Is this what you're looking for? It's a spreadsheet of all frames 7210-7360 and the nature/IV's/HP associated with them. It's designed specifically for Latios hunting, but the IV spreads and so on should be the same no matter what you're SRing for.

It was that way in Advance, but it was switched for D/P. The reason one would want to use moves that hit all would primarily be for effect chance (lava plume and discharge have a 51% chance of statusing at least one opponent), because they're still powerful as it is (earthquake and...

Since it hits both opponents and not your partner, the base power is not lowered, thus making it the equivalent of a blizzard against both opponents. The only moves that have their base power lowered are those that hit all pokémon on the field except the user, as of D/P.

I can't believe nobody's mentioned this gem yet: I guess whoever came up with that didn't realize that Mewtwo was supposed to be the genetic experiment... As far as D/P goes, I personally think that they did a much better job on blaziken this time around:
