A Relaxed nature is used when using both STABs as to not weaken either move and a Bold nature is chosen when Stockpile is taken over Toxic, as the Attack stat is no longer required. Stockpile isn't in the same moveslot as Toxic. Did you mean to say when Stockpile is taken over Earthquake?
