My time zone is -7 gmt. I could play from 2:15-3:45 and 6:00-10:00 in my timezone throughout the work week for sure but could probably make other times work if planned ahead

Yes that should work. I've never used gmt before and I think I'm actually -6. It I'd 9:48 am right now as I am posting this. What time would it be for you at this exact time? Just wondering to make sure I don't mix times up
