I'm thinking 252 hp 200 Def 56 SpAtk +Def -Atk the way to in Trick room is te best option if you have Psychic terrain

Receiver does not so I'd assume that power of Alchemy does not either They can't do Wonder guard or Stance change among others

Phantom Force is good in doubles since it breaks through protect

That's true and it shouldn't be a different turn so double flinching wouldn't work unless the Pokémon is slower than Oranguru
