Ironically, had they swapped the properties of those in Gen 2 to have Dark as a Physical type and Ghost as Special, both would've benefitted immensely. All Dark moves up to Gen 3 were changed to physical moves after the modern PSS split in Gen 4. Just a really odd decision.
