Here's the rundown:
We set up a Sticky Web
Court Change it to our side
And then send in Malamar. Normally the Sticky Web lowers your speed but the Contrary ability boosts it instead
With moves like Superpower for boosts and Rock Slide for coverage, it's a menace
BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!
Slap a Stellar Tera Type on it with Tera Blast. The Blast would normally drop your Attack and Special Attack by one stage, but then again, Contrary.
Alternate bad sweep idea: Shell Smash Minior.
It normally has decent bulk but Shell Smash triggers its ability, Shields Down, making it a lot faster on top of the speed boost
Make sure you give it a White Herb to restor your stats and running Acrobatics is a must
Give it a Flying Tera Type and you have a massive damage dealer.
