• Choice Specs Flutter Mane stands as of the tier's most threatening wallbreaker that can go on almost any team thanks to its amazing Speed and Special Attack, in combination with its good offensive typing which offers unresisted coverage to most Pokemon in the tier.
• Moonblast is Flutter Mane's strongest way of exerting offensive pressure, OHKOing Dragon-types like Baxcalibur, Kommo-o, and Roaring Moon, it can also be useful against netural targets like Rillaboom, Landorus, and Tornadus.
• Shadow Ball hits Psychic- and Ghost-types like Gholdengo, Cresselia, Sinistcha, and opposing Flutter Mane, it can also help against Fairy resistant foes like Ogerpon-H, Heatran, and Volcanion.
• Power Gem helps against Fire-types like Incineroar, Chi-Yu, Torkoal, and Volcanion, it can also help against targets like Tornadus, and Tera Fire variants of Kingambit and Rillaboom. Sleep Talk helps deal with Amoonguss's Spore. Psyshock helps against Poison-types like Amoonguss and Glimmora.
