I'd say replace Earthquake instead. Gyro Ball is just astronomically powerful, considering Shuckle's speed. Most of the types that Earthquake is powerful against is already covered by Gyro Ball and Rock Slide.

In my opinion, they're the two best bulky waters in UU and have pretty similar playing styles, but which one's better? I get this feeling that people generally prefer Milotic over Slowbro...but I somewhat beg to differ. For Milotic, I'll probably be mostly referring to the Bulky Water set...
