I just find it a little odd how mods are able to create staffintros which require html but you need an RO in the room to make announcements and polls that require them.

Currently, it is possible to achieve this with /ms targets all adjacent pokemon | targets all adjacent opponents but that is rather tedious. It would be very helpful to have a parameter for spread moves like /ms spread.
