Ok for sure. Viable moves shouldn't receive changes outside of altering distribution. If you're making a move busted try to keep it a signature move or make sure it's not too widely distributed.

I think it's fine to mass edit similar moves as one submission ie. it wouldnt make sense to individually buff the elemental punches or fangs. But it'd probably be situational
