This set is a pretty good set, I have to admit. To make it better here are my suggestions:
Item- Give it a Chesto Berry.
Pain Split and Toxic/Will-O-Wisp- for extra status effects, replace Pain Split with Toxic and leave Will-O-Wisp.
Clear Smog /VenoShock/Fire Blast-replace it with Rest so it can basically get instant recovery in 1 turn.

what does it do after it uses uts chesto berry?
what if something uses taunt?
what if heatran comes in? (immune to fire blast toxic willo wisp)
what id you get phased
what if reuniclus comes in and starts setting up?

Chestoresto will just lead to a situation where you just run out of Rest PP or die when Toxic damage won't do more damage than an attack spamming Rotom.
