It is more likely that you are going to face Char X than a Medicham, So I don't think you have to worry about it much. I wouldn't rely on Toxicroak to counter Azumarill with Dry Skin, though, for Azumarill can have another move that can easily 1HKO Toxicroak because he doesn't have enough bulk...

I've been primarily playing in OU, but a lot of the pokemon I like are in RU and UU, so I'm thinking of playing in one of those tiers. I also like mono type battling...I specialize in Ice...which is hard. ;-; haha
