I think I've found a solid speedster in Ambipom. Ambipom @ Life Orb Ability: Technician EVs: 200 HP / 56 Def / 252 Spe Jolly Nature - Fake Out - Low Kick - Return - U-turn All of its moves run off speed and I find it's one of the best, if not THE best user of fake out in this meta.

I actually changed terras item to sash recently, and the reason I have talon is for the priority twind, as well as quickgaurd. I do see what you mean with altarias roost, though.
