PU Dunsparce (Mini) [QC 2/2] [GP 1/1]

[OVERVIEW]

Despite having a decent HP stat, all of Dunsparce's other stats are so low that it isn't viable in PU, especially since it has very poor Speed and no way to boost it. Apart from that, it is outclassed as a bulky Pokemon by Audino and Type: Null thanks to their better defensive attributes, and as an offensive Pokemon, Kangaskhan and Stoutland are able to deal much more damage while having better abilities as well. Instead, Dunsparce has to rely on luck to annoy its foe and is much more passive than its Normal-type counterparts.

[SET]
name: ParaFlinch
move 1: Glare
move 2: Headbutt
move 3: Roost
move 4: Coil / Rock Slide / Substitute
item: Leftovers
ability: Serene Grace
nature: Adamant
evs: 252 HP / 36 Atk / 220 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

Dunsparce is able to outspeed almost all unboosted paralyzed foes and hit them with STAB Headbutt, giving the foe only a 30% chance to attack back due to paralysis and a Serene Grace-boosted flinch chance. However, because Dunsparce's Attack is so low, this set is completely walled by Rock- and Steel-types like Aggron, Regirock, and Alolan Sandslash and is straight up useless against Ghost-types like Jellicent and Oricorio-G. At the same time, this is outclassed as a pure ParaFlinch set by Sawsbuck, which has higher Attack and Speed, a Grass-type move in Horn Leech, and a larger movepool to hit more foes. Examples of better Normal-type Pokemon are Stoutland and Kangaskhan, since they can directly hit Ghost-types thanks to Scrappy and don't rely on luck to deal a lot of damage.

Instead, Dunsparce has to rely on luck to annoy its foe, provided it can even outspeed it in the first place. i mean that's what glare is for, this last point doesnt rly make sense, especially since u went over its poor speed already

evs: 252 HP / 36 Atk / 220 Spe why is it fast? I don't understand. Unless u have a real specific reason for not making it fat, would change

I put 220 Spe because that way, Dunsparce gets to outspeed and flinch every speed-unboosted Pokemon with up to a 115 Speed stat (anything below Zebstrika) after it's paralyzed. There isn't really any other reason as to why I put it like that, so if it isn't enough of a good reason, what should the better IV spread be? Smogon currently puts 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe with a Jolly nature, but that seems even worse to me for something that should be fat

Also, everything else has been implemented!
