    I don't claim to be a pro at this meta but might be able to show you the differences between it and Smogon OU if that's what you're more familiar with :)

    To answer your thread, none of the Pokemon you mentioned are allowed on the rated ladder. Unrated/PSS matches are not Battle Spot.

    With all due respect, saying negative things about Battle Spot that has little to do with what most people here play does not make a good first impression. We would be happy to help if you want to get into the ranked ladder, if you approach it with a positive attitude.

    I am due no respect, really. The last thing I want to do is to establish a bad reputation for myself, and perhaps I worded my post poorly- I never meant to insult the meta and its players, moreso I misunderstood that Unrated played no part here, though I would suppose that should be fairly obvious.
