How drastic would megas shake up the meta right now? Seeing as tapus and ultras are in almost every team with an arcanine. I was wondering what other people thought would happen if megas were allowed again with only the alolan pokemon allowed. ( hopefully next season?)

In tailwind comps, except for speed races like kartana, how come its not better to run half speed half hp + 252 at/Spe on most of the team? Right now im running fakeout inceniroar. After tailwind +fakeout t1 goes up he rarely loses the speed battle to most.
