Since walrein only uses blizzard in hail room (in combo with boma's blizzard), which sweeps right through almost everything that's not resistant to ice and some that are, the rest of the set is to make it useful without trick room if I run out of that option. I agree it would be a waste to use...

I do think heatran is a great addition to the team, but I've never found much use for mamoswine very often. Maybe since he doesn't even benefit from hail I'll switch him for heatran and let rhyperior deal with fire and electric types, unless there's a reason not to do that.
