I would suggest replacing Tangrowth with possibly Hippowdon or a tanky garchomp/lando-t. All of your team is pretty weak to fire types(ice/steel/grass). A good ground type could help combat that. There are many obvious sets for these 3 replacements (they're pretty common and bland, honestly)...
