Pokemon: Sandslash-Alola
Type:
Ice
BST: 85/135/100/55/100/75 (550 BST)
Abilities: Filter / Sturdy / Slush Rush (HA)
New Moves: Ice Punch, Bulk Up, Stone Edge
Removed Moves: None
Justification/Niche: Ice/Steel cannot work as a defensive type, so I decided Sandslash-Alolan be better as a more solid sweeper, to also minimize the danger from Fire and Fighting, the ever offensive Types. While its base Speed of 75 alone cannot work well, it got Filter and Sturdy to amp up its Bulky sweeper play, as well as Slush Rush for Ice-type sweeping. Sure, it loses Steel but it can still use them.

Pokemon: Cloyster
Type:
Ice/Rock
BST: 80/115/130/80/85/80 (570 BST)
Abilities: Water Absorb / Skill Link / Slush Rush (HA)
New Moves: Liquidation, Stone Edge, Ice Shard
Removed Moves: None
Justification/Niche: I may be aware that Cloyster was already used, but my version is more into a decently bulky yet fast sweeper. While Fighting-type may harm it a lot, a Shell Smash will help it to outspeed many Pokémon. It can also use Slush Rush to go even faster, but you need a hail setter to do so, as Cloyster could not set it by itself without taking too many risks. Liquidation will help it to defend itself from Fire-type, other Rock-type and to an extent, Steel-type, as well as providing lowering their Defense, which is helpful against Steel-type themselves.

Pokemon: Vanilluxe
Type:
Ice/Poison
BST: 75/95/85/125/85/105 (570 BST)
Abilities: Regenerator / Snow Warning / Weak Armor (HA)
New Moves: Sludge Bomb, Calm Mind, Power Gem
Removed Moves: None
Justification/Niche: What would Vanilluxe taste like? It would be too bitter cold... and since it is not made of vanilla but rather icicle materials, I could deduce that it could contain toxic materials from where they were born from. With a high SpA of 125 and a good Speed of 105, it can sweep nicely after a Calm Mind set up. It gained Sludge Bomb to get STAB, and Power Gem to cover itself from Fire-type foes. It is relatively frail, but surviving a resisted physical hit will allow it to outspeed the opponent afterward. It also maintains the perfect Blizzard after a Snow Warning.

Type:
Ice
BST: 65/60/65/130/95/110 (525)
Abilities: Refrigerate, Slush Rush
New Moves: Power Gem, Brine, Calm Mind
Justification/Niche: Switched base defense with base speed to make it a quick special sweeper.

Pokemon: Lunatone
Type:
Rock/Ice
BST: 90/55/85/115/90/95 (525)
Abilities: Levitate, Misty Surge
New Moves: Air Slash, Ice Shard, Dark Pulse
Justification/Niche: Can set up Misty Terrain and be bulky or offensive

Now for a submission:

Pokemon: Noctowl
Type: Flying
BST:
100/40/85/125/90/130
Abilities: Lightningrod/Magic Guard/Dazzling
New Moves: Earth Power, Hurricane, Parting Shot
Removed Moves: None
Justification/Niche: This Noctowl can be a few things. It can be a Hurricane abuser in the rain that is immune to Electric moves (giving it good synergy for Rain teams). Lightningrod also makes it a great switch in for Volturn teams as it is immune to Volt Switch and resists U-turn. Alternatively, its speed allows it to be a fast Defogger with a fairly bulky 100/85/90 spread, and it can block priority moves with Dazzling. Magic Guard allows it to be a better hazard remover as it shrugs off Stealth Rocks, while also allowing it to use a Life Orb set for more offensive potential. Ground + Flying has pretty good coverage and Earth Power deals with Steels/Rocks/Electrics that would give it trouble. Parting Shot + Magic Guard can be a good combination for a pivoting focused set.

Will add/edit more later.

Pokemon: Articuno
Type:
Ice/Flying
Stats: 105/70/90/125/95/85 (BST 570) +15/-15/-10/+30/-30/±0
Abilities: Pressure/Pressure/No Guard
New Moves: Focus Blast
Removed Moves: None
Justification/Niche: Sometimes in order to achieve a significant change you only need to make a little tweak. The biggest things preventing Articuno from being a good bulky attacker are its reliance on inaccurate moves and a lack of coverage (especially for steels). The biggest thing preventing Articuno from being a wall is its awful defensive typing. Since we can't change its defensive typing, it can't be the wall its stats want it to be, and we'll have to give it a role as a bulky attacker instead. So lets look at its biggest problems.
  • It lacks necessary power to be a good bulky attacker
  • It relies on inaccurate moves
  • Its best moves have bad coverage (specifically, no way to hit steels for neutral damage without resorting to hidden power)
The first problem can be put aside for now. It will solve itself with the other two.
The second problem is easily fixable. Just give it No Guard, and boom, its go-to move changes from 70 BP 100 acc(freeze dry) to 110 BP perfect accuracy(blizzard/hurricane).
The third problem is easy to fix. Just add one move, Focus Blast. This is a good option to hit steels and also synergizes with the No Guard we gave it earlier.
Now the first problem is fixed by virtue of having its main moves increase in power by over 50%, along with a +30 boost to Special Attack to help keep up with power creep. Now we're looking a lot like a much better version of Gen 1 Articuno. While 85 speed may seem a bit slow, almost all bulky attackers and walls are slightly slower, so 85 speed is a phenomenal speed tier for this mon.

Pokemon: Tornadus
Type:
Flying
Stats: 79/125/70/105/80/111 (BST 570) ±0/+10/±0/-20/±0/±0
Abilities: Defiant/Defiant/Gale Wings
New Moves: Brave Bird
Removed Moves: None
Justification/Niche: Going with the theme of "simple tweaks", Tornadus also is barely changed at all. Tornadus's main issue is the fact that its best STAB requires it to go itemless. To remedy this, we can give it a new STAB. Gale Wings was given as Tornadus would rather have priority on an attack as opposed to Taunt, if only when it's at full health. Tornadus's stat spread was also tweaked to favor physical offense as a way to contrast with Thundurus, which favors special offense. No new coverage or status moves were added as Tornadus has enough tricks up its bag already and would much prefer a way to improve on them.

Starting with Flying, it's a decent pure typing, but is usually always made better when combined with something else, usually (FORESHADOWING), with only 3 weaknesses, but only 3 resistances and an immunity. However, all of it's weaknesses are common, including a Stealth Rock weakness, so there's not much on the defensive spectrum, but offensively, it can pretty good (just look at Tornadus-I).

Pokemon: Unfezant
Type: Flying
BST: 80 / 115 / 80 / 82 (+17) / 80 (+25) / 133 (+40) (570 BST)
Abilities: Big Pecks / Technician / Aerilate (HA)
New Moves: Defog, Brick Break, Swords Dance
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: Oh, Unfezant. How unfortunate is thee? Well, enough of being bad while having great stats by early game standards, meet Pure Flying Unfezant! This Unfezant boats a great Speed tier of 133, outspeeding everything in OU except for Mega Beedrill and Mega Alakazam. This is great for outspeeding and beating threats like Ash-Greninja, Dugtrio, and Latios. It also now gets a great ability in Aerilate, turning all of those previously STAB Normal moves into stronger STAB Flying moves to break through the opponent (fixing Unfezant's biggest problem, imo), though Unfezant's decent 115 Attack isn't boosted to balance this. But, if you're tired of stuff like Landorus walling you, you could go the route of using Technician with Hidden Power and Unfezant's meh Special Attack to lure it in. Overall, Unfezant becomes a good fast Physical Attacker that can be used to sweep, break through teams, or lure in threats.
Aerilate Attacker:
Unfezant @ Life Orb / Choice Band
Ability: Aerilate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Return
- Brick Break
- Quick Attack / Roost / Steel Wing
- Swords Dance / U-Turn

Technician Lure:
Unfezant @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe

- Quick Attack / Roost / Work Up
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Pokemon: Delibird
Type: Ice/Flying
BST: 70/120/70/100/70/140
Abilities: Refridgerate / Aerilate / Magic Guard
New Moves: Brave Bird, Icicle Crash, Superpower
Justification/Niche: A sweeper. the 'ates give it a stronger/safer main STAB as well as STAB as Fake Out, while Magic Guard allows it to fire off more Brave Birds without worrying about recoil or hazards.

Pokemon:
Type: xx/xx

Hawlucha

Stats: 78 / 127 / 75 / 74 / 73 / 128 (555 BST)
Abilities: Long Reach / Limber / Regenerator (HA)
New Moves: Close Combat, Brave Bird
Justification/Niche: The ideal Flying/Fighting Pokemon is a fast revenge killer / late game cleaner and abuses its abilities to avoide letting it get worned down. It still has flaws tho, poor bulk and its power is just enough for some Pokemon to still wall it with ease

Pokemon: Toucannon
Type:
Flying
Stats: 75/80/100/75/95/60 (485 total)
Abilities: Keen Eye / Intimidate / Guts
New Moves: Defog, Knock Off, Seed Bomb
Removed Moves: Boomburst
Justification/Niche: Although Flying-types are weak to Stealth Rock and BoltBeam, pure Flying-types are resistant to Fighting-type moves (unlike their Normal counterparts) and U-turn. Toucannon in particular is effective at punishing such moves with its signature move, Beak Blast (granted the moves it's weak to are mostly non-contact). Respectable 75/100/95 bulk, potentially complemented by Intimidate, helps it take hits, Defog away hazards, Roost off the damage it takes, and/or pivot out with a slow U-turn of its own. Having Knock Off also helps for utility, as well as coverage. (Seed Bomb is purely for flavor. I mean, how does "explosively launching seeds" in its Moon dex entry not make you think Seed Bomb?) By the way, this may be a primarily physical 'mon, but be careful trying to burn it, because it could have Guts.
Sample moveset:
Toucannon @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Beak Blast
- Knock Off / U-turn
- Defog
- Roost

Pokemon: Ledian
Type:
Flying/Fighting
Stats: 35/110/50/55/85/110 (445 total)
Abilities: Technician / Iron Fist / Aerilate
New Moves: Close Combat, Quick Attack, Meteor Mash
Justification/Niche: Imagine if Ledian was an actual fighter instead of a flimsy bug. Then it could be Flying/Fighting just like Hawlucha. With such typing, it is one of few Flying-types not weak to Stealth Rock, and its dual STABs have great coverage. While it normally has the symptom of lacking reliable Flying STAB (similarly to Hawlucha), its access to Aerilate compensates for that and also gives it another form of STAB priority alongside Mach Punch. Even without Aerilate, Ledian still has another reliable Flying STAB option in Technician Aerial Ace. And while Iron Fist doesn't offer any Flying STAB, Ledian still has good enough coverage with Close Combat (or base 90 Drain Punch if you prefer), base 108 Meteor Mash, and Knock Off. Simply put, this Ledian is shockingly frail, but it can be expected to hit hard regardless what Ability it's running.
Sample moveset:
Ledian @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician / Iron Fist / Aerilate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat / Drain Punch
- Aerial Ace / Meteor Mash / Return
- Knock Off / Mach Punch / Quick Attack
- U-turn

Hawlucha

Stats: 78 / 127 / 75 / 74 / 73 / 128 (555 BST)
Abilities: Long Range / Limber / Regenerator (HA)
New Moves: Close Combat, Brave Bird
Justification/Niche: The ideal Flying/Fighting Pokemon is a fast revenge killer / late game cleaner and abuses its abilities to avoide letting it get worned down. It still has flaws tho, poor bulk and its power is just enough for some Pokemon to still wall it with ease
I assume you mean long reach right?

Pokemon
: Noctowl
Type: Flying
BST: 100 / 70 / 90 / 105 / 95 / 110 (BST: 570)
Abilities: Magic Guard / Cloud Nine / Tinted Lens (HA)
New Moves: Calm Mind, Defog, Earth Power
Removed Moves: None
Justification/Niche: Fast, bulky, and useable Abilities (I kept Tinted Lens since it would be cool for a bird Pokémon that can actually viably use it). Calm Mind for a boost, Defog to fend away Entry Hazards, and Earth Power to shoo off Electric-type and Rock-type away (in addition of Steel-type). A fast Flying-type Special Sweeper is a rare sight too often overlooked, and the buffed Noctowl will help to shake things up, as in addition to its surprising coverage and set up moves in the name of Moonblast and Tailwind.

Pokemon
: Cryogonal
Type: Ice/Flying
BST: 80 / 60 / 70 / 105 / 125 / 130 (BST: 570)
Abilities: Aerilate / Intimidate / Ice Body (HA)
New Moves: Earth Power, Surf, Tri Attack
Removed Moves: None
Justification/Niche: Very fast, but the Attack stat is not that great, compared to other Aerilate users. Then again, this one is a Special Attacker Ice/Flying that, while it may sound totally bad at first does to unreliable Ice-type and Flying-type (considering that Hurricane is too inaccurate and that Crygonal would prefer Hail if using Ice Body and it won't have Hurricane anyway), it got Aerilate to make up for it. It cannot hit harder does to a lack of Calm Mind, but at least it got Freeze-Dry that, while less powerful, allows Cryogonal to break through Water-types.

Pokemon
: Sawk
Type: Flying/Fighting
BST: 75 / 125 / 75 / 120 / 75 / 100
Abilities: Sturdy / No Guard / Mold Breaker (HA)
New Moves: Aura Sphere, Brave Bird, Air Slash
Removed Moves: None
Justification/Niche: I can be aware that anyone of you would shout "What!?", but Tiksi had submitted Emboar of all Pokémon into a Fire/Rock-type. And that Emboar had won. Flavor-wise, Sawk had gained an agility comparable to Hawlucha and started to practice their Ki after using Focus Blast over and over again, as well as able to use the Brave Bird technique after fighting constantly with Hawlucha. An unexpected mixed sweeper, Sawk is versatile and even have access to Work Up if you literally wanted for a mixed sweep. Lack of Sword Dance and Nasty Plot (something that Infernape can do, when you think about it) are what prevent Sawk to make it too powerful, but Sturdy will help for Revenge Kill, No Guard makes Focus Blast or Stone Edge unmissable, and Mold Breaker to break through Unaware, Disguise (this Sawk is a bit faster than Mimikyu) and Multiscale. Work well with the Ability, and this once generic Fighting-type makes insane use of it's newly gained Flying-type and one of its Ability.

Pokemon
: Mienshao
Type:

Base Stats: 90 / 140 / 80 / 40 / 80 / 140
Abilities: Aerilate / Infiltrator / Reckless
New Moves: Acrobatics, Extreme Speed, Brave Bird
Justification/Niche: This mon has very good offensive potential. Fighting / Flying is a great type offensively, and with reckless, Mienshao can abuse both Brave Bird and High Jump Kick. 90 HP makes it so it doesn't kill itself to the recoil. 140 attack makes it very strong, and 140 speed allows it to outspeed mons like Tapu Koko and Mega Manectric, which would otherwise give it a run for it's money. Aerilate allows it to use a STAB Extreme Speed, and Infiltrator lets it hit behind subs and Reflect.
(I'm trying to keep flavour and logic in mind but it's difficult, so I gave it Brave Bird anyway. Although if Tapu Koko can learn it, this makes a little sense, I guess)

Pokemon: Swellow
Type:

Base Stats: 100 / 55 / 80 / 132 / 80 / 123
Abilities: Competitive / Aerilate / Tinted Lens
New Moves: Aura Sphere, Nasty Plot
Justification/Niche: This Swellow is able to do what the original could not. It has a decent speed tier, matching Noivern. A SpA stat higher than Xerneas and Nasty Plot. It also gets: STAB Boomburst with Aerilate, An anti-stat lowering ability in Competitive and perfect neutral coverage with Tinted Lens. Aura Sphere gives good Fighting coverage, and it pairs well with Tinted Lens and Competitive.

Pokemon: Staraptor
Type: Fighting/Flying
BST: 85/125/80/60/70/110 (530)
Abilities: Intimidate / Reckless
New Moves: High Jump Kick, Jump Kick, Submission
Justification/Niche: It's still Staraptor. However, it gets the Reckless-boostable High Jump Kick to use over Close Combat, Fighting STAB over Normal STAB, and a little stat boost while we're at it, making it much more effective at killing things.
Sample moveset: I mean, it's Staraptor. It hasn't changed much.
Staraptor @ Choice Band
Ability: Reckless
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird

Pokemon:
Fearow
Type:

BST: 55/110(+20)/65/61/61/120(+20) [BST 482]
Abilities: Keen Eye / Defiant / Sniper (HA)
New Moves: Swords Dance, Brave Bird, Parting Shot
Removed Moves: Double-Edge
Justification/Niche: A very basic glass cannon on the surface, Fearow sports a great 120 speed and a usable 110 attack. It has great coverage with Brave Bird and Drill Run, giving it 2 slots to use whatever it wants. Parting Shot is a great momentum move, and has value over U-Turn's chip damage by weakening the opponent's attack for whatever you switch in. While it does get Swords Dance now, it will find it a bit difficult to find a time to actually set-up due to its insane frailty. If it does, however, you will find it easy to smash things with +2 Brave Birds. Defiant makes it so Lando-T can't really wall it, as it gets a free +1 attack when it switches in.

Sample moveset

Code:
Fearow @ Choice Scarf / Choice Band
Ability: Defiant

Pokemon:
Braviary
Type:

BST: 100/113(-10)/85(+10)/57/85(+10)/80 [BST 530]
Abilities: Keen Eye / Tough Claws / Intimidate (HA)
New Moves: Close Combat, Focus Blast, Taunt
Removed Moves: none
Justification/Niche: Braviary is a very versatile Pokemon, ranging from a powerful attacker to a bulky monster. It has access to 2 great abilities in Tough Claws and Intimidate. Offensively it has a powerful STAB combo in Brave Bird and Close Combat, both of which are boosted by Tough Claws, and Bulk Up for set-up, or it can run a choice item with its usable 80 speed. Meanwhile, defensively its typing is interesting and it gets access to Taunt and Defog for support.

Sample moveset
