  1. Pokémon Dipplin

Maybe i'm just not upto scratch on tactics but is it wise to build physical on a Special Attacker? I'm currently looking at.. Dipplin @ Eviolite Ability: Sticky Hold Tera Type: Grass EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD Bold Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Giga Drain - Dragon Pulse - Syrup Bomb...
  2. Pokémon Basculegion (Male)

I actually think you use this anywhere you would previously have used Floatzel. Use it's additional typing but not nessecarily use it for offensive, maybe go so far as not even take a Ghost Attack, hell just take emergency Head Smash for a laugh on a Swift Swim build so you're not wasting...
  3. Pokémon Kleavor

Kleavor @ Focus Sash Ability: Sharpness Tera Type: Bug EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Jolly Nature - Stone Axe - X-Scissor - Night Slash/Aerial Ace - Close Combat This has been working for me pretty well as a Lead. It's just fast enough to get solid shots on alot of opposing leads and a...
  4. Pokémon Braviary-Hisui

I've been trying this with some success. Braviary-Hisui @ Heavy-Duty Boots/Wide Lens Ability: Tinted Lens Tera Type: Fighting EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe Timid Nature - Heat Wave - Hurricane - Esper Wing - Tera Blast Tera Blast fighting covers 3 of Braviary's weaknesses in Rock, Dark...
  5. Pokémon Basculegion (Male)

With the Bans as they are I see it like this. Male = The better Water Type Female = The better Ghost Type. That may change if Poltergeist returns or if you play VGC.
  6. Pokémon Arcanine-Hisui

Tera Blast Grass is absolutely a Choice for this guy. It's generally enough to one shot the Targets that aren't expecting it.
  7. Pokémon Gallade

Gallade is one of those options for a Doubles killer paired with Tailwind Murkrow. It has enough moveset coverage to have a reliable shot into alot of things with Leaf Blade, Sacred Sword & Psycho Cut. I've taken to putting Night Slash in the last spot for Goldengo since its so common.
  8. Pokémon Dragonite

I find Inner Focus works much better in doubles than Multiscale asit's more vulnerable to just taking the 1-2 hit. Admittedly I hadn't realised about Expert Belt, i'm just not a fan of choice locking. The moveset has also been adapted and is now Dance, Extreme Speed, Fire Punch & Ice Spinner.
  9. Pokémon Dragonite

Been seeing great success with this as my Sweeper. I know Earthquake is generally preferred but I also use it in Doubles and would prefer not to kill myself. Dragonite @ Choice Band/Expert Belt Ability: Inner Focus Tera Type: Normal EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe Adamant Nature - Extreme Speed -...
  10. SV OU Long time player, but new to competative - First Team

So I've built a team based really just on things I like. Actual team composition feels like it's my biggest issue (no duh, this is a team composition board) and I appreciate I probably have way too many Physical attackers trying to do the same thing and not enough control. Still, I'm sitting...
  11. Pokémon Glimmora

I'm not amazing at Competitive but i've borrowed a few ideas from here and built what I like as a strong starter. Needs to GTFO vs special attackers though. Glimmora @ Red Card Ability: Toxic Debris EVs: 252 Def / 4 SpD / 252 HP Bold Nature Tera Type: Grass - Stealth Rock - Venoshock - Power...
  12. Pokémon Scizor

That's kinda something I was considering. You still keep the Stab on Bullet Punch and gain another Identical Stab of a different type with less Weaknesses and hits basically everything except Ghost Neutrally. At the min however i'm trying a variation of the Swords Dance se with Dance, Bullet...
  13. Pokémon Avalugg

Currently debating on Tera types for Avalugg and I've come up with a little list. Fighting Adds STAB to Body Press, turns all of its current Weaknesses into Neutral and has a built in counter to one of its new Weaknesses. Steel Strong Defensive typing with the most resistances in the game. The...
  14. Pokémon Avalugg

Remember however you lose the Defence buff once you Terrastallize. I'm thinking... Avalanche Body Press Rapid Spin/Tera Blast Recover With a defensive tera choice like Fairy or even Poison but thats a choice based on my team.
  15. Pokémon Scizor

My issue is that Bug doesn't have that 60 power move with a benefit like Aerial Ace etc for Technician to really push up. Pounce is stronger than U-Turn but both are weaker than just taking X-Scissor.
