Bon Iver - The Wolves (Act I and II) Really nice song.

In the Presence of Enemies - Dream Theater With Pt. 1 being strong, and the first ~5 minutes of Pt. 2 being awesomely atmospheric, it's a shame the rest of the song is so weak. Still a damn good song.

Life Orb is a fine option, as are other various damage-boosting items. However, it all comes down to what your moveset is - with a Quiet nature, you will want to be running a hard-hitting Mixed set of some sort.

Unless ground types are giving you particular trouble and/or you're willing to risk the 40% chance of failure so that you can do simultaneous damage, TWave is a better option. Otherwise, to answer your question, it is a viable alternative if you can't use Body Slam.
