[SET COMMENTS]
Rotom-W thrives as a pivot within the tier thanks to its unique typing, solid bulk in tandem with access to Pain Split, and access to a great ability in Levitate. Hydro Pump gives Rotom-W an excellent STAB option and makes the life of Ground-types wishing to block Volt Switch such as Rhyperior and Excadrill hard. Volt Switch lets Rotom-W generate momentum on Pokemon that would easily take a Hydro Pump such as Azumarill, Tornadus-T, and Slowking. Will-O-Wisp helps Rotom-W cripple physically offensive threats that dislike being burnt such as Ogerpon, Kommo-o, and Excadrill while slowly chipping down any burnt Pokemon. Thunder Wave, on the other hand, punishes Iron Crown, Tornadus-T, and Latios by slowing them down while helping teammates take advantage of the Speed cut as well as the chance of paralysis. Pain Split in tandem with Rotom-W's naturally low HP stat allows it to recover a significant amount of health on foes like Hydrapple and Slowking, keeping itself healthy throughout the game. Leftovers is used to increase Rotom-W's longevity over the course of the match, letting it passively recover its health. Rotom-W is able to run two distinct EV spreads, both of which maximize its HP while allowing it to outspeed Adamant Scizor and Tyranitar. Investment into Rotom-W's Defense with a Bold nature lets it handle Sand Rush Excadrill and Metagross while living a Choice Band Hisuian Arcanine Head Smash. Rotom-W with a Calm nature and EVs in Special Defense make it a solid check to Greninja, Tornadus-T, and Zapdos. Tera Steel combined with Levitate removes the Ground weakness it would otherwise gain while gifting Rotom-W a spectacular defensive typing, letting it check Ogerpon-C and Latios better.

Rotom-W's traits fit best on bulky offense teams that love its ability to cripple opposing Pokemon while pivoting on and off the field. Wallbreakers such as Ogerpon-C and Metagross fit excellently with it, being able to take advantage of Latios, Hydrapple, and Zapdos, which may want to switch into Rotom-W to block its shenanigans, with Metagross also functioning as a solid Latios check. Other pivots that synergize well with Rotom-W such as Lokix, Scizor, and Tornadus-T are excellent teammates, with Lokix and Scizor forming a strong VoltTurn core while handling Ogerpon, Hydrapple, and Latios for Rotom-W, while Assault Vest Tornadus-T can pivot into special Kommo-o, Latios, and Keldeo for it. Ogerpon specifically both functions as a pivot and a way of punishing setup sweepers like Dragon Dance Kommo-o, Calm Mind Latios, and Booster Energy Iron Crown with Encore thanks to Rotom-W's Volt Switch giving it free entry. Entry hazard setters like Tinkaton and Kommo-o are fantastic partners for Rotom-W that support it with their strong defensive profiles. Kommo-o in particular is an excellent option, as it manages to beat Mold Breaker Excadrill, one of Rotom-W's main annoyances. Hydrapple is an even stronger check to Excadrill as well as Dragon Dance Kommo-o that appreciates Rotom-W's ability to handle Flying- and Ice-type types like Zapdos, Tornadus-T, and Mamoswine. Hisuian Arcanine functions excellently with Rotom-W, being able to maximize its offensive potential thanks to Rotom-W baiting in the likes of Hydrapple and Tinkaton for it, with Will-O-Wisp chipping down opposing checks like Kommo-o and Mamoswine and Thunder Wave allowing Hisuian Arcanine to outspeed Pokemon like Latios and Keldeo.

Rotom-W thrives as a pivot within the tier thanks to its unique typing, solid bulk in tandem with access to Pain Split and access to a great ability in Levitate, making it immune to Ground-type attacks. (Dex filler) Volt Switch lets Rotom-W generate momentum on Pokemon that would easily take a Hydro Pump such as Azumarill, Tornadus-T and Slowking. Will-O-Wisp helps Rotom-W cripple physically offensive threats who dislike being burnt who may try to switch in onto one of its STAB moves, such as Ogerpon, Kommo-o and Excadrill. Thunder Wave, on the other hand, punishes a wider away of Pokemon by slowing the opponent down, helping teammates take advantage of the Speed cut as well as the chance of paralysis. Pain Split in tandem with Rotom-W's naturally low HP stat allows it to recover a significant amount of health when clicked, keeping itself healthy throughout the game. Leftovers are used to increase Rotom-W's longevity over the course of the match, letting it passively recover its health. (Would make a mention of Ability Shield since it improves your ability to check Excadrill, even if it is generally inferior to Lefties) Rotom-W is able to run two distinct EV spreads, both of which maximising its HP while outspeeding Adamant Scizor and Tyranitar. Investing into Rotom-W's Defense with a Bold nature lets it handle Tinkaton, Sand Rush Excadrill and Metagross while living a Choice Band Hisuian Arcanine Head Smash. Rotom-Wash with a Calm nature and EVs in Special Defense make it a solid check to Greninja, Tornadus-T, Iron Crown and Zapdos. Tera Steel combined with Levitate removes the Ground weakness it would otherwise gain while gifting Rotom-W a spectacular defensive typing, letting it check Ogerpon-C, Latios and Iron Boulder (lol rip) better. Tera Fairy gives you an excellent immunity to Dragon-type moves while still giving it a strong defensive profile to check Greninja, Latios and Tyranitar.

Wallbreakers such as Ogerpon-C and Metagross fit excellently with it, being able to take advantage of the Grass- and Water-type Pokemon that may want to switch into Rotom-W to block its shenanigans. Other pivots that synergize well with Rotom-W such as Lokix and Tornadus-T are excellent teammates, with Lokix handling opposing Ogerpon and Latios for Rotom-W as it checks Zapdos for it, while Tornadus-T appreciates Rotom-W's ability to take on Iron Crown and opposing Tornadus-T while it takes down Kommo-o and Keldeo for it. Hazard setters like Tinkaton and Kommo-o are fantastic partners for Rotom-W that support it with their strong defensive profiles. Kommo-o in particular is an excellent option as it manages to beat Mold Breaker Excadrill, one of Rotom-W's main checks. Will-O-Wisp helps Rotom-W cripple physically offensive threats who dislike being burnt who may try to switch in onto one of its STAB moves, such as Ogerpon, Kommo-o and Excadrill. You could just make this generic because even stuff like other Washer and Latios, etc. don't enjoy being burned. (Would make a mention of Ability Shield since it improves your ability to check Excadrill, even if it is generally inferior to Lefties) Leave this out. I think this is an oo mention when we get to that later as it is super niche for one Pokemon. Rotom-W is able to run two distinct EV spreads, both of which maximising its HP while outspeeding Adamant Scizor and Tyranitar. Investing into Rotom-W's Defense with a Bold nature lets it handle Tinkaton, Sand Rush Excadrill and Metagross while living a Choice Band Hisuian Arcanine Head Smash. Even without bulk you could deal with Tink, remove or change. I unslashed Fairy and I think it can just be an oo if anything.

Rotom-W's traits fit best on bulky offense teams that love its ability to cripple opposing Pokemon while pivoting on and off the field. Wallbreakers such as Ogerpon-C and Metagross fit excellently with it, being able to take advantage of the Grass- and Water-type Pokemon I'd just give examples instead. I would not focus on Water-types, even bulky ones hate taking repeated Volts. Just bring up how Gross also checks Latios defensively. that may want to switch into Rotom-W to block its shenanigans. Other pivots that synergize well with Rotom-W such as Lokix, Scizor, and Tornadus-T are excellent teammates, with Lokix and Scizor handling opposing Ogerpon, Hydrapple, and Latios for Rotom-W as it checks Zapdos for it, while Assault Vest Tornadus-T appreciates Rotom-W's ability to take on Iron Crown and opposing Tornadus-T while it takes down can pivot into special Kommo-o, Hydreigon, and Keldeo for it. I don't really like too many of these examples used + makes the point longer than it really needs to be. E.g. This mon does not beat Iron Crown. Psychic Noise prevents Pain Split and without Twave you can't even cripple it. I reworded this to focus on Torn-T being a nice defensive pivot alongside Washer instead. Hazard setters like Tinkaton and Kommo-o are fantastic partners for Rotom-W that support it with their strong defensive profiles. Kommo-o in particular is an excellent option as it manages to beat Mold Breaker Excadrill, one of Rotom-W's main checks. Mold Drill isn't exactly a washer check, it's more it just prevents Washer from being an answer to it. I'd bring up Hydrapple here too as a sturdier Excadrill check and is a reliable check to DD + Taunt Kommo-o. Hisuian Arcanine functions excellently with Rotom-W, being able to maximise its offensive potential thanks to Rotom-W baiting in the likes of Hydrapple and Tinkaton for it, as well as Will-O-Wisp chipping down opposing checks like Kommo-o or Mamoswine and Thunder Wave allowing Hisuian Arcanine to outspeed Pokemon like Latios and Keldeo and OHKO them with Head Smash after Stealth Rock. Harcanine can't OHKO Keldeo so just remove the last bit.

I would mention Ogerpon straight after talking about pivots because fast Encore is great with Washer to deal with DD + Taunt Kommo-o, CM Latios, and Booster Crown. Washer being able to bring it in with a slow Volt against most of them too.
