Since Geohulk's shiny Shellder was hacked when I found out that he was actually RNGing shiny pokemon illegally with hacking by changing his SID/ID combo's, I was wondering if you can RNG breed a shiny Shellder (on HG/SS) for me.

Nature: Adamant
IV set: Flawless (If possible)
Ability: Skill link
Egg moves: Rock blast and Rapid spin.
