Where do you get pictures of Pokemon?

When you draw Pokemon, where do you get the pictures to base them off of? Do you use sprites, official art, or have an insane photographic memory? I want to draw some to see how good (or bad) I am compared to the amazing artists here, but I don't know where to get pictures of Pokemon.

Just take a look in google, some anime pics, sprites, just everything you have. It really helps when you have different points of view.

A good reference I've been using 8and it is working!) is from the pokemon tcg cards. They have a lot of different versions of the same pokemon, and they're drawn in so many poses it helps a lot.

This is basically the best imagedex, but some random images are broken (Rampardos for example)...

Usually if the pic is messed up there I use Psypoke's picdex:
