Oh yeah ...that colosseum, I traded mons for my Emerald to beat it .It's very challenging, I just beat the Lovrina's round with my in game team, but the Snattle round was imposible for me. Just notice that Shedinja can helps a lot to beat it, seriously!

Today I trade like 10 Ferroseeds with Spikes/Leech Seed and 3 perfect IVs in most cases....I got some interesting mons like Dragon Dance/ Ice/Thunder/Fire Fang Tyrunt and an Adamant Beldum, good to see that the Weedle/ Caterpie/Bunnelby fever is decreasing.

I don't know if I am lucky or what but this last days I didn't receive to much crap like Weedle, Caterpie, Bunnelby and friends...just very valuables pokemon with good natures and abilities, like a Hustle Nidoran ♀ and Gale Wings Fletching.

Actually I had the same overleveled "problem" and I did the same things...fighting every trainer I encounter, explored all the routes, caves,etc, I beat the league with all my six Pokemon in Lvl 75 and above...like you say the Exp.Share helps a lot for this.

Ok maybe this is silly but a gimmick strategy of using Trick-or-Treat + Shadow Sneak maybe can catch someone off guard on the switch, and Gourgeist has a decent base attack...but yeah it's just an idea...
