities. Sure, 110 base Special Attack still hits like a truck. However, it's that bulk that's important here. 130/105/105 takes on pretty much everything, and your abilities tailor you to either Fire and ice damage, beating setup sweepers, or beating those he's weak to. Which aren't many. That's... really all he does! There's very few submissions that are outright stallmons, most are fairly bulky but have setup potential.

Pokemon: Scolipede
Type: Dragon / Poison
Old Stats: 60 / 100 / 89 / 55 / 69 / 112 (485 BST)
New Stats: 80 (+20) / 125 (+25) / 90 (+1) / 60 (+5) / 90 (+21) / 115 (+3) (560 BST)
Abilities: Speed Boost / Tough Claws / Magic Bounce (HA)
New Moves: Outrage
Justification/Niche: "Hey, that's weird, usually Pokemon get three moves extra!" Well, Scolipede's a special case, since it's so good as is that getting anything extra, like, say, Wild Charge or Stealth Rock, would just be adding overkill. Scolipede focuses towards three very good roles, and requires assessing what Scolipede set it is before you suddenly eat shit. The standard Swords Dance Speed Boost set is still in full swing, now boosted by a existing Attack stat, reliable bulk to take a hit or two, and STAB Outrage plus a secondary type that beats Fairies. Tough Claws relies on Life Orb plus the flat damage boost onto Poison Jab and Outrage to dent things while setting up. On the other hand, if set up isn't your forte with Scolipede, a simple Magic Bounce set with dual hazards, Poison Jab, and a filler move with that reliable bulk and good speed ensures he at least sets up one layer of spikes and/or toxic spikes. His only downfall is that he doesn't excell in any one region - but the versatility he brings to the table is enough.

Arno64 can you change Seadra to Kingdra? Or another fully evolved mon?

Pokemon: Rhyperior
Type: Dragon
BST: 105/140/120/40/50/115 (570)
Abilities: No Guard, Volt Absorb, Reckless
New Moves: Dragon Rush, Dragon Dance, Dynamic Punch
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: Gotta go fast! With access to moves like Dragon Rush, Stone Edge, Head Smash and Dynamic Punch, Rhyperior hits hard and fast with strong and now accurate moves thanks to No Guard. You can even use accurate Iron Tails for Fairies! Even better if you manage to get a Dragon Dance off- just beware of special attacks!
