Serious Libertarianism / Limited Government Thread

As you know some of the biggest problems with extreme Libertarian ideologies are the effects of the abolition of social security. I thought about this and I wondered -- what if we could somehow monetize social security, thus keeping it in line with libertarian anarcho-capitalist modes while also preventing market failure? The answer came to me after weeks of thought. A simple for-profit model built around social security could secure the livelihoods of many of those dependent on welfare for their income. Instead of the traditional "dole queues", I propose that those not currently in employment have 3-5 sets of 'emergency funds' ("unemployment benefits" is a misnomer IMO) available to be claimed at any time using an intuitive, perhaps electronic interface. Of course, to have access to these funds they would have to provide evidence that they are currently looking for employment. These funds can be claimed all at once (for instance to gather capital for a small business) or over a period of time, like every month as in the traditional unemployment benefits system.

In the event that these funds are exhausted before the individual receiving them finds employment, firms providing social security will be running other avenues for the individual to find emergency funds. These avenues would ensure that the unemployed have opportunities to support themselves and their families while also ensuring a great deal of profit for the firm, thus earning back the cost of the initial emergency funds package. To that end, each Social Security firm would run large halls with equipment such as slot machines, pachinko machines, et cetera, "casinos" as they are often called though not in the strictest terms as they are, after all, providing a public service for the overall good of humanity. These will allow plenty of opportunities for the unemployed to support themselves even during a recession.
