[OVERVIEW]

While Cinccino has a great Speed tier and an array of moves bolstered by Skill Link, it struggles to break through most teams due to middling power, mediocre bulk, and a lack of opportunities to switch in. Cinccino struggles to break through common physically defensive Pokemon such as Steelix, Rocky Helmet Weezing, and Ferrosseed. Other wallbreakers like Sneasel, Heliolisk, and Aerodactyl provide better STAB moves with higher offenses, defensive utility, and even STAB priority in Sneasel's case. Only use Cinccino as a team mascot because it's too cute to be injured in battle.

Cincinno can also remove items such as Steelix's Leftovers and Weezing and Druddigon's Rocky Helmet with Knock Off or pivot out of bad matchups with U-turn. However, its lack of options to hurt Steel-type Pokemon super effectively like Steelix and inability to break physically defensive Pokemon like Weezing make Cincinno a horribly outclassed Pokemon in NU.

While Cinccino has a great Speed tier, Skill Link, and many options like Bullet Seed and Rock Blast to break more offensive teams, its only average Attack, lack of boosting options outside of using Choice Band or Life Orb, bad defenses, and inability to break common Steel-types and physically defensive Pokemon such as Steelix, Togedemaru, and Weezing make Cinccino an inferior option compared to other wallbreakers like Incineroar, Sceptile, and Aerodactyl. Other Normal-types like Heliolisk and Beaviary offer better defensive utility or raw power than Cinccino. Only use Cinccino as a team mascot because it's too cute to be hurt in battle.

gonna just do commenting down here for simplicity's sake. togedemaru is a bad mention because its frail as fuck and takes like 65~ min from tail slap. when talking about what it fails to break, what id do is mention how it cant really beat steelix and then dislikes dealing with helmet mons like weezing and garbodor. i also wouldnt compare it to incineroar or braviary because incineroar is a bulky wallbreaker that takes advantage of its defensive typing to come in and smash shit, while braviary is a setup sweeper. i would keep the comparisons to stuff like lisk, sneasel, and aero--other fast wallbreakers that provide comparable utility but are preferred for x, y, and z.
