/me tries to not seem biased toward Salazzle team
Seems like we have a winner for this week, congrats MewBby!

For this week, I wanted to try something a little different. Infernape is quickly becoming one of the most prominent glue mons on a multitude of offensive teams thanks to it's Choice Scarf set being capable of revenge killing many of UU's top threats like Scizor, Weavile, Mega Gardevoir, and Cobalion. In that regard, this week we'll be building around Non-Choice Scarf Infernape. Your team is valid as long as Infernape is holding anything other than a Choice Scarf!

Submissions back to the Saturday deadline!

Obviously the idea behind the team is to utilize an Infernape not using a Choice Scarf. I opted for Nasty Plot Fightinium Z, because I had never used it and it seemed like an interesting choice which could potentially lure in some common Infernape answers (i.e. any bulky Water-type not named Tentacruel since I still get hard-walled by it). I knew I would want Stealth Rock and Defog support, as any good team wants hazards and hazard-control, so I opted for Empoleon. To avoid the auto-loss to Mamoswine, I gave Empoleon a Shuca. Shuca allows me to live an EQ from LO Mamoswine iirc, and takes me into Torrent range, wherein I have a guaranteed chance to OHKO with Scald. Mega-Latias was my mega of choice, and it gives me a good check to things Empoleon can't deal with too well such as Raikou and Mega-Manectric. CB Scizor is CB Scizor and gives me insurance against Mega-Garde and Mega-Altaria, along with U-Turn support for Weavile. Alomomola gives me t h i c c n e s s that my team sort of needed to not get bent over by opposing Scizor and Weavile, along with Pokemon like Entei and Infernape. Lastly, Weavile is here because it's a broken piece of shit. It gives me a third priority user, and this priority spam is basically my way of not using a Choice Scarfer while not losing against literally any scarfer.

Pretty much your standard volt-team (not like there are billions of these in UU anyways lol). Jokes aside, the team is built around the wallbreaking core of banded infernape + mega gardevoir. Rotom-Wash + Gliscor + Scizor Gave me a nice defensive back bone and some pivots into my heavy hiters. The rotom is a very intresting set that can hit certain mons like swampert hard, so ape and gard do their job of breaking that much easier. Scarf Hydra for speed control and such. You can test defensive rotom and z scizor if you want. i prefer this version tbh.

Hiya guys !
So bout this team, i tried to build something different that what's currently being spammed in ladder (aka cobalion latias gliscor zor...) including infernape with a set that, weirdly, isn't quite used while it handles properly most regular infernape checks. Team might lack some strong physical mon for stalls / balance but so far it's been working pretty fine.

Voting over! Seems like we have a winner, congrats to HarrisIsAwesome!

For week 11, I'm gonna be continuing with the more interesting approaches rather than just slapping a mon in the thread and calling it a day. So without further ado, Week 11's topic will be Sticky Web Offense! Though known as a bit of a gimmick overall, a lineup of powerful wallbreakers and sweepers while being at an automatic speed disadvantage can be a scary thing to go up against. Your team is good for this week as long as you use Sticky Web! The title says Webs Offense - however, if you can make Webs useful on some kind of Balance or Stall, be my guest. Submissions over Saturday evening!

An extremely fun and surprisingly effective team against common playstyle. Smeargle is the lead of choice because it's the best lead for Sticky Web hyper offenses in my opinion. Mismagius is a pretty niche wallbreaker who is there because it spinblocks pretty nicely and beats common Rapid Spin users. It also supports the team with Memento, so the other set-up sweepers could have an easier time sweeping. Currently, Tornadus is the only viable Defiant user so I went with that so I could have counterplay again Defog. Throughout testing, I found out Tornadus is surprisingly effective. Next is Z-Conversion Porygon2, an underrated sweeper who can completely annihilate teams under the right circumstances. Patched the team up with Scizor + Sharpedo-Mega who share same checks with the other team members and just function great in the current meta.

Okay i'm gonna be honest this is totally a preshifts team with Absol over Weavile. I had the great idea of building Adamant CB Mienshao + Pursuit user (in this case Absol) webs, and the main webber at the time was Shuckle. Shuckle's still there rather than smeargle because I enjoy getting both webs and rocks off and slow encore is really good. Mienshao is the star of the team, with literally one switchin (already Mega'd full health Latias) in the entire tier, and it basically comes in and clicks HJK until things die, which is often. Absol is the pursuit user of the team, capable of KOing Psychics and Ghosts (Or at least putting them into the range of an attack from Mienshao), and it's mixed to better deal with Klefki. Starmie is here to spin and also assist in this team's hyper offensive nature, because with Suicune on the team spinners are kinda nice to have. Steelium Double Dance Cobalion is honestly a staple on all of my webs teams, since it has a pretty favorable matchup versus a lot of the things that webs has trouble with, like Hydreigon, Latias (thanks Steelium), Gliscor (Steelium, again) and Mega Aero. I added vincune on at the end because that thing is another absolute monster under webs. My strategy with webs is to basically stack strong offensive mons and steelium DD coba until the opposing team dies, and this is a perfect example of that.

For TSR or i guess me also:

This team is built around adamant bandshao webs because I refuse to build webs that doesnt feature this mon. Scizor is there to act as a pursuiter to help out mienshao as well as a strong priority user. Sharpedo benefits greatly from webs as after a protect it basically gives shark a +2 speed buff which allows me to use adamant shark safely. Terrakion is my main wallbreaker and latias is there for speed control.

The general idea of this team was to build a webs team that gave Mega Latias an even easier time at cleaning teams (as if it needed one), so paired with two powerful physical fighting type breakers, Heracross and Cobalion, we have a webs team aimed to clear out any mons that could potentially wall or revenge kill Mega Latias. Specs Primarina also helps put an enormous amount of pressure on mons that would like to switch into Latias like AV Muk-A and Decidueye is here for spin blocking whilst also beating most spinners in the tier 1v1 with webs up (though it unfortunately can't switch into offensive starmie's ice beam).
