[OVERVIEW]

* Iron Hands is a great pivot with good physical and special bulk, being able to support its teammates with Fake Out. Its fantastic Attack also allows it to become a threatening Trick Room sweeper, having great matchups into Pokemon like both Urshifu formes, Kingambit, Tornadus, and Raging Bolt.

* Iron Hands fits well on balance, bulky offense, and Tailwind teams, that appreciate its defensive, pivoting, and utility capabilities. Some of Iron Hands partners include Pokemon like Chien-Pao which can help deal with foes that wall it like Amoonguss and Landorus. Iron Hands low Speed also lets it function well in Trick Room, pairing well with Trick Room setters like Cresselia and notably Farigiraf, which appreciate Fake Out helping get up Trick Room and help pressure Amoonguss in return.

* Iron Hands can have an extremely bad matchup against Pokemon like both Landorus formes when not running Ice Punch, as well as Incineroar when not running Clear Amulet, which can make it appreciate teammates like Chien-Pao and Ogerpon-W.

[SET]
Offensive Pivot (Iron Hands) @ Assault Vest
Level: 50
Ability: Quark Drive
EVs: 4 HP / 156 Atk / 4 Def / 252 SpD / 92 Spe
Tera Type: Grass / Water / Fairy
Adamant Nature
- Fake Out
- Drain Punch
- Wild Charge
- Ice Punch / Heavy Slam / Volt Switch
[SET COMMENTS]

* Wild Charge is preferred over Thunder Punch, as its extra Base Power can help secure KOs on Pokemon like Urshifu-R, however its recoil damage can be hindering for Iron Hands.

* Ice Punch helps against both Landorus formes, while Heavy Slam allows Iron Hands to OHKO Flutter Mane, and Volt Switch allows Iron Hands to act as a pivot and provide it with a way to reset Attack drops from Intimidate users like Incineroar.

* Assault Vest helps bolster Iron Hands low special bulk

* The given EV spread lets Iron Hands outspeed Urshifu-R under Tailwind and some slower Incineroar.

* Tera Grass lets Iron Hands ignore Spore and Rage Powder from Amoonguss, it also turns its Ground weakness into a resist helping against Landorus's STAB. Tera Water allows Iron Hands to resist Urshifu-R's Surging Strikes, while also not adding a weakness to Urshifu-R's partners like Tornadus and Chien-Pao. Tera Fairy is an overall good defensive type, helping against Raging Bolt and Urshifu-S.

[SET]
Trick Room Sweeper (Iron Hands) @ Clear Amulet
Ability: Quark Drive
Level: 50
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 92 HP / 156 Atk / 4 Def / 252 SpD / 4 Spe

* Heavy Slam threatens Flutter Mane, while Ice Punch hits both Landorus formes.

* Clear Amulet helps negate Intimidate and Parting Shot from Incineroar, and with Close Combat, allows for an OHKO on Incineroar.

* The given EV spread lets Iron Hands almost always survive Tera Fairy Choice Specs Flutter Mane's Dazzling Gleam and avoids the 2HKO from Adamant Chien-Pao's Icicle Crash

* Tera Grass allows Iron Hands to ignore Amoonguss's and Spore, as well as providing it with a resistance to the STAB moves of Landorus and Urshifu-R.

[OVERVIEW]

* Iron Hands is a great pivot with good physical and special bulk, being able to support its teammates with utility like Fake Out (Pretty much only utility it runs.). Its fantastic Attack also allows it to become a threatening setup Trick Room sweeper, having great matchups into Pokemon like both Urshifu formes, Kingambit, Tornadus, and Raging Bolt.

* Iron Hands fits well on balance, bulky offense, and Tailwind teams, that appreciate its defensive, pivotingm, and utility capabilities. Some of Iron Hands' partners include Pokemon like Chien-Pao which can help deal with foes that wall it like Amoonguss and Latias Landorus. (Latias is a little mid rn.) Iron Hands' low Speed also lets it function well in Trick Room, pairing well with other Trick Room Pokemon like Ursaluna-B. (Think its better to talk about setters here, in particular Farigiraf, which appreciates Fake Out helping get up Trick Room and pressures Amoon.)

* Iron Hands can have an extremely bad matchup against Pokemon like both Landorus formes when not running Ice Punch, as well as Incineroar when not running Clear Amulet, which can make it appreciate having teammates like Chien-Pao and Ogerpon-W.
