I changed a couple of things. Anyone can post in this forum, but only Moderators, Super Moderators, or Administrators can post new threads. This is so that the leaders of sections are able to post official notices. In addition, any Moderator+ on the site can moderate this forum. This is mostly for the staff update threads; new mods will be able to add themselves.

edit: i also added tags but I think i'll make a dedicated set of tags for this forum soonish. gonna use this thread to update changes to this forum.
